A collapsible canopy with an improved locking mechanism. The collapsible canopy has at least three supporting legs. The collapsible canopy also has a central lock that is used for locking the collapsible canopy in an unfolded state and permits the collapsible canopy to be folded into a folded state when the central lock is unlocked. An outer retractable unit is connected between each adjacent supporting leg. An inner retractable unit having an inner end is connected between each supporting leg and the central lock. The inner end of the inner retractable unit is connected through the central lock. Reinforcement bars are pivotally connected between the outer retractable units and the inner retractable units, the reinforcement bars function to maintain the shape of the collapsible canopy when the collapsible canopy is in a locked and unfolded position.

A tent support includes a plurality upright rods, a top module provided at a center of a top of the tent support, a plurality of side rod assemblies each connected to every adjacent two of the upright rods, and a plurality of top rod assemblies connected to the side rod assemblies and the top module. At least one positioning hole is provided at a junction of two adjacent side walls of each upright rod. A sliding seat provided on each upright rod includes a positioning member which is selectively engaged in the positioning hole, a spring, a positioning pin and an outward protruding button therein. The tent support, as a whole, is simple in structure, easy to assemble, and stable in positioning.

A central lock for a folding tent includes a central lock rod, an upper lock plate fixedly disposed at one end of the central lock rod, and a lower lock plate assembly detachably connected to the other end of the central lock rod. An elastic locking member and an unlocking mechanism used to control the elastic locking member to be locked are disposed in the lower lock plate assembly. The elastic locking member includes an arc-shaped portion provided integrally and two horizontal locking rods extending inwards from a gap of the arc-shaped portion. A lower end portion of the central lock rod is provided with a locking groove used in cooperation with the locking rod and a clamping and locking portion located at a lower end of the locking groove.

A central lock for a folding tent includes a central lock rod, an upper lock plate fixedly disposed at one end of the central lock rod, and a lower lock plate assembly detachably connected to the other end of the central lock rod. An elastic locking member and an unlocking mechanism used to control the elastic locking member to be locked are disposed in the lower lock plate assembly. The elastic locking member includes an arc-shaped portion provided integrally and two horizontal locking rods extending inwards from a gap of the arc-shaped portion. A lower end portion of the central lock rod is provided with a locking groove used in cooperation with the locking rod and a clamping and locking portion located at a lower end of the locking groove.

Telescopically sliding legs permit the tent frame to be unfolded, and the tent fabric attached to the frame, which the frame is on the ground and the tent can then be raised by sliding the outer leg elements up the inner leg elements to thereby raise the tent to the desired height, even in high winds.

A sunshade and corresponding canopy inclination adjustment mechanism are provided. The sunshade includes a canopy support structure and the inclination adjustment mechanism. The support structure includes a pair of support rods having a length axially extending between a base and a top end, a pair of coupling assemblies respectively connected to the top end of one of the support rods, and a canopy frame including a frame member having opposed end portions pivotally connected to a corresponding one of the coupling assemblies, the canopy being supported at least partially by the canopy frame. The inclination adjustment mechanism is adapted to adjust the angle of the canopy and includes an actuator, attached to the support structure, and including a rod engagement member operatively connected to the frame member. whereby operation of the actuator engages the frame member in pivoting via the rod engagement member, thereby pivoting the canopy frame.
