Quick coupler
A coupler for securing an attachment to an earth working machine. The coupler comprises a coupler body that presents a receptacle having a capture region. A pin of an attachment can move into and out of the capture region. A retainer can capture the pin in the capture region but the retainer can be moved by a hydraulically driven driver to a position to allow release the pin from the capture region. A trigger that the pin will strike when the pin moves into or out of the capture region, decouples the driver from the retainer and the retainer is then allowed to be biased back to its retaining position by a spring.
Quick-change coupler device and quick-change coupler system comprising said quick-change coupler device
A quick-change coupler device for coupling and uncoupling implement attachments to and from construction site equipment includes a carrier assembly, first receiving members disposed on one side of the carrier assembly for receiving a first coupling member, second receiving members disposed on the other side of the carrier assembly for receiving a second coupling member, a locking unit dedicated to the second receiving members and capable of moving between a release position and a locking position, and a catch unit disposed on the carrier assembly for catching the implement attachment. To simplify coupling and to ensure an increased safety level, the catch unit comprises at least one catch hook swivel-mounted on the carrier assembly and a control unit controls swivel of the catch hook between a folded-in and a folded-out position. The control unit is actuated by the first coupling member and is actuated independently of the locking unit.
EXCAVATOR BUCKET LOCKING AND SECURITY DEVICE FOR EFFICIENT TRANSPORT
An excavator bucket locking and security device that is engageable with a backfill blade of an excavator. The locking and security device has a connection device for connection to the excavator bucket. The connection device includes an upper pipe for engaging the bucket's upper receptacles. The connection device also has a lower pipe that is positionable next to the bucket's lower receptacles. An insertable pole is insertable through the lower pipe and through the lower bucket receptacles. The locking and security device also includes a pipe connection device for connecting the upper pipe to the lower pipe. A hook is connected to the pipe connection device. The hook is engageable with a backfill blade of an excavator.
QUICK COUPLER WITH FRONT PIN SAFETY LOCK SYSTEM
Quick coupler with front pin safety lock system including body, front pin lock configured to rotate pivotally to lock in a pin, slide ratchet configured to move forward-backward to force the front pin lock to rotate, actuator including a cylinder and a piston rod which moves in the cylinder, rear lock connected to the piston rod, links configured to connect the rear lock and the slide ratchet and casing configured to house a part of the links and a part of the slide ratchet, is provided. It can work even when power is cut off and emergency front pin release can be performed.
Quick-coupler
A quick-coupler for coupling a tool, including a coupling mount for receiving a first locking part and a locking mount for receiving a second locking part, wherein a securing element, which can be actuated by a pressure medium, is associated with the coupling mount for capturing and/or securing the first locking part in the coupling mount and a locking element, which can be actuated by a pressure medium, is associated with the locking mount for locking the second locking part in the locking mount. The securing element of the coupling mount can likewise be actuated by the pressure circuit for actuating the locking element of the locking mount, with the securing element being connected to the pressure circuit via a switching valve which is controllable by a sensor arranged at the coupling mount for detecting the locking part.
Front pin lock for a tool attachment device
A quick coupler (1) for attaching a tool (2), comprising an attachment bracket with two parallel attachment pins (3a, 3b), to an earth moving vehicle, where the quick coupler (1) comprises a frame (4) with a first cutout (5) and a second cutout (6) arranged substantially perpendicular to each other, which are adapted to cooperate with the respective attachment pin (3a, 3b) of the tool (2). The quick coupler (1) further comprises at least one, in relation to the frame (4) moveable locking arrangement (9), adapted to delimit the second cutout (6) in a direction parallel to the first cutout (5), whereby one of the attachment pins (3aq, 3b) of the tool is locked in the second cut-out (6) and at least one locking segment (18a, 18b) arranged to be rotated in relation to the frame (4) in at least a first and a second direction between different positions, whereby the locking segment (18a, 18b) in at least one position delimit the first cut-out (5) and locks the second of the attachment pins (3a, 3b) of the tool.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A first pinhole is formed in a first member in a section facing a second member. A second pinhole is formed in the second member in a section facing the first member. A connecting pin is inserted into the first pinhole and the second pinhole from the side of the machine center. A coming-off prevention mechanism includes a coming-off prevention lever. The coming-off prevention lever can abut the inner end surface of the connecting pin. The coming-off prevention lever is supported by the second member to be able to move between an abutting position of abutting the inner end surface of the coupling pin and a non-abutting position of not abutting the inner end surface.
I-LOCK COUPLER
A quick coupler which features a safety mechanism which facilitates ease of use and assures safe use in the workplace by use of hydraulic circuits designed to automatically reset the safety locking mechanism on intentional removal of a front pin, including use of a 2-line hydraulic supply to the coupler.
COUPLER FOR AN IMPLEMENT ASSEMBLY
The present invention is related to a coupler for detachably coupling to a work tool is provided. The coupler includes a frame with a first aperture formed therein. The first aperture extends along a first axis inclined with respect to a transverse axis of the frame. The coupler further includes a first locking member provided within the first aperture. The coupler also includes an actuator configured to move the first locking member between an unlocked position in which first locking member is disengaged from the work tool, and a locked position in which the first locking member is engaged with the work tool.
