Rollable Wall Systems
A rollable wall system includes a steel frame box, a roll-up wall mechanism, a horizontal self-adaptive rotating shaft, a pair of guiding columns, and two types of locking mechanisms. The roll-up wall mechanism includes several wall segments. There is a hinge between each two neighboring wall segments. The horizontal self-adaption shaft is connected to the uppermost wall segment of the wall mechanism. The rollable wall shaft is mounted in the steel frame box. When the shaft rotates, the wall mechanism will roll up and retract into the box. A locking mechanism is installed between the neighboring wall segments and at the bottom of the wall. The wall segments can be made of multiple interior layers.
BOX FOR A ROLLING DEVICE
Box for a rolling device, comprising a box-like body having an inner surface which defines a housing cavity for the rolling device, wherein the box-like body comprises a front opening and a rear opening and a front structural panel fixed to the box-like body for closing the front opening. It includes an insulation system which continuously covers the inner surface of the box-like body and an inner face of the front structural panel. At the front opening, a first tape-like element extends along a continuous closed path around said front opening and, at the rear opening, a second tape-like element which extends along a respective continuous closed path around the rear opening, where the first and the second tape-like element are impermeable to air.
A COVER ARRANGEMENT
A cover arrangement for at least partially covering an opening includes an elongated support member, which is adapted to be arranged adjacent the opening, a plate-shaped cover adapted to be connected to the elongated support member in a way that, in a connected state, the plate-shaped cover projects from the elongated support member, and at least one connection element. The connection element and the elongated support member include complimentary shaped first engagement means so that the connection element may be rigidly connected to the elongated support member in an operative state. Further, the connection element and the plate-shaped cover include complimentary shaped pivot means so that the plate-shaped cover may be pivoted between a non-connected state and the connected state in relation to the elongated support member when the connection element is in its operative state in relation to the elongated support member.
LIGHTED SHADE HOLDER
The window shade pocket system may comprise a pocket having an inside surface, a first wall and a second wall, wherein a roller shade is mounted within the pocket; and a first bracket removably affixed to the inside surface of the first wall of the pocket, wherein the first bracket retains a light source. The light source may include at least one of a light bulb, light bar, light strip, LED lighting or reflective device. The light source may be LED lighting that is modular or provides different colors over the window shade fabric. The light source may include a lens. The light source may be at least one of removeable from the first bracket or rotatable within the first bracket. The light source may be at least one of between the window shade and the window, or between the room and the window shade.
COIL BRUSH CURTAIN ASSEMBLY
According to some embodiments curtain assemblies are provided having fabric curtains with brush edges that are mated to the fabric curtain. The brush edges are configured to extend laterally from the curtain to contact, for example, the side edges of the opening in which the curtain assembly is installed and remain in contact with the side edges during movement of the curtain. The brush edges can be configured to deflect along the plane of the motion of the curtain to maintain the contact between the curtain and the side edges. In some embodiments, the curtain assemblies can include optional side tracks configured to receive the brush edges, for example, to improve the connection between the brush edges and the side edges.
Lighted window shade holder
Fire or smoke barrier
A fire or smoke barrier (1) having a head box (2) for housing a curtain (4) which is open at its underside to allow the curtain to be deployed and withdrawn. The head box (2) houses a roller (3) for the curtain (4) to be rolled from for deployment and rolled back onto for withdrawal and attached at the bottom of the curtain (4) is a bottom bar (7) for weighing down the curtain (4) when deployed. The head box (2) has one or more apertures (14, 15) for cleaning air circulation and being provided at the, or each, aperture (14,15) with a spring (22) loaded trap (16,17) normally held open by a fusible link (31), the link fusing (31) in event of fire.
Interlocking Pivotable Fascia for Motorized Window Treatment
A battery-powered, motorized window treatment may include a fascia that pivots between a conceal position wherein the fascia covers a window treatment assembly and a battery compartment, and an expose position wherein the fascia does not cover the battery compartment. The fascia may be a two part fascia that includes an arm and a cover that pivots relative to the arm when the battery compartment is operated between respective opened and closed positions. The arm may be attached to the battery compartment such that the arm remains in a fixed orientation relative to the battery compartment. The arm and the cover may define complementary pivotally interlocking connectors that define a pivot axis about which the cover may pivot relative to the arm. The fascia may be configured to generate a perceptible indication when the fascia pivots into the conceal position, and/or when the fascia pivots into the expose position.
ROLL-UP DOOR WITH SPIRAL BRACKETS
This disclosure presents a safe high speed roll-up door with spiral brackets. To enable a high speed operation, robust spiral brackets having efficient spacing are provided to guide the plurality of sectional slats. Durable and low noise signature rollers are used. A unique assembly configuration of the slats and the tracks guiding the rollers enable quick replacement of each individual roller without disassembling the door. A double-belt counter weight mechanism balances the door and incorporates safety sensors that prevent loosening the belts when the door is jammed. The belts are further adjustable using ratchets such that adjustment for the horizontal balance as well as weight position is made effortless. In all, the high speed roll-up door using sectional slats performs faster and quieter, withstands greater loads, and lasts longer than other existing roll-up doors with spiral brackets.
Modular roll-up wall system
A roll-up wall system including a frame having a longitudinal axis, a first roller disposed in the frame, a second roller disposed in the frame, and a tube disposed in the frame. A screen may be connected to the tube. The screen may be supported by the first roller and the second roller. Further, the screen may be movable between a first configuration and a second configuration. In the first configuration, the screen is rolled around the tube which is spaced a first distance from the first roller. In the second configuration, the screen forms a barrier adjacent the frame, and the tube is spaced a second distance from the first roller. The second distance may be less than the first distance. Also, the roll-up wall system may be an acoustic barrier which achieves a Sound Transmission Class rating ranging from approximately 31 STC to approximately 53 STC.
