PICC LINE SEPARATOR
The present invention relates to a system consisting of one or more instruments, which provides a simple method for detaching a connector cap from the connector as this is the juncture utilized to administer fluids into the body via an IV peripherally inserted central catheter, commonly know as a PICC or PIC line. This device enables one to avoid potential breakage of the PICC line connector cap, which can occur utilizing current procedures. The system is put into place whereby the portion of the instrument associated with the fixed end of the PICC line (that which is implanted in the patient) is slid over the PICC line connector and held stationary, while the portion of the accompanying instrument associated with the free end of the PICC line is secured around the connector cap and rotated counterclockwise until the connector cap assembly is loose enough to be separated without further aid.

Drug Delivery Device with a Cap
A needle assembly for use with a drug delivery device comprises a cap releasably secured to the drug delivery device and a blocking member. The blocking member comprises a disinfectant swab and a user graspable portion. The blocking member is configured to be physically moved with respect to the needle assembly by a user. The needle assembly is configured such that in an initial position, the blocking member blocks the cap from being removed from the drug delivery device and movement of the blocking member from the initial position causes the disinfectant swab to contact a septum of a cartridge retained within the drug delivery device.
ANTIMICROBIAL INSERTS FOR STOPCOCK MEDICAL CONNECTORS
Various embodiments of an antimicrobial insert for a stopcock medical connector are provided. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antimicrobial insert that is seated within at least a portion of the annular bore of the connector's tap, wherein fluid within the annular bore contacts the antimicrobial insert, thereby preventing microbial proliferation within the stopcock medical connector.

PRIMING DEVICE
Described is a priming device to prime a gas from a fluid delivery system by receiving the gas and a fluid used to push the gas into a chamber, the priming device including a housing having a chamber, an inlet port, and an opening to release gas received into the chamber. The device further includes a valve extending from the inlet port toward the chamber and a cover body comprising one or more flexible protrusions extending axially inward from an inner surface of the cover body. The cover body has an open first end, an open second end, and an axis between the first end and the second end, the first end configured to couple with a male luer connector, the second end configured to couple with the inlet port of the housing, wherein the cover body is moveable relative to the housing.
ANTIMICROBIAL DEVICE COMPRISING A CAP WITH RING AND INSERT
Systems, methods, and devices for providing an antimicrobial composition to the proximal elements of a transdermal catheter and into the lumen of the transdermal catheter are disclosed. In an embodiment, the device includes a cap configured to be removably secured to the hub, the cap comprising a ring member comprising first threads for engaging second threads on the hub of the transdermal catheter, the ring member having an opening through its interior; and an insert member secured within the opening of the ring member; wherein the insert member comprises an antimicrobial composition and the ring and insert member do not readily rotate with regard to one another.
A LIGHT GUIDING ASSEMBLY FOR LIGHT EXPOSURE OF A MEDICAL TUBE
The present disclosure relates to a light guiding assembly for light exposure of the interior of medical tubes, e.g. for disinfecting said tubes using ultraviolet-C (UVC) light. The light guiding assembly preferably comprises a coupling element, which in the proximal end is connectable to a light source assembly and in the distal end is connectable to a light guiding element. Said light guiding element preferably comprises a liquid filled polymer tube, a distal closure at the distal end of said tube, and a proximal closure comprising a gasket with overflow functionality at the proximal end of said tube. The present disclosure further relates to a method for filling said light guiding assembly.
PROTECTIVE MEMBRANE FOR MEDICAL LUER CONNECTORS
A protective membrane for a medical luer connector may include a cover having an upper surface, a lower surface having a mating portion for coupling to a mating surface of the medical luer connector, and an outer perimetal surface. The protective membrane may further include a flexible pull tab extending from the outer perimetal surface of the cover, and an adhesive overlaying the mating portion of the lower surface for adhering to the mating surface of the medical luer connector.
