BRACKET FOR REVERSIBLY MOUNTING AN EXCAVATOR BUCKET ON AN ARTICULATED ARM
There is described a bracket for mounting an excavation bucket on a coupler of an articulated arm. The bracket comprises a body extending in a plane and having a central portion. This bracket allows reversible mounting of the coupler of the excavation bucket by providing two pairs of adjacent concavities at a front and at a rear portion of the body which can alternately hold a corresponding pair of hinge shafts of a coupler in either orientation. Abutments at the front and at the rear are provided to further retain the coupler in the mounting bracket in either configuration. A bottom of the mounting bracket comprises notches that fit with corresponding portions of the bucket for improved securing of the bucket assembly on the mounting bracket.
MULTI-DEGREE-OF-FREEDOM AUTOMATIC CENTER-ADJUSTING DEVICE, HYDRAULIC QUICK-COUPLING DEVICE, AND RESCUE EQUIPMENT
A multi-degree-of-freedom automatic center-adjusting device, a hydraulic quick-coupling device, and rescue equipment are provided. The automatic center-adjusting device includes an active coupling valve set, a spring, and a dynamic adjustment swing rack. A first end of the dynamic adjustment swing rack is fixed to operation tools, and a second end of the dynamic adjustment swing rack is connected to the active coupling valve set through the spring. The dynamic adjustment swing rack includes a frame, a limit slot, and a spring limit cylinder, wherein the frame is used to support and fix the active coupling valve set, the limit slot is used to define a limit activity position of the active coupling valve set, and the spring limit cylinder is used to constrain the spring. The automatic center-adjusting device is used to solve technical problems of position errors and a center mismatch in a coupling process.
Work implement of motor grader and motor grader
A work implement of a motor grader in which a blade can readily be replaced includes a shift cylinder assembly and a blade. The shift cylinder assembly includes a blade shift cylinder and a rail which carries out reciprocating motion with extending and retracting of the blade shift cylinder. The blade is removably attached to the shift cylinder assembly. The blade includes a hook and the shift cylinder assembly includes a hook reception portion. The hook is hooked on the hook reception portion.
Shovel lifting system and method
There is disclosed a lifting apparatus and a method for lifting a shovel including its upper part, its lower part, and its boom while the shovel handle and dipper remain on the ground. The lifting system may comprise six lifting devices arranged in three pairs that are disposed under the shovel on three lines: front, middle and rear (ref. FIG. 10), the rear line being under the shovel counterweight. The lifting system is connected to a power and control unit from which, through the use of a programmable logic controller and level detectors, metered hydraulic power is selectively applied at each lifting point in order to raise the shovel to a desired height while in doing so maintaining it level with a pre-set lifting plane throughout the entire operation.
Quick hitch
A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine. The quick hitch has at least one lug for connection to a machine and a securing mechanism for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The quick hitch also has at least one removable plate for engagement with a surface of an implement.
QUICK COUPLER WITH HYDRAULIC COUPLING MANIFOLD
A coupling assembly for releasably mounting, and hydraulically coupling, a tool to a work machine. The coupling assembly includes a mount attachable to the work machine and configured to receive the tool in a mounted position of the tool, a rigid retaining body movable in translation relative to the mount along a translation axis between a retaining position for retaining the tool to the mount and a release position for releasing the tool from the mount, a first and a second actuator operable to move the retaining body between the retaining and release positions, and a hydraulic coupling manifold movable in translation relative to the mount along the translation axis for hydraulically coupling the tool to the machine, wherein the hydraulic coupling manifold uses the first and second actuators as guides for moving along the translation axis.
AN IMPLEMENT ATTACHMENT DEVICE
An implement attachment device, for selectively attaching an implement to a working machine includes a hydraulic cylinder including a cylinder housing with first and second longitudinal ends, a piston in the cylinder housing, and a piston rod fixed to the piston and protruding through the first end of the cylinder housing, an attachment element being connected to a protruding portion of the piston rod, and adapted to engage with a complementary element of the implement, and a hydraulic conduit and valve arrangement connected to the hydraulic cylinder, wherein the conduit and valve arrangement is arranged to selectively allow a communication between a piston side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder and a rod side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder.
LOADER ATTACHMENTS COUPLER
A coupler for a work machine that has a first coupler hook pin defined along a hook pin axis, a first coupler engaging pin defined along a first axis, a second coupler engaging pin defined along a second axis, the second axis being different from the first axis. Wherein, the first coupler engaging pin is coupleable to a first device and the second coupler engaging pin is coupleable to a second device.
Grappling assembly for use with utility equipment
A utility system may include at least one moveable arm, and at least one grappling assembly connected to the at least one moveable arm. The grappling assembly may include an upper claw including one or more lower grasping surfaces, and a lower claw including one or more upper grasping surfaces. The lower claw may be pivotally secured to the upper claw. The upper claw may be configured to close with respect to the lower claw. The lower claw may be configured to be wedged into at least a portion of the moveable arm so that the upper claw may compressively grasp a structure between the one or more lower grasping surfaces and the one or more upper grasping surfaces.
