A valley flashing including two roof panels adapted to protect a roof valley. Some embodiments include one or more attachment flanges joined to the roof panels. Some embodiments include one or more protrusions for protection from water infiltration under roof shingles.

A rain gutter screen assembly for use at portions of a rain gutter where water tends to overshoot. The assembly includes a screen having portions sized to overlie the interior of rain gutter sections and includes an additional screen, screens, solid water directing caps or a combination of such that overlie areas outward from and adjacent to the intersecting portion of a rain gutter. Water flowing from a roof will be captured by the screens, pans, and/or chutes and redirected downward or rearward into the rain gutter. The pan or chutes may utilize attachable or intrinsic hanging elements that attach the pan or chute to the rear wall of a rain gutter.

A rooftop rainwater drainage assembly that is at least partially concealed from view from an exterior of a dwelling. In particular, the rooftop drainage assembly can include an opening spout secured to a roof deck region of a dwelling, and an elongated downspout having a first region disposed between an exterior wall and an interior wall of the dwelling and secured to the opening spout, thereby at least partially concealing the downspout from view from both the interior wall and exterior wall of the dwelling.

A gutter diverter is disclosed may include providing a base having a generally triangular shaped planar section having a first leg, a second leg, and a third leg positioned at a periphery of the generally triangular shaped planar section. In addition, the gutter diverter may include forming a first attachment tab positioned on the first leg of the base and projecting orthogonally downwardly from the base. The gutter diverter may include forming a second attachment tab positioned on the second leg of the base and projecting orthogonally downwardly from the base. Moreover, the gutter diverter may include forming a diverter plate positioned on the third leg of the base and projecting orthogonally upwardly from the base.

In one aspect there is disclosed a waterproofing building product (10) for use in waterproofing a joint (12) between a first and second roofing panel (14, 16). The waterproofing building product (10) includes an overlapping section (18) operatively adapted to overlap a portion of the first roofing panel (14) and an underlapping section (20) operatively adapted to underlap a portion of the second roofing panel (16). The waterproofing building product (10) further includes a transition section (22) located between the overlapping section (18) and the underlapping section (20) and connecting the overlapping section (18) with the underlapping section (20).

A flow controller for controlling flow from a roof valley of a roof into adjoining gutters on edges of the roof valley, the controller including a base having a distal end, a proximal end and longitudinal sides connecting the distal end and proximal end, the base having a plane base portion bounded by the distal end with a substantially plane shape, wherein the distal end is disposed so that with the controller installed to the roof, or adjoining gutters on edges of the roof valley, the distal end is located toward the roof, and the proximal end is located away from the roof, and toward a front edge of the adjoining gutters, wherein the proximal end has a form that describes an included angle, edges of the included angle being generally aligned with the adjoining gutters.
