PLASTIC ENCLOSURE FOR ENCLOSING INDUSTRIAL COMPONENTS
The invention relates to a plastic enclosure for enclosing industrial components. The enclosure comprises a case (2), a lid (9), and a latch device (13) for locking the lid to the case. The lid (9) has a grip means formed as a rigid lug (14) molded to be monolithic with the lid (9), the lug comprising a throughhole (19) to which a hook portion (17) of a rocker (15) can grip. The lug (14) is arranged, in the closed position of the lid, to extend over and at a distance from the second wall (7) to be substantially in parallel with a wall of the case to limit an intermediate space between the wall (7) and the lug (14) when the lid is in the closed position. The hook portion (17) is arranged so that, in the release position (II) of the rocker (15), it is turned inside the intermediate space away from the path of the lug (14) and, in the locking position (I) of the rocker, the hook portion is turned to protrude laterally outwards through the through-hole (19) of the lug (14) and to compress the sealing gasket (12) by pressing the sealing flange (8) against the sealing gasket (12) to create a spring force against which the hook portion holds the lug (14). The output force of the hook portion (17) exerted to the lug (14) is amplified by a mechanical advantage provided by a lever effect of the rocker (15) when being turned to the locking position by an input force exerted to the handle arm (18).
Insulating device and latch
The present disclosure generally relates to an insulating device, for example a cooler, and a latch and latching system for securing a lid of the insulating device in a closed position. More specifically, the insulating device includes a chest coupled to a lid, and a ledge extending from the chest. A slot is formed in the ledge and for each slot, a pair of protrusions extend from a bottom surface of the ledge on other side of the slot. The protrusions are received by corresponding recesses formed in the latch. Thus, when the latch is in the engaged position, the protrusions are physically securely engaged in the recesses by virtue of the latch being in a tensioned configuration.
Automatic analysis device
An automated analysis device is provided with a casing accommodating an analysis device. A cover is axially supported with freedom to pivot, between a closed position and an upwardly-open open position, about a support shaft provided at one side of the casing. A closing device is capable of inhibiting opening of the cover in the closed position, and is provided with a projecting portion that protrudes from a front surface of the cover toward the rear, a lock lever which is axially supported with freedom to pivot about a pivoting support shaft, and which pivots from the work surface in a direction approaching the projecting portion to engage with the projection portion, thereby inhibiting opening of the cover. A safety cover can thus be locked securely.
Container and latching system
A container having a base and a lid is provided. The lid may be rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration and may be secured, via one or more latching assemblies. The latching assembly may comprise a latch body, a locking member, a biasing member, and an activating member. Additional features of the container may include handles and strength increasing features. The base and lid may also feature attachment points for various accessories. A carry strap may attach to the base of the container to allow a user to lift and carry the container. The container may also have a wheels attached to the bottom portion and/or across the bottom portion to one side of the sidewall structure. In addition, in exemplary containers with wheels, a pull handle may be attached to a side opposite the wheels. The lid may include a lid support member that can act as a molle board to releasably secure items to the lid support member while also providing structural support to the lid.
Thermal box
The present invention discloses a thermal box comprising a body; the body comprises a box body, a box cover and locking devices provided on a front side and a rear side of the body respectively; the snap fastening seat is fixed on the box body; two extended lugs are provided on the box cover; the snap fastening seat is provided with a pivot seat between the two extended lugs; two mounting lugs are provided on a top side of the snap fastening member; the two extended lugs are positioned between the two mounting lugs and interconnected thereto via a rotating shaft to rotate inwards and outwards; a fastening structure which fastens by pressing inwards and unfastens by pulling outwards is provided on the inner side of the snap fastening member and the snap fastening seat.
Lockset
The lockset includes a first body and a second body. The first body includes a lock body disposed in the first body, a first upper face having a lock hole and a first side face having a positioning hole. The second body includes a second upper face and a second side face. A rotatable buckle having a rotating unit and a lock unit is disposed on the second upper face. One end of the rotating unit is pivotally connected with the second upper face and the other end is connected with the lock unit. A positioning unit is disposed on the second side face. When the first side face is in a lock position, the positioning unit inserts into the positioning hole, and the rotatable unit may be rotated to insert the lock unit into the lock hole, wherein the lock body restricts the lock unit from leaving the lock hole.
Container with improved locking system
A locking system for a storage container comprises a housing mounted by a bracket within a cavity formed in at least one end wall of the container. The housing receives a padlock having a shackle movable between a locked position and an unlocked position relative to the latch arms of a latch mounted to the lid of the container, and a guard is connected to the front wall of the container and to the bracket in position to block access to at least that portion of the shackle which captures the latch arms of the latch.
