There is described a bracket for mounting an excavation bucket on a coupler of an articulated arm. The bracket comprises a body extending in a plane and having a central portion. A first concavity on a first side of the body substantially has an arc-of-circle shape to conform with a surface of a cylinder and hinge therearound. A second concavity on a second side of the body is provided opposite the first side with respect to the central portion. A third concavity on the second side of the body substantially has the arc-of-circle shape. There are provided a first abutment edge formed by the central portion of the body; and a second abutment edge aside the first abutment edge and further from the central portion of the body compared to the first abutment edge. This bracket allows reversible mounting of the coupler of the excavation bucket.

A hinge attachment bracket for use with a work implement is provided. The bracket comprises a substantial I-beam configuration that includes a first flange, a second flange, a web that connects the first flange to the second flange and that defines a boss that defines a pin receiving bore that establishes a radial direction, a radial plane and a longitudinal axis. The first and second flanges may merge toward each other tangentially forming a first extension portion.

Bracket for reversibly mounting an excavator bucket on an articulated arm

A bracket for mounting an excavation bucket on a coupler of an articulated arm. The bracket comprises a body extending in a plane and having a central portion. This bracket allows reversible mounting of the coupler of the excavation bucket by providing two pairs of adjacent concavities at a front and at a rear portion of the body which can alternately hold a corresponding pair of hinge shafts of a coupler in either orientation. Abutments at the front and at the rear are provided to further retain the coupler in the mounting bracket in either configuration. A bottom of the mounting bracket comprises notches that fit with corresponding portions of the bucket for improved securing of the bucket assembly on the mounting bracket.

A COUPLING ARRANGEMENT FOR COUPLING A TOOL TO A MACHINE

The present disclosure provides a coupling arrangement for coupling a tool to a machine. A body-bracket alignment guide is mounted to a bracket and comprises at least one body-bracket guide body configured to guide a quick coupler body at least partially into a bracket cavity during coupling of front and back pin-recess assemblies. An axial alignment guide is mounted to the quick coupler and comprises at least one axial guide body. At least one mounting surface of the axial guide body is configured to restrain relative movement between the quick coupler and bracket along the back pin-recess assembly axis when the back pin-recess assembly is coupled. At least one axial ramp of the axial guide body is configured to, during coupling of the back pin-recess assembly, guide the bracket to be located adjacent to the at least one mounting surface.

A tool coupler assembly may include a power linkage assembly, and the power linkage assembly may include a first power link. The first power link may include a first end configured for pivotal connection to a tool, and a second, opposite end configured for pivotal connection to one end of a tool control actuator. The tool control actuator may be connected at an opposite end to a first end of a tool support member of a machine, wherein operation of the tool control actuator pivots the tool about a tool pivot axis coaxial with a tool engagement interface at a second end of the tool support member. A power linkage actuator may be pivotally connected at a first end for coaxial rotation with the tool engagement interface at the second end of the tool support member, and at a second end for coaxial rotation with the first end of the first power link.

Quick hitch

A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine includes at least one lug for connecting the machine and a securing assembly for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The securing assembly includes an over-center mechanism and a locking member. The over-center mechanism includes a first member pivotal at an axis D relative to a chassis, a first end of a first link that pivots at an axis E relative to a first arm of the first member, and a second end of the link that pivots at an axis F. When the securing assembly is in a first position with the hitch secured to an implement, axis E lies on a first side of a line between axes D and F. When in a second position with the hitch unattached, axis E lies on a second side of a line between axes D and F.

Coupler for an implement assembly

A coupler for detachably coupling to a work tool is provided. The coupler includes a frame with a first aperture formed therein. The first aperture extends along a first axis inclined with respect to a transverse axis of the frame. The coupler further includes a first locking member provided within the first aperture. The coupler also includes an actuator configured to move the first locking member between an unlocked position in which first locking member is disengaged from the work tool, and a locked position in which the first locking member is engaged with the work tool.

The coupler is mounted on the end of the boom of a boom-tractor, and provides secure locking-in of a bucket. The coupler having been set to its latched-open condition, the tractor is driven to the bucket so that a bottom-lug of the bucket enters the coupler, whereupon the bucket is picked up and is automatically securely locked into coupler, without any manipulation of the coupler being required of the tractor-driver other than manipulation of the boom. For setting the bucket down on the ground, after use, the driver manually pulls out a slider of the coupler. That action sets the coupler into its slider-held condition, whereby when the tractor is driven away from the bucket, the coupler is automatically left set in the said latched-open condition.

A machine pushed trencher assembly includes a first plate that is triangularly shaped. A pair of second plates is coupled singly to and extends transversely from opposing sides of the first plate. The second plates are coupled to define a cutting edge. A fourth plate that is coupled to a base of the first plate is configured to couple to a front end of a machine. A second bar is coupled to the fourth plate and extends angularly above the second plates. A third bar is pivotally coupled to the second bar. An actuator is coupled to the second and third bars. At least one wheel is rotationally coupled to the third bar. The machine compels the cutting edge through a substrate to prepare a trench. The actuator positions the wheel so that it rolls on a surface of the substrate to control a depth of the trench.
