Wire type window regulator for vehicle
A wire type window regulator for vehicle that allows easily guiding a drive wire to a wire insertion clearance of a wire guide member and/or a drum housing during assembly is obtained. A wire guide member includes a wire guide groove around which the drive wire is wound, a wire disconnection prevention portion, and an inclination guide surface. The wire disconnection prevention portion is disposed to extend from one region to another region of regions on both sides between which the wire guide groove is interposed. The wire disconnection prevention portion forms a wire insertion clearance from which the drive wire is introducible to the wire guide groove with the other region. The inclination guide surface is disposed in the other region. The inclination guide surface guides the drive wire introduced to the wire guide groove to the wire insertion clearance.
WINDOW REGULATOR
A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window for a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, a window power feed wire for supplying power to the window, a swing bar arranged to be swingable about the rotational axis thereof that is along a width direction of the vehicle, an elastic member that generates an elastic force for swinging the swing bar in a predetermined direction, and a temporary holding mechanism for temporarily holding the swing bar so that the swing bar extends along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The window power feed wire is hung over the swing bar.
WINDOW REGULATOR
A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window for a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, a window power feed wire for supplying power to the window, a swing bar arranged to be swingable about the rotational axis thereof that is along a width direction of the vehicle, an elastic member that generates an elastic force for swinging the swing bar in a predetermined direction, and a wire breakage prevention means for preventing breakage of the window power feed wire at a direction changing portion where the routing direction of the window power feed wire changes as the swing bar swings. The window power feed wire is hung over the swing bar.
Rail module with cable conduits for window regulator systems
An integrated module as a window regulator assembly including: a carrier panel for mounting to a frame of a vehicle closure panel; at least one rail on the carrier panel, the rail associated with at least one cable guide in conjunction with a regulator carriage, the regulator carriage for coupling to a window of the closure panel; a drive mechanism on the carrier panel, the drive mechanism for operating the regulator carriage along a track of the rail; a cable assembly coupling the regulator carriage to the drive mechanism via the cable guide, the cable assembly including a conduit connected at one end to the rail and connected at another end to the drive mechanism, the conduit containing a cable element slideably received within the conduit; wherein the cable element is unsheathed from the conduit where the cable element is in contact with the cable guide.
HOLLOW TUBE WINDOW REGULATOR
An apparatus for raising and lowering a window in an automobile includes a cursor configured to be connected to the window and a guide rail having a hollow tube along which the cursor travels to raise and lower the window.
WINDOW LIFT ASSEMBLY HAVING A SECURING ELEMENT AND A SECURING SECTION FOR SECURING A TRACTION MEANS
A window lift assembly for adjusting a window pane, including a carrier, a flexible traction means for transferring an adjusting force for adjusting the window pane and a deflecting piece, which is non-rotatably arranged on the carrier and has a guide channel for deflecting the traction means in a guide plane. To retain the traction means in the guide channel, at least one securing element on the carrier and at least one securing section are provided, the at least one securing element and the at least one securing section may be formed so that if sections of the traction means are displaced out of the guide channel toward the securing element and the traction means thus contacts the securing element, the securing section continues to block the traction means against a displacement transverse to the guide plane out of the guide channel.
Window regulator and carrier plate
A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, and an ascending-side cable for pulling the carrier plate in the ascending direction and a descending-side cable for pulling the carrier plate in the descending direction. The carrier plate includes a descending-side housing portion and a pressing portion. The descending-side housing portion houses an end of the descending-side cable and a spring provided to apply a tensile force to the descending-side cable. The pressing portion is configured to press toward the guide rail the descending-side cable extending out of the descending-side housing portion.
FRAMELESS WINDOW REGULATOR RAIL WITH OVER-MOLDED FUNCTIONAL EDGE
A window regulator module for a motor vehicle includes a pair of window regulator rails operably coupled to one another via at least one cable wrapped about pulleys on the window regulator rails. Each window regulator rail has a body extending lengthwise between opposite ends. The body has a main body portion and a guide edge along which a lifter travels upwardly and downwardly. The main body portion is plastic and the guide edge is metal. The metal guide edge provides the window regulator module with increased stiffness and increased cross-vehicle stability to a window carried by the lifters.
VEHICLE WINDOW GLASS RAISING-AND-LOWERING MECHANISM
A vehicle window glass raising-and-lowering mechanism is achieved which can prevent a window glass from tilting, caused by a carrier plate rotating, even if the carrier plate is lowered down to a bottom dead point so that the window glass is fully open. The carrier plate includes a point of force that receives a movement force from wires in a downward direction. Two stopper members are provided at separated positions with respect to the vehicle forward and rearward direction, and the two stopper members have a positional relationship that crosses over either side of the point of force of the carrier plate.
Window regulator
A window regulator (1) provided in a door (9) of a vehicle to raise and lower a windowpane (90) in the door (9) includes a guide rail (20) arranged along the travel direction of the windowpane (90), a wire (3) extending along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail (20), and a traveling body (4) that is guided by the guide rail (20) and travels together with the windowpane (90). The traveling body (4) includes a drum (40) with a part of the wire (3) wound thereon, a motor (5) generating a drive force that rotates and drives the drum (40), and a housing (6) that holds the drum (40) and the motor (5). The motor (5) is more outwardly situated in a vehicle width direction than the guide rail (20) in the door (9).
