WORKING MACHINE WITH COUPLING DEVICE FOR FLUID-CONDUCTING LINES
The disclosure relates to a working machine, which comprises a first boom part, a second boom part detachably connectable to the first boom part, a first and a second fluid-guiding line and a coupling device for reversibly coupling the first and second lines. The first line is arranged on the first boom part and the second line is arranged on the second boom part. The coupling device comprises a first coupling part connected to the first line in a fluid-conducting manner, a second coupling part connected to the second line in a fluid-conducting manner and connected to the second boom part, and a pivot part connected to the first boom part, which can be pivoted about a pivot axis. By pivoting the pivot part about the pivot axis, the two coupling parts can be coupled in a fluid-conducting manner. According to the disclosure, the working machine comprises a locking mechanism.
Universal Hydraulic Connecting Quick Coupler System
A quick coupler system for connecting a work tool to an arm of a work machine includes an adapter bracket with spaced apart side walls each having first and second adapter openings for receiving first and second bracket pins of a work tool bracket. The adapter bracket is disposed between bracket side walls of the work tool bracket when the adapter openings receiving the corresponding bracket pins. A coupler link having first and second coupler openings receives and engages the first and second bracket pins to connect the work tool to the arm, with the coupler link being disposed between the adapter side walls. The adapter bracket may have an adapter hydraulic interface block that is aligned with a coupler hydraulic interface block of the coupler link to form a fluid flow path for hydraulic fluid from a pressurize fluid source of the work machine to the work tool.
Device for relieving pressure in hydraulics lines
A device for relieving pressure in hydraulic lines, in particular in connecting lines that have coupling points (6, 8), are located between attachments and include hydraulically actuated actuators and working implements supplying the attachments. A control block (2) is connected to the line to be relieved and includes an openable non-return valve (12) as a relief valve. A pressure accumulator (22) holds a relieving volume when the non-return valve is open. An actuating member (38) can be moved manually to open the non-return valve (12) and is arranged to be movable on the housing (24) of the pressure accumulator (22).
AUTOMATICALLY ACTUATED SHUNT VALVE SYSTEM
An automatically actuated shunt valve system opens and closes a passage between two chambers of a powered element operated by a power source. The shunt valve system includes a coupler connecting the powered element with the power source through two mating coupling elements. One of the coupling elements includes a valve contact and the other includes a shunt valve assembly. The shunt valve assembly includes a valve chamber connected with both chambers of the powered element, a valve element opening or closing a flow path between the conduits, and a shaft for moving the valve element. The shaft engages the valve contact to move the valve element to close the flow path when the coupling elements are mated together, and moves the valve element to open the flow path when the shaft disengages from the valve contact as the coupling elements are disconnected from one another.
IMPLEMENT AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE IMPLEMENT
The present disclosure relates to an implement connectable to a working vehicle. The implement includes an arm, a fastening arrangement arranged at a first part of the arm, and an attaching arrangement connected to a second part of the arm. The fastening arrangement is connectable to the working vehicle. The attaching arrangement is attachable to a working tool. The implement further includes a first hydraulic circuit configured to carry hydraulic fluid to at least one first hydraulic function and a local control element. The implement further includes a digital interface to the working vehicle. The local control element is arranged to receive an operator control signal via said digital interface for operator control of the at least one first hydraulic function.
IMPLEMENT AND A METHOD FOR OBTAINING INFORMATION RELATED TO SAID IMPLEMENT
An implement connectable to a work vehicle includes an arm, a fastening arrangement arranged at a first part of the arm, and an attaching arrangement. The fastening arrangement is connectable to the work vehicle an attaching arrangement is arranged at second part of the arm. The attaching arrangement is attachable to a tool. The implement further includes a second hydraulic circuit configured to carry hydraulic fluid to at least one second hydraulic function. The first hydraulic function comprises a lifting function and a local control element. The implement further includes at least one second sensor arranged to obtain sensor signals at least related to the lifting function, a local control element and a digital interface to the work vehicle. The control element is arranged to receive and process the received sensor signals so as to determine a load weight and to feed the determined load weight to the digital interface.

Coupler Guard System

A ring attaches to a portion of said side plate. Said ring selectively wraps around a portion of said hinge extension of said loader. A ring screw assembly selectively holds said ring and the rest of said coupler guard to said hinge extension. An edge trim selectively sits on top of a portion of a first arm.
