The present invention relates to a novel guard or cap device for wooden, metal, vinyl, or composite fencings. The guard device is in the form of a metal or composite cap that is placed on the top of a plurality of fence pickets. More specifically, the guard device includes a cavity formed by two parallel panels which are connected at their respective top edges by a horizontal panel. The device protects the fence from rot, warping, and misalignment by covering or capping the tops of the plurality of fence pickets. Other embodiments of the guard device have a series of spikes for repelling birds and a solar panel for absorbing solar light and converting same into electric energy.

A fence panel construction device includes a structural member and a pair of post members coupled to the structural member. Each post member includes a pair of attachment devices configured to removably attach a pair of fence stringers to the pair of post members. A pair of actuator mechanisms are coupled to a respective one of the pair of post members to position the pair of post members corresponding to a pair of fence posts on a property. A finishing assembly is coupled to the structural member and includes at least one fastening device and at least one trimming device both operable to move vertically. The finishing assembly is operable to move horizontally while the at least one fastening device fastens fence boards to the pair of fence stringers and at least one trimming device trims the fence boards. A method of making a fence panel is provided.

A fence post leveling bracket assembly and system and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the vertically supporting assembly, an upper fence post bracket and a lower fence post bracket having a reference placement where an upper base plate of the upper fence post bracket is parallel to a lower base plate of the lower fence post bracket. The upper fence post bracket and the lower fence post bracket also have deviated placements where the upper base plate is nonparallel to the lower base plate. In both the reference placement and the deviated placements, adjustable vertical drift rods span a cavity between the upper base plate and the lower base plate. Lean in a fence may be corrected by selectively adjusting the adjustable vertical drift rods.

A bollard panel having adjacent bollards and a gap between the adjacent bollards, a brace having a panel connector, a first longitudinal section, and a second longitudinal section, and the brace supporting the bollard panel in a vertical position relative to a ground with the brace disposed in the gap with the first longitudinal section located on a first side of the bollard panel, the second longitudinal section located on a second side of the bollard panel, and the panel connector attached to the bollard panel.

Concrete Picket Fence Replacement is an innovative upgrade to designer and durable fencing, comprising the strength of concrete, steel, and stone to create a series of interlocking panels, capable of resisting the destructive forces of wind, water, fire, and deterioration from insects and animals. In preferred embodiments, a strong matrix of Concrete Picket Fence boards are adhered vertically along a horizontal metal pipe by welding metal points of contact, creating a solid fence panel anchored to the ground by metal fence posts secured by concrete. To date, concrete and steel have not been combined in such fashion. The return will be a conservation of trees and lower costs due to loss, theft, and replacement cost.

A vinyl fence rail remover for use where the rail is held in the fence post via tabs cut into the rail and rail tabs must be depressed to remove the rail from the hole cut into the fence post. The fence remover has a handle/tube on a first end, a metal “U” shape section, a straight section, and a tapered second, opposing end from the handle/tube. The handle/tube is as long as necessary to reach the bottom rail through the inside of the fence post. The “U” shaped middle piece is ⅛ inch to ¼ inch smaller than the exact size of the fence rail. The open end of straight section extending from the “U” shaped section is tapered or bent outward to allow it to slip over the tabs of a fence rail as the device is driven over the rail inside the fence post.

A modular privacy fence, which includes an upper rail, comprises a plurality of fence picket dividers on opposed outer side surfaces of the upper rail. The modular privacy fence also includes a fastener attached to the end of the upper rail, wherein the fastener is arranged to secure the upper rail to a fence post, and a bottom rail with a trough configured to receive a bottom portion of fence pickets. In some embodiments, the upper rail is configured to receive fence pickets between adjacent dividers. In such arrangements, the first plurality of fence picket dividers on a first side of the upper rail is offset from the second plurality of fence picket dividers on the opposing side of the upper rail in a direction parallel to the upper rail.

Safety rail assemblies comprise horizontal beveled rails having a beveled face, a width, a height, a bottom, a back, and a bevel angle. The safety rail assemblies are configured to selectively attach to horizontal rails and pickets of one or more fence segments. The bottom of the safety rail assemblies attaches to a top of the horizontal rails. The back of the horizontal beveled rails attaches to the pickets. The bottom is a horizontal plane. The back is a vertical plane. The beveled face comprises the bevel angle and represents a face of the horizontal beveled rails being non-horizontal and non-vertical between the back and the bottom.

A fence or fencing system with engineered-wood fence pickets installed or mounted on metallic rails by special wood-to-metal pins or fasteners. The wood-to-metal pins or fasteners are driven linearly through the pickets and the rails to secure the pickets to the rails. The engineered wood pickets may be treated. The fence rails may be made of any suitable metallic material, such as, but not limited to, steel, aluminum, or similar metals. The rails generally extend horizontally between posts which are installed into the ground. The posts may be made of any suitable material, including, but not limited to, steel, aluminum, similar metals, wood, composites, or combinations thereof.
