Work Tool Indicator for a Machine
A coupler unit for coupling a work tool to a machine. The coupler unit comprising an indicator coupled to the coupler unit and pivotable between a first position and a second position. The second position indicative of the work tool coupled to the machine. A coupling member movable by an actuator to couple the work tool to the machine wherein coupling of the work tool by the coupling member causes the indicator to pivot from the first position to the second position.
A COUPLER FOR A WHEEL LOADER
A coupler for a wheel loader is used for coupling an attachment (102) to a lifting arm of the wheel loader. A bracket (100) is installed between the lifting arm and the attachment (102). The bracket's back face is pivotally connected to a lifting arm and the bracket's front face is detachably connected to the attachment (102). The attachment (102) has a pair of protrusions (104a,104b) rearwardly extending from the lower back of the attachment (102) and have locking holes pierced through their width. The bracket has a pair of receiving slots (108a,108b) formed at the lower front of the bracket and engaged with the protrusions(104a,104b). The coupler has a shaft (202), and a pair of locking pins (204a,204b) combined with the shaft by threads (216a,216b). The threads (216a,216b) formed at one end of the shaft (202) are right handed and the threads (216a,216b) formed at the other end of the shaft (202) are left handed. When users turn the shaft (202) in one direction, the locking pins (204a,204b) are extended and engaged with the locking holes (a coupling position). When users turn the shaft in the other direction, the locking pins are shortened and released from the locking holes (a release position).
Lift arm with mounting plate and first and second brackets
A lift arm including an attachment assembly and an electrical supply line having a first end and a second end. The first end is fixed in relation to the lift arm and the second end has a connector coupled to a mounting plate. The lift arm includes a first bracket affixed to the lift arm and a second bracket affixed to the attachment assembly. The mounting plate is moveable between and removably securable to the first bracket and the second bracket.
Working machine and assembly comprising such a machine
A working machine (1) includes a mobile chassis (2) that can move on a surface of the ground, a lifting arm (3) mounted on the chassis (2) to pivot about a horizontal axis (4) for a raising and lowering movement of the arm (3), and an accessory coupler (5) that can be secured to the free end of the arm (3) by a pivot link (6) with axis parallel to the axis (4) for pivoting the arm (3) with respect to the chassis (2). The coupler (5) has a plate (7) having a rear face (8) facing the arm (3) equipped with said pivot link (6) of the coupler (5) to the arm (3) and an opposite front face (9). The plate (7) is provided with a through-opening (10) and at least one part (61) of the pivot link (6) connecting the coupler (5) to the arm (3) is arranged facing the opening (10).
Excavator Attachments Alignment Tool
An excavator attachment alignment tool has cooperating tool body portions mounted to a cross tube defining an axis. The tool body portions are moveable relative to the cross tube to define a lower hook portion having surfaces to accommodate and support an engaged excavator attachment pin parallel with the tool axis, with the lower hook portion positionable for lifting engagement with the excavator attachment pin. Aligned cylindrical bushings are mounted to opposed surfaces of the body portions in alignment with the tool axis, with the cross tube engaged and extending generally between the bushings, with spacing of the cooperating tool body portions fixedly adjustable along the tool axis for accommodating a width of an associated excavator link or stick to which an excavator attachment is to be attached or removed; and wherein the tool body portions are mounted in a manner to resist independent rotation of either body portion.
Adapter
An adapter for mounting an implement to a working arm of a working machine includes an acentric hole for an implement attachment. The adapter comprises a base element having one or more movement restricting formations, a shaft having a threading, and a nut for tightening the adapter to the implement attachment.
System and method for coupling an implement to a work vehicle
A system for coupling an implement to a work vehicle includes a controller comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the controller is configured to receive a first signal indicative of a distance between a protrusion of a connector assembly of an arm of the work vehicle and a receiver assembly of the implement. While the first signal is less than a first threshold, the controller is configured to instruct a first actuator to rotate the connector assembly of the work vehicle, instruct a drive system to move the work vehicle toward the implement, instruct a second actuator to lift the arm of the work vehicle, or a combination thereof, such that the protrusion of the connector assembly engages a recess in the receiver assembly.
LIFT ARM ATTACHMENT SAFETY SYSTEM
A lift arm attachment safety system may include, an adapter plate receivable within an adapter frame of a lift arm attachment; one or more configured to detect a proximity of the adapter plate to the adapter frame; a drive control system configured to control drive capabilities of a vehicle; at least one processor; and at least one memory device storing one or more instructions for: receiving at least one signal from the one or more sensors indicating that the adapter plate is within a threshold proximity to the adapter frame; transmitting one or more control signals to the drive control system to cause the drive control system to disable drive capabilities of the vehicle in response to receiving the at least one signal from the one or more sensors indicating that the adapter plate is within a threshold proximity to the adapter frame.
Work tool mounting mechanism
A working tool mounting mechanism for a tractor, includes: an extensible cylinder that is disposed on a tip of a boom of a front loader of the tractor, and comprises a cylinder body and a rod slidable with respect to the cylinder body; engaging parts that are respectively disposed on the cylinder body and the rod, and are each movable between an engagement position and a release position with extension and contraction of the extensible cylinder, the engaging parts each engaging with a working tool detachably attached to the boom at the engagement position, and not engaging with the working tool at the release position; a cover that covers the extensible cylinder from one direction; and a frame that is fixed to the cover and restricts at least one of: movement of the cylinder body and the rod in an extensible direction exceeding a predetermined position with the extension and contraction of the extensible cylinder, and rotation of the extensible cylinder around an axial direction.
