RAIL MODULE WITH CABLE CONDUITS FOR WINDOW REGULATOR SYSTEMS
An integrated module as a window regulator assembly including: a carrier panel for mounting to a frame of a vehicle closure panel; at least one rail on the carrier panel, the rail associated with at least one cable guide in conjunction with a regulator carriage, the regulator carriage for coupling to a window of the closure panel; a drive mechanism on the carrier panel, the drive mechanism for operating the regulator carriage along a track of the rail; a cable assembly coupling the regulator carriage to the drive mechanism via the cable guide, the cable assembly including a conduit connected at one end to the rail and connected at another end to the drive mechanism, the conduit containing a cable element slideably received within the conduit; wherein the cable element is unsheathed from the conduit where the cable element is in contact with the cable guide.
WINDOW REGULATOR
A window regulator provided in a door of a vehicle to raise and lower a windowpane in the door. The window regulator includes a traveling body that holds the windowpane and travels together with the windowpane, a wire that pulls the traveling body, and a drive mechanism that generates a drive force to wind the wire. The traveling body includes a sub-housing that encloses at least a portion of the drive mechanism. The traveling body includes a recessed groove into which the wire is inserted and which has a depth in a plate thickness direction thereof. The sub-housing is fixed to the traveling body while striding across the recessed groove.
Sliding door module
A sliding door module includes a resin base coupled to an inner panel of a sliding door, a window glass lifting and lowering device that lifts and lowers a window glass, and a door movement device that moves the sliding door. The window glass lifting and lowering device and the door movement device are coupled to the base.
Window regulator
In a window regulator which moves a slider base, slidable along a guide rail, via a pair of wires, the slider base includes: a guide portion which is fitted to the guide rail to be movable in the longitudinal direction thereof; first and second wire engaging portions with which ends of the wires are engaged, respectively; and first and second force application portions which receive a force in a moving direction of the slider base from the wires, and the guide portion is positioned in at least one of the areas between the first force application portion and the first wire engaging portion and between the second force application portion and the second wire engaging portion in the widthwise direction of the guide rail. This makes it possible to obtain a window regulator which is superior in smoothness of operation and operating efficiency of the slider base.
Window regulator and method of producing window regulator
In a window regulator, and a method of producing the same, which moves a slider base along a guide rail via wires in accordance with rotation of a drum, includes a fitting portion having a first protrusion and a second protrusion provided on a drum housing which supports the drum, wherein the first protrusion protrudes from an abutting surface of the drum housing with which an end surface of the guide rail can come into contact and wherein the second protrusion protrudes from the abutting surface by a smaller amount of protrusion than that of the first protrusion, and the drum housing and the guide rail are joined by restricting movement of the guide rail in the thickness direction thereof by inserting the guide rail in between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. Workability during manufacturing of the window regulator is thereby improved.
WINDOW REGULATOR
This window regulator 1 is provided with a guide rail 31, a carrier plate 32, an ascending-side cable 33, and a descending-side cable 34. The carrier plate 32 has an ascending-side end holder 79 that houses an end 33a of the ascending-side cable 33, and a descending-side end holder 71 that houses an end 34a of the descending-side cable 34. The ascending-side end holder 79 is provided such that the ascending-side cable 33 is outside the guide rail 31. The descending-side end holder 81 is provided such that the descending-side cable 34 is on the guide rail 31. When the carrier plate 32 ascends and descends, the carrier plate 32 ascends and descends along the edges of the guide rail 31. Therefore, in the window regulator, abnormal noise can be suppressed.
WINDOW REGULATOR FOR VEHICLE
A vehicle window regulator includes a slider base supported on a guide rail; a drive wire connected to the slider base; a wire guide supported at one end of the guide rail and having a winding part, onto which the drive wire is wound, at a position offset from the guide rail in a vehicle width direction; and a driver which raises and lowers the slider base via the drive wire. The wire guide is supported by the guide rail by a retainer and a pressing portion, the retainer engaged with the guide rail, and the pressing portion being engaged with the guide rail to press the guide rail toward the other end of the guide rail. The pressing portion is formed at a position toward the other end and formed at a position offset from the retainer toward the winding part.
DOOR MODULE AND HOUSING ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE WINDOW LIFTER
A door module for a motor vehicle door includes a support panel with a window lifter cable drive mounted or mountable thereon and coupled to a cable drum for a pull cable connected or connectable to a pane carrier. A first housing part receives the cable drum and includes through-openings for screw elements. A second housing part paired with the cable drive has screw bosses corresponding to the through-openings. The first housing part is on a first panel side and the second housing part is on an opposite second panel side. Each screw element has a screw head with a first tool receptacle and a threaded shaft with a shaft tip and a second tool receptacle on or in the shaft tip, so that each screw element can be actuated on the second panel side to uninstall the second housing part screwed with the first housing part.
Window regulator cable guide
A cable guide for use with a window regulator assembly includes a body, an attachment configured to be inserted through an aperture in a guide rail and retain a portion of the guide rail in a rail gap, a spring tab configured to press against an edge of the guide rail, and a cable retention arm configured to receive a tensioned drive cable of the window regulator. The cable guide may be steadily assembled to the guide rail by utilizing the pushing force from the tensioned drive cable. The aperture is located along the guide rail such that the aperture is out of the slide path of the window carrier of the window regulator assembly.
Single-rail window regulator assembly
A single-rail window regulator for moving a side window of a vehicle in an upward direction and in a downward direction includes a guide rail defining and a carrier plate having a central guide structure for movably engaging the guide rail, a first lateral extension extending to a first lateral side of the guide rail, and a second lateral extension extending to a second lateral side of the guide rail body opposite the first lateral side. The carrier plate has a first cable attachment pocket on the first lateral extension and a second cable attachment pocket on the second lateral extension. Accordingly, the two attachment pockets are arranged on opposite lateral sides. As one cable end pulls the carrier plate upward and the other cable end pulls the carrier plate downward, the arrangement causes torques in the same rotational direction, even when reversing the direction of movement.
