Quick coupler having spring applied, hydraulically released primary and secondary lock members mounted on same cross shaft

A quick coupler primary lock arrangement includes a fore-and-aft guided wedge arrangement carried by a cross shaft and is biased forwardly to a lock position by a first spring arrangement, and includes a secondary lock arrangement includes a locking pawl arrangement pivotally mounted to the cross shaft and biased, by a second spring arrangement, to a secondary lock position wherein the pawl arrangement includes a surface disposed in a confronting locking disposition relative to an abutment surface of a fixed plate of the coupler to thereby prevent rearward movement of the wedge arrangement from the lock position. A normally depressurized hydraulic cylinder is coupled to the pawl arrangement and when selectively pressurized overcomes spring biasing forces and pivots the pawl arrangement from the secondary locking position and then shifts the wedge arrangement rearward to a coupler release position. An electro-hydraulic control arrangement prevents unintentional operation of the hydraulic cylinder.

Coupler for Earth Moving or Materials Handling Machine

A coupler is configured to couple an implement to an earth moving or materials handling machine. The coupler includes a locking member for locking a pin of an implement into a coupler in the recess. The locking member is driven by a hydraulic arrangement, with the hydraulic cylinder body being formed integrally with either the coupler body or the locking member. The coupler may be adapted to accommodate a range of implement pin spacings and/or diameters, so that the coupler can be used with different implements and in particular with different makes of implement.

Quick coupler

A coupler for securing an attachment to an earth working machine. The coupler Includes a coupler body that presents a receptacle having a capture region. A pin of an attachment can move into and out of the capture region. A retainer can capture the pin in the capture region but the retainer can be moved by a hydraulically driven driver to a position to allow release of the pin from the capture region. A trigger that the pin will strike when the pin moves into or out of the capture region, decouples the driver from the retainer and the retainer is then allowed to be biased back to its retaining position by a spring.

A COUPLER

A coupler for coupling an implement having first and second parallel pins to the arm of a vehicle or machine. The coupler has a body for attaching to the vehicle or machine arm, a front first jaw fixed relative to the body for receiving the first implement pin, a movable rear second jaw facing away from the first jaw for receiving the second implement pin, an actuator to move the second jaw towards and away from the first jaw, and a locking member. The first jaw has a pronounced lip forward of a seat for the respective pin. The locking member is pivotable between a locking position in which a portion of the locking member protrudes into the opening of the first jaw, and an unlocked retracted position, about a pivot axis that is positioned forward of the lip of the first jaw.

Quick coupler

A quick coupler includes a coupler body having a first hook, a lock member, a slidable second hook, a hydraulic cylinder, and a connecting pin connecting the cylinder and coupler body. The lock member is movable between locking and unlocking positions in which the lock member protrudes into and retracts from an opening of the first hook. The cylinder includes first and second end portions connected to the coupler body and the second hook, respectively. The cylinder extends and contracts to cause the second hook to slide away from and towards the first hook, respectively. The coupler body includes a support hole moveably supporting the connecting pin in an extension and contraction direction of the cylinder. The first end portion of the cylinder moves away from the second end portion within a movability range of the connecting pin to move the lock member from the unlocking to locking position.

Coupler assembly for releasably coupling a work machine to work tool and method thereof

A coupler assembly for coupling a work tool to a work machine. The assembly includes a body, a first locking mechanism, and a second locking mechanism. The first locking mechanism is pivotable about a pivot from a first position to a second position and is configured to be coupled to the work tool in the first position and decoupled in the second position. The second locking mechanism includes a pin having a first end and a second end, a tab coupled to the pin proximate the second end, and a spring disposed between the first end and the second end. The second locking mechanism is axially and pivotably movable about an axis such that the second locking mechanism includes a locked position and an unlocked position. As the first locking mechanism moves from the second position to the first position, the second locking mechanism automatically moves to the locked position.

SINGLE CYLINDER HYDRAULIC COUPLER

The single cylinder hydraulic coupler includes a hydraulic cylinder system, a first pivot linkage system, a second pivot linkage system, a first spring system, a second spring system, a first locking pin system, and a second locking pin system. The single cylinder hydraulic coupler couples an attachment to a machine with increased efficiency and reliability over conventional methods.

Construction machine

A first pinhole is formed in a first member in a section facing a second member. A second pinhole is formed in the second member in a section facing the first member. A connecting pin is inserted into the first pinhole and the second pinhole from the side of the machine center. A coming-off prevention mechanism includes a coming-off prevention lever. The coming-off prevention lever can abut the inner end surface of the connecting pin. The coming-off prevention lever is supported by the second member to be able to move between an abutting position of abutting the inner end surface of the coupling pin and a non-abutting position of not abutting the inner end surface.

Loader coupler with removable mount pins

A loader coupler includes left and right spaced-apart inner rib mounts including inner mount pins connected to a body, and left and right inner locking regions aligned with the left and right inner rib mounts. The coupler includes left and right spaced-apart outer rib mounts including outer mount pins connected to the body, and left and right outer locking regions aligned with the left and right outer rib mounts. The coupler includes a lock system including: (i) left and right first lock plungers that move between locked and unlocked positions relative to the left and right inner locking regions, respectively; and, (ii) left and right second lock plungers that move between locked and unlocked positions relative to the left and right outer locking regions, respectively. The left and right outer mount pins and/or the left and right inner mount pins are removable from the body.
