TOP-HANGING SLIDING DOOR INCLUDING BOTTOM GUIDE AND SEAL
Systems and methods for providing a drop seal assembly which is concealed within an opening in the bottom of a sliding door panel of a top-hanging sliding door. The drop seal assembly may include bottom guide which defines a downward facing elongated slot or track which receives a sill guide therein. The drop seal assembly also includes a drop down acoustic seal which automatically drops down to contact the floor surface below the door panel when the door panel is moved from an open position into a closed position. The distance that the seal drops down upon closing of the door panel may be selectively adjustable to accommodate variances in the air gap between the door bottom and the floor surface due to particular installation conditions. A concealed magnetic bottom seal activator may be used to provide self-adjusting activation of the door bottom seal assembly using two opposing magnets.
Roller carriage for the reception of a sliding door
A roller carriage for the reception of a sliding door includes a roller module for the displaceable affixing at a roller running path and a basic body for the attachment to the sliding door. The roller module is configured of a first material and the basic body of a second material. The first material conducts structure-borne sound in a first sound conducting range and dampens the structure-borne sound in a second sound conducting range. The second material dampens structure-borne sound in the first sound conducting range and conducts structure-borne sound in the second sound conducting range.
PASSAGE DEVICE FOR ACCESS CONTROL AND/OR SEPARATION
A passage device for access control and/or separation, having at least one barrier element, which projects into a passage of the passage device and blocks the passage. The barrier element has a base body with at least one hollow space, wherein the hollow space is at least partially filled with a filling.
SLIDING BARN DOOR HARDWARE
The present disclosure provides for a sliding (barn-style) door and methods and hardware for mounting. The sliding barn door includes a door slab and mounting hardware including a top extension and a bottom extension. The top and bottom extensions each have a rectangular face having substantially the same dimensions and configured to lengthen the height of the door slab.
Power pocket sliding door
A system for managing opening and closing a pocket door includes a spindle, an actuator, and brackets. The spindle extends along a longitudinal axis between first and second ends, and is configured to be coupled to the pocket door. The actuator is coupled to the spindle and is configured to cause the spindle to move axially along the longitudinal axis. The brackets are connected to the spindle at each end and are constrained from longitudinal motion relative to the spindle. The brackets are configured to affix the spindle to the pocket door. A bushing system couples each bracket to the spindle and is configured to dampen impact between the spindle and the brackets. For example, the bushing system may include lobed elements, made of a rubber material, that engage each other to transmit azimuthal forces. In some embodiments, another actuator is included to improve cycle life and redundancy.
Indexing multi-panel door
An indexing multi-panel door includes a leading door panel supported on a first track and moveable between open and closed positions, a trailing door panel supported on a second track and moveable between open and closed positions, a motion control track mounted to one of the door panels, a follower mounted to the other one of the door panels, the follower including a first distal end received within the motion control track, the motion control track including features to frictionally engage the first distal end, wherein when the leading door is moved between the open and closed positions, engagement between the first distal end and the features moves the trailing door panel along with the leading door panel, and allows slippage, wherein the leading and trailing door panels move relative to one another as the leading and trailing door panels are moved between the open and closed positions.
Retractable Barrier System
A retractable barrier system for inhibiting access to designated private and public areas both indoors and outdoors, including by way of example but not limitation, retail and warehouse aisles and the like, includes a flexible screen retractable and extensible from a rotatable rod coupled to a mounting member, the mounting member having an attachment mechanism for coupling with a receiving member, wherein a winding mechanism is coupled to the rotatable rod for retractably receiving and extending the flexible screen, the flexible screen is comprised of material having a sufficient modulus of elasticity to promote substantially smooth retractably receiving thereof and may further include tapering between ends thereof, and the winding mechanism may include a guide member having a surface of sufficient diameter oriented substantially perpendicular to the flexible screen to guide the flexible screen upon retractably receiving the screen.
Temporary shower door system
A temporary barrier for enclosing a bathing enclosure such as a bathtub-shower combination or simply a shower enclosure uses a frame that sits atop a front surface of the enclosure such as on the top of the bathtub and abuts each of the opposing outside walls of the enclosure. A pair of sliding shower doors is slidably disposed within the frame, or alternately, a pair of doors is pivotally attached within the frame, or one door pivotally attached with a fixed panel next to the pivoting door. A pair of tensioning mechanisms is attached, one each to each of the horizontal members of the frame, in order to securely wedge the frame between the outside walls.
Track corner connecting device for shower door, shower door frame and shower door
This invention relates to the field of sanitary and bathing devices, and particularly to a track corner connecting device for a shower door used in a shower room, a shower door frame and a shower door. The track corner connecting device for a shower door comprises: an inserting member and a receiving member, wherein: the inserting member comprises an insert, the insert having a chamber therein and being provided with a first opening; the receiving member comprises a receiver, the receiver having a receiving chamber therein and being provided with a second opening and a third opening, the second and third openings being arranged on two adjacent walls of the receiver; the receiving member further comprises a fixture; and an exit-stopping projection is provided on a second wall of the receiving member.
Connecting device and shower door assembly including the connecting device
The present invention relates to the field of sanitary and bathing devices, and particularly to a connecting device for connecting a horizontal track to a vertical side frame of a shower door assembly, and a shower door assembly including the connecting device. The connecting device may comprise: a retaining member capable of being retained to an end of the horizontal track and provided with a lug; a connecting member having a width larger than that of the first opening, and being provided with a second opening; and a locking member provided with a connecting portion, the connecting portion being provided with a projection, wherein the locking member can be in a locked position or in an unlocked position when the projection is away from the connecting member. The shower door assembly comprises: a horizontal track; a vertical side frame provided on an end with a vertical opening.
