A clamp comprises a first arcuate portion, a second arcuate portion connected to the first arcuate portion via a hinge, and a ratchet mechanism for locking the first and second arcuate portions in a closed position. The first and second arcuate portions each comprise a circumferential groove which tapers in a radial direction from an opening of the groove to a base of the groove. The groove of one of the first and second arcuate portions has an angular extent which exceeds 180 degrees and has an opening with a width which is narrower at opposing ends of the groove than at a position partway between the ends.

INFUSION PUMP ASSEMBLY

A fluid connector assembly. The fluid connector assembly includes a tab portion including a slot; a plug portion slidably connected to the tab portion the plug portion comprising a fluid path and a disc, the disc configured to seat within the slot; a catch feature located on a first end of the tab portion and configured to interact with a reservoir; and a latching feature located on a second end of the tab portion, the latching feature configured to interact and lock onto the reservoir, wherein force applied to the plug portion may overcome a threshold force and unseat the disc from the slot wherein the plug portion moves with respect to the tab portion.

Connector System For Releasably Connecting Fluid Conduits

Disclosed herein are embodiments of a connector system for releasably connecting together tubes, for example medical tubing, and methods of making and using such a connector system, whereby the connector system includes a female coupler having a first passageway, a male coupler having a second passageway, a catch movably coupled to the female coupler, and a catch-receiving element coupled to the male coupler. The connector system further includes a release element movably coupled to the female coupler, whereby travel of the release element along or over a female coupler outer surface of the female coupler disengages the catch from the catch-receiving element to achieve a disconnected condition of the connector system. Further disclosed herein are embodiments of a connector system for releasably connecting together tubes, whereby the connector system includes at least one valve biased by a valve-biasing member disposed external to or outside of the fluid flow path.

CONNECTOR WITH ROTATABLE TUBE

A connector is provided comprising a hollow connector body having a central aperture and a hollow tube that is rotatable within the central aperture without rotating the hollow connector body.

FLUID CONNECTOR WITH SLIDABLE MEMBER

A connector is provided comprising first and second hollow bodies with a fluid transfer member, slidably arranged between the first and second hollow connector bodies.

Coupling mechanism for medical devices

A releasable coupling mechanism for coupling a delivery catheter and a dilator. The delivery catheter comprising a delivery catheter hub at the proximal end and the dilator comprising a dilator hub at the proximal end. The proximal end of the delivery catheter hub comprises a coupling member for releasably receiving a raised portion which is positioned at a distal end of the dilator hub. The coupling member has a pair of engagement members positioned on opposing sides of the coupling member and configured to releasably engage the raised portion. The delivery catheter hub further comprising at least one indicia on the housing. The indicia indicate an orientation of the delivery catheter hub such that the dilator hub disengages from the coupling member by simultaneously deflecting the pair of engagement members.

Fluid bag adaptor

An adaptor including a hub and a connector, the hub having an exterior surface and an interior surface, the interior surface defining a first cavity; and the connector including: a noose and at least one slider coupled to the noose, the slider being configured to engage the exterior surface such that the noose is received by the first cavity.

ROTARY PERITONEAL DIALYSIS INTERCONNECT

A housing includes a cavity portion and a cover portion configured for rotary motion. The cover portion can include a receiver port configured to engage with a fitting configured for coupling to an end of a first tube. At a first alignment position of the cavity portion relative to tire cover portion, the receiver port is aligned with a first retention cleat. At a second alignment position of the cavity portion relative to the cover portion, the receiver port is aligned with a fluid coupler. At a third alignment position of the cavity portion relative to the cover portion, the fitting is aligned with a second cap.

Disclosed herein is a fluid connector system configured to couple a first fluid line structure, e.g. port, with a second fluid line structure, e.g. catheter. The connector system can include a connector body and one or more locking mechanisms designed to transition between an unlocked position and a locked position. The locking mechanism includes a first lever arm rotatably coupled to the connector body, and a second lever arm rotatably coupled to the first lever arm. The second lever arm can further be rotatably and releasably coupled to the port. Rotating the first lever arm uses mechanical advantage to urge the port to engage a catheter ensuring a tight seal therebetween even under high fluid pressures.
