Anti-release mechanism
12116750 · 2024-10-15 · ·

An anti-release mechanism of a pin-grabber coupler securing a work tool connected to a work machine is disclosed. The anti-release mechanism comprises an actuator, a wedge, a latch, a guide rod connecting the wedge and the latch, and a bias member on a first guide rod end of the guide rod biasing the latch and the wedge together. The wedge and the latch lock around a pin of the work tool and maintain the wedge against the pin of the work tool during a loss of engagement force of the wedge against the pin.

An indication system associated with a coupler assembly is provided. The indication system includes a sensing element affixed to the coupler assembly. The sensing element is arranged and positioned proximate to a hydraulic assembly of the coupler assembly. The sensing element is configured to generate a signal indicative of an extension of a piston pin of the hydraulic assembly. The indication system also includes an indicator assembly coupled to the sensing element. The indicator assembly is configured to receive the signal indicative of the extension of the piston pin. The indicator assembly is also configured to determine if the piston pin is in an extended state based on the received signal.

Quick coupler

A coupler for securing an attachment to an earth working machine. The coupler Includes a coupler body that presents a receptacle having a capture region. A pin of an attachment can move into and out of the capture region. A retainer can capture the pin in the capture region but the retainer can be moved by a hydraulically driven driver to a position to allow release of the pin from the capture region. A trigger that the pin will strike when the pin moves into or out of the capture region, decouples the driver from the retainer and the retainer is then allowed to be biased back to its retaining position by a spring.

A coupling device may include a coupler frame a variable length actuator having a right actuator end and a left actuator end supported by the coupler frame and extending between the ends of the coupler frame. Right and left latches are slidably engaged by and movable relative to the coupler frame and are operatively connected to the ends of the variable length actuator. The variable length actuator operates to move between retracted and extended positions and may be slidably mounted on the coupler frame so that ends move horizontally relative to the coupler frame and the variable length actuator does not move vertically relative to the coupler frame. The latches move relative to the coupler frame between unlocked and locked positions as the variable length actuator moves between the actuator retracted and extended positions, respectively.

Coupler

A locking mechanism to secure a coupler's jaw, and a coupler incorporating the locking mechanism.

Quick Hitch

A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine. The quick hitch has at least one mounting means for connection to a machine and a securing means for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The quick hitch also has at least one removable plate for engagement with a surface of an implement.

QUICK HITCH

A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine includes mounting means for connection to a machine and a securing means for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The securing means includes an over-center mechanism and a locking member. The over-center mechanism includes a first member pivotal at a axis D relative to a chassis, a first end of a first link pivots at axis E relative to a first arm of the first member, and a second end of the link pivots at axis F member. When the securing means in a first position with the hitch secured to an implement, axis E lies on a first side of a line between axes D and F. When in a second position with the hitch unattached, axis E lies on a second side of a line between axes D and F.

The present invention is related to a method for coupling an attachment to a radio-controlled vehicle by means of a connection system having a support, an attachment-holder unit and a coupling unit. The support is fixed to a radio-controlled vehicle and the attachment-holder unit is fixed to the attachment. The coupling unit is automatically operable, in particular it is remotely operable, without the direct intervention of an operator to selectively connect or disconnect the support and the attachment-holder unit to/from each other.

Coupling device

A coupling device connecting a working implement to a working arm of a working machine. The device has a first coupler body, a second coupler body pivotally mounted to the first coupler body, and a third coupler body rotatably mounted to the second coupler body so as to be rotatable about a second axis. The coupling device includes first and second spaced apart actuators configured to tilt the second coupler body relative to the first coupler body, where the coupling device comprises a first end and a second end, and wherein the first and second actuators are arranged on the first end.
