A fastening arrangement for anchoring facade panel elements includes a substructure on a building shell and a plurality of facade panel elements. The fastening arrangement has an adhesive component and a mechanical securing component. The fastening arrangement is characterized in that per facade panel element, at least two securing straps are provided as mechanical securing components, each having at least two fastening points. At least one fastening point of the two securing straps has a sliding point which uses an oblong hole. Furthermore, the longitudinal extent of this oblong hole defines an axis which is tilted at an angle of between 5 and 20 relative to the vertical axis. The fastening arrangement is constructed by preparing the substructure and at least one facade panel element for fastening, attaching the securing straps to the facade element and applying an adhesive component. After aligning and attaching the facade element to the substructure, the securing straps are attached to the substructure, with one attachment point of a first securing strap being the sliding point, and after fastening of the sliding point, the oblong hole is tilted at an angle of between 5 and 20 with respect to the vertical axis.

Building facade system and related assemblies including a bypass insulating profile

A building facade system for covering a building facade including a building wall and a window opening, comprising at least one window assembly mountable to mullions provided across the window opening and a plurality of wall assemblies surrounding the at least one window assembly, each wall assembly being independently mountable onto rails extending across the building wall. The at least one window assembly is configured to reduce thermal flow between an interior environment and an exterior environment, and includes a bypass insulating profile extending from a connection insulating profile externally towards a window panel and inwardly over an exterior profile, to define an air chamber between the bypass insulating profile and an inward surface of the exterior profile.

Polymer-based bracket system for exterior cladding

A system for supporting exterior panels or cladding units on a building substrate. The system includes a plurality of polymeric bracket members, wherein each of the polymeric bracket members further includes an anchor section, adapted to be coupled to the building substrate, and a support section adapted to couple to the exterior cladding unit. In assembly, as disposed between the building substrate and the exterior cladding units, the polymeric bracket members provide a thermal break from the exterior cladding units to the building substrate.

Insulation system for buildings

An insulation system for coupling to a building substrate comprising a plurality of insulation panels, bracket members and splice members. Each insulation panel includes a longitudinal slot. Each bracket member is formed from a polymer and includes an elongated body having a body wall, a first end wall and a second end wall. Upper and lower ribs extend from the body wall and are structurally configured to extend into the longitudinal slot of each of the plurality of insulation panels, and to elastically deform the longitudinal slot so as to effectively seal along a length thereof, defining a vapor barrier. A similar structure is on each splice member. The bracket members are positioned in a spaced apart relationship with insulation panels therebetween. The upper and lower ribs extend into corresponding ones of the longitudinal slots of the insulation panels, with splice members extending between adjacent adjacently abutting insulation panels.

Structure for laying solar cell modules, solar cell module, and solar cell module installation method

A solar cell module laying system is configured to lay a plurality of solar cell modules on a wall surface rising in a substantially vertical direction. The plurality of solar cell modules includes a first solar cell module and a second solar cell module adjacent to each other, and the two adjacent solar cell modules have an overlapping region. The terminal box is disposed between the two adjacent solar cell modules and in the overlapping region, and a configuration satisfies the following condition (1) or (2). (1) A part of the terminal box is exposed toward an outside of a gap. (2) A part of the gap is closed by a member, the member can be attached to and removed from the gap, and a part of the terminal box is exposed toward the outside of the gap when the member is removed from the gap.

A wall-mount system includes a frame assembly having horizontal ledgers configured for attachment to a wall and first and second vertical struts releasably engagable with the horizontal ledgers and each including a mounting surface defining a receiver slot. A module is releasably mountable on the frame assembly and includes first and second cleats disposed towards opposite sides of the module. The cleats are configured to releasably engage the vertical struts and each includes a base and an upright extending from each side of the base to define a U-shaped configuration. The base includes a spring finger extending therefrom between the uprights. Each upright includes a hook. The hooks are configured for receipt with the receiver slots to engage the module with the frame assembly. The spring fingers are biased into contact with the mounting surfaces of the vertical struts to maintain the engagement of the module with the frame assembly.
