Top-hanging sliding door including wedge design top seal
Systems and methods for providing a door seal system for top-hanging sliding doors. In some implementations, two angled mating surfaces are used, one angled surface on a fixed frame and one reversed angled surface on the slideable door panel. The slideable door panel slides directly parallel to the fixed door frame. A mating seal surface is created that is only in frictional contact for a small portion of the linear slide distance of the door panel. In some implementations, rather than placing two opposing angled seal surfaces, the sealing system has one angled surface on the fixed door frame. In such implementations, the sliding door panel is adjusted to be in a reverse angled orientation relative to the angled surface of the fixed door frame. Seal designs for the rear vertical edge of the slideable door panel are also provided herein.
INNER FRAME FOR DOOR OR WINDOW, SKYLIGHT COMPRISING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An inner frame of a door or a window is disclosed. The inner frame is disposed at an inner side of a window sash, and is connected between a jamb of the door or the window sash and a door frame or a window frame. The inner frame includes a fixing portion for fixing to the jamb, a water baffle, and a connecting portion for connecting with the door frame or the window frame. One side of the fixing portion is fixed to the jamb, the water baffle is integrally disposed on the other side of the fixing portion opposite to the one side, and the connecting portion is integrally disposed on a side of the water baffle facing away from the fixing portion and is connected to the door frame or the window frame.
Profiled arrangement, particularly for a refrigerator and/or freezer device
The invention relates to a profiled arrangement (1) particularly for a refrigerator and/or freezer device (10), comprising at least one base (8), at least one securing arrangement (2), at least one sealing arrangement (3) and at least one profiled element (5), characterised in that at least one free end (51) of the profiled element (5) is arranged on the sealing arrangement (3), and that at least one additional free end (52) of the profiled element (5) is connected to the base (8) by means of at least one movement arrangement (4) that at least partially projects into the sealing arrangement (3), said movement arrangement comprising two movement sections (40, 41) arranged approximately opposite one another. The invention also relates to a closing element (20) for a refrigerator and/or freezer device (10) having such a profiled arrangement (1), and to a refrigerator and/or freezer device (10) comprising such a profiled arrangement (1).
Integrated guide system and door seal for a soft close sliding door
A door system includes a door having a housing mounted in the bottom edge of the door that retains a bottom seal and a second channel for receiving a guide. A seal is formed adjacent the periphery of the door between the door and a door opening in a structure when the door is in the closed position. The seal includes deformable gaskets that extend between the structure and the door to form a seal around the door opening. A first soft close device is mounted adjacent the open positon and a second soft close device is mounted adjacent the closed position. A single activator pin is mounted on the door and positioned such that the activator pin engages the first soft close device as the door nears the open positon and engages the second soft close device as the door nears the closed position.
Knock-Down Weather Seal Assembly for an Overhead Door and Method of Use and Distribution
A knock-down seal assembly for an overhead-sectional door having horizontal joints between adjacent panels and a leading lateral edge that seals the lateral leading edge of the door as the door panel closes against the floor or traffic area. The seal assembly includes a pair of retainer rails which do not exceed about 5 to 6 feet in overall length. The retainer rails have one or more seal channels formed in a bottom surface of the rail for receiving a flexible weather seal strip. The rails also have a separate extension channel formed in the bottom surface thereof for receiving an elongate retainer clip. The retainer clip can be used to join the pair of rails to form a single rail of a longer overall length.
Sealing system for a conditioned door threshold
Embodiments of the invention provide a sealing system configured to provide a sealed boundary between a conditioned and an uncontrolled or separately conditioned environment. In some examples, the sealing system may comprise a door, a conditioning device, and a seal assembly. The door may be moveable between an opened position and a closed position. The seal assembly may be coupled to the door and have an airflow path. When the door is in the closed position, the conditioning device may be configured to direct conditioned air into the airflow path, thereby urging conditioned air through the seal to inhibit undesirable door and/or adjacent surface conditions.
Architectural terrace door
The threshold system includes a first support member secured to a walking surface, a second support member secured to the walking surface, and a thermal break joining the first support member and the second support member. A first ramp is removably coupled to the first support member. A second ramp is removably coupled to the second support member.
SEAL MECHANISM FOR LOAD PORT DOORS
The disclosure describes devices and systems for a seal, and methods for using said seal. A seal includes a base portion configured to couple to a groove formed by an edge surface of a first component. The seal further includes a sealing portion extending from the base portion. The sealing portion is configured to create an airtight seal between the first component and a sealing surface of a second component responsive to a threshold sealing force being applied against the sealing portion. The seal further includes a retaining portion substantially perpendicular to the base portion. A surface of the retaining portion is configured to push against the edge surface of the first component responsive to the threshold sealing force being applied against the sealing portion.
TRAFFIC DOOR CONSTRUCTION AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A frame for a traffic door having a leading edge, trailing edge, top edge, and bottom edge. The frame includes a trailing edge frame member having first and second ends and configured to extend along the trailing edge of the traffic door. The trailing edge frame member is a monolithic body having a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion extends between the first and second ends in a continuous and linear manner. The trailing edge frame member further includes a first cutout from the second portion of the trailing edge frame member adjacent the first end and a second cutout from the second portion of the trailing edge frame member adjacent the second end to define a central tab. A traffic door having such a frame is disclosed. A method of forming a traffic door with such a frame is also disclosed.
