Electric lock and clutch mechanism thereof
11788322 · 2023-10-17 · ·

An electric lock includes a housing, a clutch mechanism and a manual control member. The housing is formed with a driving structure having a first inclined surface, a second inclined surface and a bottom surface. The clutch mechanism includes a driving member having a pushing structure, an elastic member arranged on the driving member for abutting against the driving structure, a rotating member having a pushed structure, and a motor for driving the driving member to rotate. The manual control member is connected to the rotating member. When the motor drives the driving member to rotate relative to the driving structure, the elastic member abuts against the first or second inclined surface to push the driving member to move toward the rotating member, so as to allow the pushing structure to abut against the pushed structure, in order to further drive the rotating member to rotate the manual control member.

Locking device

A locking device including: a locking pin movable in a linear direction; a tappet movable in the linear direction; and a clamping device connecting the tappet to the locking pin. Wherein the clamping device having an inner spring and an outer spring arranged coaxially relative to each other in the linear direction, and the inner spring is at least partially surrounded by the outer spring in a radial direction orthogonal to the linear direction.

Lock device with a clutch

A clutch includes an outer box and an intermediate member pivotably connected to the outer box. The intermediate member is coupled with an outer handle to pivot therewith. A torsion spring is disposed between the intermediate member and the outer box and biases the intermediate member to an initial position. A coupling member is pivotably mounted between the intermediate member and the outer box and is operatively connected to a first latch of a latch device of a lock device. When the coupling member and the intermediate member are jointly pivotable, pivotal movement of the outer handle causes the first latch to move from the latching position or the unlatching position. When the coupling member is not jointly pivotable with the intermediate member, pivotal movement of the outer handle is incapable of causing movement of the first latch. A lock device with the clutch is also disclosed.

Symmetrical and reversible-clutch mortise lock

The present invention relates to a symmetrical and reversible-clutch mortise lock comprising a central follower, a pair of symmetrical lateral followers, each one located on one side of the central follower to be activated by square bars of handles, a spacer which makes the movement of the two lateral followers independent and a motor, which connects to an actuation lever and which is activated when an access code is validated. The lock further comprises a clutch housed and guided in an accumulator arm able to move linearly to be housed in both lateral followers such that the corresponding lateral follower, when activated by the motion of the door handle, pushes the clutch until it makes contact with the central follower and activates the latch of the lock.

Transmission structure for electronic lock

A transmission structure includes: a turn button; a driven wheel including a wheel body and connecting parts having free ends or pushing blocks; and an actuating member including abutting parts corresponding to the free ends or the pushing blocks. When the driven wheel rotates, each of the free ends or each of the pushing blocks abuts against a corresponding one of the abutting parts. Also, the actuating member moves with a rotating shaft, and a latch connected to the rotating shaft displaces between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the driven wheel rotates, the latch does not displace and the actuating member cannot rotate. Also, each of the free ends or pushing blocks is still abutted by the corresponding one of the abutting parts and is curved elastically or deformed until the free end or the pushing block spans across the corresponding one of the abutting parts.

Flexible coupling for electronic deadbolt systems

An electronic deadbolt includes a housing, a deadbolt configured to extend or retract from the housing, and a drive system disposed at least partially within the housing. The drive system includes an electric motor and a leadscrew coupled between the electric motor and the deadbolt. The leadscrew is rotatable about a longitudinal axis so as to dive movement of the deadbolt. The drive system also includes a flexible coupling disposed between the electric motor and the leadscrew and is configured to absorb torsional loads generated by the movement of the deadbolt.

Configurable electrical connector key for electronic door locks

A configurable electrical connector key for connecting an electronic door lock to an external unit, such as a lock monitoring or control system, includes a connector key housing shaped to engage the electronic door lock and a configurable circuit mounted within the connector key housing that makes a configured interconnection between selected components within the door lock and the external unit. The combination of an electrical connector key and an electronic door lock and a system and method including multiple differently configured electrical connector keys and one or more standardized electronic door locks allow selected sensors and functions of the door lock to be enabled by selecting an appropriately configured electrical connector key.

Lock that does not distinguish between public and private spaces

The present invention discloses a lock that does not distinguish between public and private spaces and relates to the field of locks, comprising two sub locking systems which have the same structure, wherein the two sub locking systems are arranged mirror symmetrically on two sides. It can be optionally installed on both spaces where privacy is needed and a change of the entire lock is not required, such that all designs of an indoor layout and different requirements for design logics regarding doors are adjusted to, that a locking on both sides in an electrically controlled manner is possible, that rotation of a cylinder on both sides is prevented, and that an unlaching movement on both sides in an electrically controlled manner is possible.

A storage lock for a storage door, the lock comprising a lock housing for mounting to the storage door or a storage frame supporting the door; and a lock mechanism arranged within the lock housing, the lock mechanism comprising a latch selectively operable between a locked position in which the latch is extended to engage with the other of the storage door and storage frame to block against opening of the storage door, and an unlocked position in which the latch is retracted to disengage from the other of the storage door and storage frame to allow the storage door to be opened for access to storage, and a latch control system selectively operable between a restricted position to block against operation of the latch out from the locked position, and an unrestricted position to permit operation of the latch out from the locked position to the unlocked position.
