RECONFIGURABLE SHELTER
A reconfigurable shelter includes a set of biasable members that are secured or securable at a first end thereof at spaced positions to inhibit movement of the first ends from the spaced positions. A flexible cover is connected or connectable to the set of flexible members to at least partially enclose a space between the set of biasable members. A closure structure is connected to the set of biasable members or the flexible cover to alternately condition the set of biasable members between an open configuration, in which the second ends of the set of biasable members are positioned to provide an opening in the flexible cover towards the second ends of the set of biasable members, and a closed configuration, in which the second ends of the set of biasable members are positioned to diminish or close the opening.
ACCESS TUNNEL SYSTEM FOR THE SHELTERED GUIDANCE OF PERSONS
An access tunnel system comprising at least one access tunnel for the sheltered guidance of persons to a vehicle, an aircraft, a building or the like. In accordance with the invention, a node element is provided at which the access tunnel opens and which at least one further access tunnel adjoins.
Portable pop-up tent
The portable pop-up tent includes a cover, a self-supporting frame, and a retaining strap. The portable pop-up tent is a self-erecting structure that is used to create a private space within a public setting. The self-supporting frame is a spring-loaded structure. The springs within the spring-loaded structure are arranged such that the springs will cause the self-supporting frame to extend into a rectangular block shape without intervention from a person. The covering encloses the self-supporting frame for the purpose of creating the private space. The retaining strap holds the self-supporting frame and the cover in position when the self-supporting frame is placed in a collapsed position.
One-touch tent flysheet
A one-touch tent flysheet having an edge portion is fixed to the ground in a state in which the one-touch tent flysheet covers a tent to protect the tent from an external environment, includes a waterproof cloth installed to cover the tent, a tunnel-type pole which is fixed to the waterproof cloth to allow the waterproof cloth to stand in the form of a tunnel when the flysheet is installed and which is formed in a ring shape and bent so that a pair of first points facing each other press against the ground and a pair of second points facing each other, which are at a right angle from the first points, are located at the highest height level, and a fastening member configured to connect and fix portions of the tent and the flysheet to allow the flysheet to be attached to or detached from the tent.
PERSONAL POP-UP PODS
Disclosed herein are novel personal pop-up pods designed for a single user. In one embodiment, a personal pop-up pod can provide a user with privacy and/or protection from the surrounding environment. The personal pop-up pods can be designed such that a user can remain mobile, i.e., able to move from one location to another while using a personal pop-up pod. The personal pop-up pods can be designed such that a user can selectively gain access to the environment surrounding the pop-up pod by opening windows and other points of access. The personal pop-up pods can protect the user form a variety of conditions surrounding the personal pop-up pods such as, for example, rain, snow, wind, low temperatures, and other such climate related elements or communicable diseases and other such health risks.
COLLAPSIBLE ENCLOSURE
A collapsible enclosure includes a body formed by a plurality of walls including a front, a back, a first side, a second side, a top, and a bottom wall coupled to one another to form an interior. Each wall includes at least one of a plurality of deformable frame members. A window is defined in one of the front, back, first side and second side wall, and is selectively engageable with the respective wall such that the window is disposable between an open and closed position. A door is defined in one of the front, back, first side, and second side wall, and is further selectively engageable with the respective wall such that the door is disposable between an open and closed position. The front wall defines a first plane and the back wall defines a second plane, the first plane and second plane are substantially parallel to one another.
COMBINATION TOY AND TENT
A combination toy and tent includes a toy having a body portion defining therein a cavity, and a head portion coupled to the body portion. The head portion and the body portion together represent a character. A tent is transformable between a folded configuration and an unfolded configuration, the tent being positionable within the cavity in the body portion when in the folded configuration.
Collapsible Tent Structures
A collapsible tent structure formed from at least one flexible support pole, and a flexible cover with a plurality of elements for attaching the flexible cover to the support pole, such that the flexible cover and attaching elements are configured so that at least one extended section of said at least one flexible support pole is shaped to be in contact with a substantially planar support surface, is disclosed. In an embodiment with two flexible support poles, a first support pole forms a roof line of the collapsible tent structure, and a second support pole forms the floor perimeter of the collapsible tent structure. In different embodiments, the flexible cover may be manufactured from nylon ripstop, canvas, polyvinylchloride, and/or polyethylene material. The collapsible tent structure may also include one or more openable doors and/or windows incorporated into the flexible cover.
DUAL MODE JEEP COVER
A dual functioning apparatus that serves as a cover for a jeep style vehicle and as a shelter, which is easily converted and positioned off the back of the jeep style vehicle and is attached to the top cross roll bar of the vehicle for storage.
Portable Recreational Device with Safety Folding Apparatus
A portable expandable device with a contracting mechanism which allows for many forms of recreational products and structures to be expanded, reinforced in the expanded shape, and then contracted easily to regain its portable form. The expansion means is exercised by the use of at least one of the following, resiliently extending, unfolding, inflating, as to become an expanding form which can then be easily retracted to the redeployed form. The retraction mechanism reverses the expansion process utilizing a mechanism which sequentially exerts the forces needed in the proper locations in order to ensure proper contraction. Disclosed embodiments utilized supplemental structural reinforcement of the expanded form through the use of joints, releasable interlocks, latching mechanisms, air bladders, to ensure the form is stable and usable. The objective being a stable structure with a rapid and easy deployment and a supplemental retraction means as to be easily transportable.
