CATHETER
A catheter includes a shaft and a hub that are firmly fixed to each other. The shaft is a tubular body in which a lumen extends throughout the shaft from a distal end to a proximal end. The shaft includes a shaft proximal surface at which the lumen opens and a shaft outer surface that is an outer peripheral surface of the tubular body. The hub is attached to the proximal end of the shaft. The hub includes a tubular accommodation unit configured to accommodate the shaft. The accommodation unit includes a hub melted surface directly welded to the shaft outer surface, and at least one of the accommodation unit and the hub is formed with a plurality of cavities at a position close to the hub melted surface.
Infusion pump assembly
A fluid connector assembly. The fluid connector assembly includes a tab portion including a slot; a plug portion slidably connected to the tab portion the plug portion comprising a fluid path and a disc, the disc configured to seat within the slot; a catch feature located on a first end of the tab portion and configured to interact with a reservoir; and a latching feature located on a second end of the tab portion, the latching feature configured to interact and lock onto the reservoir, wherein force applied to the plug portion may overcome a threshold force and unseat the disc from the slot wherein the plug portion moves with respect to the tab portion.

Connection system for tunneled catheters
A method of manufacturing a catheter assembly including a proximal catheter assembly portion and a distal catheter assembly portion. The method of manufacturing comprises forming the proximal catheter assembly portion, creating a distal catheter assembly portion, and applying a polymeric coating to at least one of the proximal catheter assembly portion and the distal catheter assembly portion. The proximal catheter assembly portion can include a catheter hub and at least one cannula, the catheter hub including at least one fluid passageway in communication with a lumen of the at least one cannula. The distal catheter assembly portion can include a catheter tube defining at least one lumen designed to receive the at least one cannula. The polymeric coating is configured to provide a seal between the at least one cannula and the catheter tube when the proximal catheter assembly portion and the distal catheter assembly portion are connected.

Adjustable medium diverter
A system for modulating delivery of a fluid medium includes an injector for injecting the fluid medium during an injection cycle, a delivery catheter including a conduit for delivering the fluid medium, a manifold disposed in a fluid medium flow path between the injector and the delivery catheter, and a pulsatile generator. The pulsatile generator is configured to apply a pulsatile force to the fluid medium defined by a plurality of duty cycles during the injection cycle, each of the duty cycles including a first pressure level and a second pressure level that is lower than the first pressure level.
Lamprey lock device
The present invention provides a lamprey lock device configured to provide a fluid transfer between two devices or objects. In one embodiment, lamprey lock device of the present invention improves fluid transfer by maximizing the inner diameter of connections between two objects including but not limited to a catheter, tubing, veress needles, trocars, syringes, or gas/fluid delivery systems.
