Brick tie
A brick tie including a body member, a first protrusion extending from a first location on the body member, and a second protrusion extending from a second location on the body member. The first and second protrusions may extend in the same direction relative to the body member. A gap may be defined between the first and second protrusions.
ARCHITECTURAL WALL PANEL SYSTEM
An architectural wall panel comprising a panel body including a generally rectangular face plate having an upper end and a lower end. An upper flange generally extends in a rearward direction the upper end and includes a first projection projecting laterally relative to the rearward direction. A lower flange generally extends in a rearward direction from the lower end of the face plate and terminates in a clip. The clip includes a first portion extending toward the upper flange and a second portion extending away from the upper flange and is configured to clamp therebetween a first projection of a second architectural wall panel positioned below the architectural wall panel.
CONCRETE BUILDING CLADDING ELEMENTS WITH INTEGRATED ANCHORS
The present invention pertains to integrated machine for manufacturing anchor embedded cladding elements. Essentially, this machine comprises a cladding block manufacturing machine and anchor feeding and embedding machine, where the concrete block manufacturing machine and anchor feeding and embedding machine are configured for coordinated operation for producing anchors embedded cladding elements comprising concrete blocks and anchors embedded within said blocks. The flexibility and versatility of the machine is in determining the end location of the anchors in the final cladding elements before even manufacturing the cladding blocks. This provides greater degree of freedom, which in turn allows increasing the strength in fixing the cladding elements to a support wall on the one hand, and decreasing onsite or prefabrication workload and difficulties in the cladding process.
Longspan Stay-in-Place Liners
A structure-lining apparatus comprising a plurality of transversely and longitudinally extending panels connectable to a structure and connectable edge-to-edge via complementary connector components on their longitudinally extending edges. Each panel comprises transversely extending edges generally orthogonal to their longitudinally extending edges. Each panel comprises first and second complementary connector components on first and second longitudinally extending edges thereof. The apparatus comprises at least one edge-to-edge connection between a first connector component of a first panel and a second connector component of a second panel wherein a primary male connector component of the second connector component of the second panel is extended into a primary female connector component of the first connector component of the first panel and a secondary male connector component of the first connector component of the first panel is extended into a secondary female connector component of the second connector component of the second panel.
PROFILE ELEMENT AND FACADE SYSTEM WITH PROFILE ELEMENT
A profile element and a facade system for mounting on buildings having facade panels are connected to profile elements, each profile element having a receiving section, a fastening section and a mounting section. The receiving section forms a receiving space at its free end and the fastening section is formed such that it rests at least partially on the back of the facade panel. The fastening section is positioned with respect to the facade panel such that the mounting section extends beyond the facade pane.
SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURED BUILDING PANEL
A method of fabricating panels includes providing an insert having an interior portion with a top portion and a positioning stop opposite the top portion, and an exterior portion including a fastener hem. Further, the method includes placing the insert in a mold such that only the fastener hem and the positioning stop contact the mold and centering the insert in the mold with the top portion and the positioning stop. The method also includes filling the mold with a casting material such that the interior portion is submerged in the casting material including the top portion, but some of the positioning stop is not submerged in the casting material, curing the casting material to form a panel on the insert, and removing the panel form the mold.
HIDDEN FASTENER TO SECURE LOOSE VINYL SIDING
A hidden siding fastener is provided. The hidden siding fastener includes an upper nail hem hook and an opposing lower pressure point, fold point and lock engagement hook extending therefrom. The nail hem hook is threaded through the back side of a lower piece of siding panel so that the lock engagement hook can nest into a siding lock slot of the same siding panel. Thereby, a separate upper piece of siding panel and specifically its siding lock hook can operatively associate with the lock engagement hook and fold point in a locked engagement, while the pressure point urges a more secure locked engagement between the two pieces of siding panel.
Attaching objects made of dissimilar materials using a molded attachment block
A method for attaching a first object to one or more second objects of dissimilar materials, without any bonding material, using a molded attachment block is provided. Anchoring grooves are created and a constrained assembly is positioned at opposing sections on a surface of the first object. A tension is generated in tension bearing members anchored in the anchoring grooves and extended along a length of the constrained assembly. The constrained assembly is constricted between mold side members positioned perpendicular to the mold end members. The tension bearing members are clamped between bolt assemblies. A viscous liquid is poured and cured on the constrained assembly, the tension bearing members, the anchoring grooves, and the bolt assemblies for creating the molded attachment block with opposing ends of the threaded members of the constrained assembly extending outwardly from the molded attachment block for attachment to second objects without any bonding material.
Method and apparatus for fabricating a building panel
PANELIZED EIFS STUCCO-SIDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A panelized EIFS stucco siding system with a locking edge. The device is a pre-finished stucco siding panel system that can be installed in any weather condition without extra preparation or consideration. The system has SL trim lock system that can be installed by professionals or can be used by the DIY (do-it-yourselfer). It provides a weather tight cladding system that adds beauty and insulation value to the building envelope.
