In one example, a bracket includes a swivel rotatably mounted on a hinge and a keyway separable from the hinge. The swivel includes a key, while the keyway includes a recess. The key and the recess are shaped to allow the swivel and the keyway to connect to each other in a plurality of positions.

A railing support post with threaded holes or receivers for receiving threaded hardware, such as might be used for tensioned cable railing. A decorative sleeve or post cover may be used to at least partially enclose the railing support post. The railing support post may be manufactured, for example, by providing an elongated member of a prescribed length, drilling a plurality of holes spaced along the length of the elongated member, and tapping the plurality of holes to form a plurality of threaded receivers. The threaded receivers are configured to receive rail fittings or other fittings.

A vertically adjustable railing having first and second elongate balusters each with a first and second ends, the balusters having a first connection elements at their first ends and second connection elements along their length. An elongate handrail is pivotally connected at its first end to the first connection element of the first baluster and pivotally connected at its second end to the first connection element of the second baluster. An elongate lower rail having a first end and a second end is pivotally connected at its first end to the second connection element of the first baluster and pivotally connected at its second end to the second connection element of the second baluster. A distance between the first end and the second connection element of the first baluster is greater than the distance between the first end and the second connection element of the second baluster.

In one embodiment, a handrail bracket for coupling a handrail to a portion of a ramp and/or platform assembly includes a first portion for coupling to a handrail system, and a second portion for supporting the handrail, the second portion being adjustably coupled to the first portion. In another embodiment, a ramp and/or platform assembly includes a handrail system coupled to the decking system at an interface, wherein the handrail system includes a pivoting bracket for adjustable handrail alignment to substantially align a handrail with the grade of the decking system.

A mounting fixture for interconnecting at least two tubular members, the mounting fixture including: at least one first connection section including a first connection aperture for receipt of a connector configured to secure a receiving element to the mounting fixture via a second connection aperture of the receiving element; a mounting sleeve configured to be secured around a section of a tubular member, the mounting sleeve comprises at least two interconnectable fixture sections, each fixture section comprising a portion of the mounting fixture which includes a section of the mounting sleeve and a portion of the first connection section; and at least one connecting arrangement for interconnecting adjacent fixture sections to form the mounting sleeve, each connecting arrangement being located on or within an inner side of each fixture section of the mounting sleeve to interconnect each fixture section to an adjoining fixture section at a location on or within an inner side of the mounting sleeve.

A railing system comprising positioning systems is provided. The railing system includes one or more rails and one or more posts. When the rails and the posts are connected, the positioning systems limit the movement of the posts relative to the rails. The positioning system may include a projection on the rail and a recess on the post, and the projection and the recess cooperate such that the movement of the post relative to the rail is limited.

In implementations, a rotatable structural bracket includes a top plate for placement in a horizontal rest position on an end of a structural section that has an internal void. The rotatable structural bracket also includes a rotatable extension for placement into the internal void of the structural section. The rotatable extension can be configured as a wedge that is rotatable out from the internal void to angle the top plate at any acute angle relative to the horizontal rest position of the top plate. The top plate and the rotatable extension are of single-piece construction, and the rotatable extension rotates relative to the structural section and internal of the structural section. The rotatable extension also encompasses an opening of the internal void at any acute angle.

A baluster joint set has: a first block, a second block and a screwing member. The first block has a base and a plurality of elastic members evenly disposed around the base and having respective gaps therebetween. The first block is further provided with a tubal opening formed by the elastic members, and the base is provided with a through hole at its center. The through hole and the tubal opening are axially aligned, and the base is further provided with a circular slot at an end opposite the elastic members. The elastic member further has a tapered thickness close to the base to provide an adjustment gap. The elastic members each further has a cut angle on an outer edge of the end opposite the base, and the elastic members further have a plurality of slots on a side facing the tubal opening.

A deck includes a railing formed of a hollow post and a peg that is press fit into the interior of the hollow post. A frame member has at least one hole passing from an exterior of the frame member to an interior of the frame member, wherein the peg is inserted in the hole and is secured to the frame member through frictional contact with surfaces on the interior of the frame member.
