Door closer arrangement
The aim of the invention is to achieve a door closer arrangement where the force needed for opening the door is not so substantial. The invention comprises a door closer, a slide rail, and an arm that connects the door closer with the slide rail. The arrangement comprises also a second rail, which is arranged to form a slide slope for the door closer and the auxiliary spring arrangement.
Modular door operating linkage system and related method for connecting a door to a driver
A modular door operating linkage system connectable to an extendable from a door pivotable between closed and open positions about a generally vertical axis disposed such that the door can be either pushed or pulled between positions. The modular linkage system includes a rigid generally L-shaped crank arm component connected to a powered driver which drives the crank arm component in opposite arcuate directions. The modular linkage system also includes a rigid elongated track component defining a generally C-shaped linear channel. The modular linkage system also includes a rigid but adjustable multipiece link component. The linkage system further includes a rigid block component which is configured and designed to act in concert with the other components of the linkage system. The various components of the linkage system are designed and configured relative to each other such that they can be selectively interchanged with and connected to each other and to the door in a multitude of different arrangements and scenarios to easily and readily accommodate different environments wherein the door is utilized. A method for connecting a door to a powered driver is also disclosed.
DOOR MOVEMENT SYSTEM FOR CABINET
A system for opening and closing a door within a cabinet is provided. The system includes a motor in communication with a controller to automatically open and close a door. A first plate fixed to the motor shaft to rotate with rotation of the motor shaft, the plate comprises a slot disposed therein. A first leg extends from a door that extends through the slot. A second leg extends from the door. A first sensor moves based upon rotation of the motor shaft, wherein the first sensor can detect relative motion between the motor shaft and the door, wherein when the motor shaft is rotated in the second direction and the first sensor detects relative motion between the motor shaft and the door, the first sensor sends a signal to the controller, wherein upon receipt of the signal the first sensor discontinues sending the second signal to the motor.

Door closer communication
A door closer system having a door closer that includes at least one sensor configured to sense an operating characteristic or condition relating to the door closer including a position or speed of displacement of at least a portion of the door closer or an associated entryway device. The sensor(s) can also provide information relating to the performance or condition of one or more components of the door closer, such as the operation of a backcheck mechanism, as well as tracking the number of door cycles. Information obtained by the sensor(s) of the door closer system can be communicated to a lockset device of an entryway control system. The lockset device can be configured to communicate information received from the door closer system to an access control system, which can in turn provide the communicated information to a management system.
PARALLEL OPERATION OF DOOR OPERATORS
The present invention relates to a swing door operator system (1) comprising at least a first swing door operator (100), a second swing door operator (200), a wall (300), and at least one door leaf (400), wherein the at least one door leaf (400) is hinged connected at an opening (304) in the wall (300), the first swing door operator (100) is connected to a first side (401) of the door leaf (400), the second swing door operator (200) is connected to a second side (402) of the door leaf (400), the first side (401) of the door leaf (400) is opposite to the second side (402) of the door leaf (400), and the first swing door operator (100) and the second swing door operator (200) are configured to interact to move the door leaf (400) between an open and closed position.
DOOR OPERATOR AND METHOD OF ITS OPERATION
The present invention relates to a swing door operator (10) for moving a door leaf (20) between an open and closed position, the swing door operator comprising at least one drive unit that comprises at least one motor and at least one spring, the motor and spring being arranged to interact to enable moving the swing door leaf between the open and closed position, the swing door operator (10) further comprising a control unit being operatively connected to the drive unit and thereby the motor,
SWING DOOR OPERATOR WITH OFFSET SPRING
A swing door operator having a powered driver operable to manipulate a drive unit that rotates a spindle to open a door. As the door is opened, the drive unit compresses a spring engaged with a spring mount that is pivotally connected to the drive unit. The spring mount is pivotable between an operating configuration in which the spring is arranged to be compressed by the drive unit as spindle rotates in the first direction and to expand thereafter to rotate the spindle in a second direction opposite the first direction, and a servicing configuration in which the spring is slidably removable from the spring mount.
DEVICE FOR MOVING A DOOR LEAF
A device for moving a door leaf between an open position and a close position with regard to a door opening in a wall, includes lever kinematics with a lever for assisting the movement of the door leaf. The lever includes a first section and a second section, and a connecting element for accommodating a transmission component configured for transmitting electrical energy and/or data. The device is provided for the connecting element to be rotatably supported at the first section of the lever.
Swinging door operator
An automatic door operator operating on standard 120V/240V AC power utilizes a servomotor for operation, and thus no separate transformer is required for the operator. The servomotor incorporates programming to limit torque, and thus no slip clutch is required in order to allow manual operation of the door. Furthermore, because the servomotor has built-in control logic, no separate digital control logic is required. Because the position of the servomotor is continuously maintained, the relative position of the door with respect to a fully opened or fully closed position is always known, and no separate external signal is required in order to monitor the door position.
