WORKING MACHINE

The invention is characterised in that at least one of the conduit arms (64, 70, 72) extends substantially radially away from the central housing (66) and from the central body (68), in relation to the axis of rotation (10c), and in that the second housing part (10b) comprises securing means (52) which are associated with the second part (20b) of the torque motor (20).

An embodiment of the quick coupler comprises a housing with two opposing longitudinal walls, two opposing transverse walls, a top side, a bottom side, and a block cylinder inside the housing. The quick coupler may also comprise a locking device with a locking bolt and a drive device. The locking bolt protrudes from one of the two transverse walls in a locked position. The quick coupler may also comprise a first coupling element having a coupling end section and a second coupling element having a coupling end section hydraulically connected to one another, wherein the second coupling element is arranged on one of the two longitudinal walls of the housing.

A compost turning apparatus mountable on a loader for turning composting materials may include a mobile base having a frame with inboard, outboard, and bridging portions defining a windrow tunnel through which a windrow of composting materials are passed. The inboard portion may be configured to mount on the loader. The apparatus may include a rotor extending across the windrow tunnel, and the rotor may include a rotor shaft and paddles on the rotor shaft. A rotor drive assembly on the mobile base may rotate the rotor using a motor hydraulically-connectable to a hydraulic power system of the loader.

An auxiliary hydraulic manifold for connecting different implements to a work vehicle for hydraulic control may include a housing, a plurality of vehicle-side ports in the housing including a first vehicle-side port, and a plurality of implement-side ports in the housing including a first implement-side port fluidly coupled to the first vehicle-side port and a second implement-side port fluidly coupled to the first vehicle-side port. A number of the plurality of implement-side ports is greater than a number of the plurality of vehicle-side ports. Additionally, the auxiliary hydraulic manifold may include a pilot-operated check valve fluidly coupled between the first vehicle-side port and the first implement-side port.

AUTOMATIC PRESSURE RELEASE

A controller for hydraulic system of a work machine is provided. The controller is configured to perform a worktool disconnect routine to reduce pressure in a first worktool line and a second worktool line of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system comprises a spool valve, a first worktool port connected to the spool valve by the first worktool line, a second worktool port connected to the spool valve by the second worktool line, a high pressure flow source of hydraulic fluid connected to the spool valve by a high pressure line and a low pressure tank line connected to the spool valve, the low pressure tank line at a lower pressure than a pressure of the high pressure line. When performing the worktool disconnect routine the controller is configured to: check that a power source of the work machine is operating, instruct the high pressure flow source of hydraulic fluid to provide no flow of hydraulic fluid in the high pressure line to the spool valve, instruct the spool valve to move to a first position wherein the first worktool port is connected to the low pressure tank line and the second worktool port is connected to the high pressure flow source in order to reduce a pressure in the first worktool line, and instruct the spool valve to move to a second position wherein the second worktool port is connected to the low pressure tank line and the first worktool port is connected to the high pressure flow source in order to reduce a pressure in the second worktool line.

UNIVERSAL HYDRAULIC AUXILIARY DEPRESSURIZATION CIRCUIT

A hydraulic system for depressurizing a work tool auxiliary circuit of a work machine. The system comprises: a power source; a reservoir of hydraulic fluid, a plurality of hydraulic lines, a pressure source, a control valve, a depressurize line connected to at least one of the plurality of hydraulic lines and the reservoir, the depressurize line includes an electromechanical valve for regulating the flow of hydraulic fluid in the depressurize line; a controller and a coupler switch comprising at least two throws and having three positions where one of the three positions actuates the electromechanical valve to depressurize the work tool auxiliary circuit. The hydraulic system can be provided as a kit to existing work machines for depressurizing the work tool hydraulic auxiliary circuit of a work machine.

A screw assemblies selectively attaches the encasement to the side plate. A ring attaches to a portion of the side plate. The ring selectively wraps around a portion of the hinge extension of the loader. A ring screw assembly selectively holds the ring and the rest of the coupler guard to the hinge extension. An edge trim selectively sits on top of a portion of a first arm.
