Lifting arm assembly and method of changing a holder in said lifting arm assembly
A lifting arm assembly for lifting an elongate element includes a lifting arm comprising a complementary fastener and at least one fastening element, and a holder for at least one tool which comprises a first complementary fastening device. The holder is configured to be replaceable. The holder comprises a suspension device configured to fasten to the complementary fastener on the lifting arm, and at least one first receiving device configured to cooperate with the first complementary fastening device on the at least one tool.
Implement interface
A carrier for an implement that can be operably coupled to a power machine. In one example, an implement carrier can be mountable to a power machine for securing an implement for use with the power machine. The implement carrier can include an implement carrier frame, a locking feature for securing an implement, and a coupler block that is pivotally mounted to the implement carrier frame for engaging couplers on the implement.
Quick Hitch
A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine. The quick hitch has at least one mounting means for connection to a machine and a securing means for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The quick hitch also has at least one removable plate for engagement with a surface of an implement.
QUICK HITCH
A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine includes mounting means for connection to a machine and a securing means for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The securing means includes an over-center mechanism and a locking member. The over-center mechanism includes a first member pivotal at a axis D relative to a chassis, a first end of a first link pivots at axis E relative to a first arm of the first member, and a second end of the link pivots at axis F member. When the securing means in a first position with the hitch secured to an implement, axis E lies on a first side of a line between axes D and F. When in a second position with the hitch unattached, axis E lies on a second side of a line between axes D and F.
A COUPLER FOR A WHEEL LOADER
A coupler for a wheel loader is used for coupling an attachment (102) to a lifting arm of the wheel loader. A bracket (100) is installed between the lifting arm and the attachment (102). The bracket's back face is pivotally connected to a lifting arm and the bracket's front face is detachably connected to the attachment (102). The attachment (102) has a pair of protrusions (104a,104b) rearwardly extending from the lower back of the attachment (102) and have locking holes pierced through their width. The bracket has a pair of receiving slots (108a,108b) formed at the lower front of the bracket and engaged with the protrusions(104a,104b). The coupler has a shaft (202), and a pair of locking pins (204a,204b) combined with the shaft by threads (216a,216b). The threads (216a,216b) formed at one end of the shaft (202) are right handed and the threads (216a,216b) formed at the other end of the shaft (202) are left handed. When users turn the shaft (202) in one direction, the locking pins (204a,204b) are extended and engaged with the locking holes (a coupling position). When users turn the shaft in the other direction, the locking pins are shortened and released from the locking holes (a release position).
Work tool coupler for a work vehicle
A work tool coupler for a work vehicle may include a rigid body, a retention pin, a four-bar linkage, and a lever. The retention pin may be configured to engage a work tool when the coupler is in an engaged position. The four-bar linkage may include a first member pivotally connected to the retention pin and at least one of a second member and a third member, the second member pivotally connected to at least one of the first member and the third member, the third member pivotally connected to at least one of the first member and the second member and a fourth member, and the fourth member pivotally connected to the third member. The lever may be attached to the fourth member.
Bucket attaching structure of construction machine and construction machine
A bucket attaching structure of a construction machine and a construction machine including a fixed jaw portion attached to a distal end portion of an operation arm and a movable jaw portion attached to a distal end portion of a piston through a bucket link. The fixed jaw portion and the movable jaw portion are each partially open and each include a semicircular arc-shaped engagement portion that corresponds to an outer peripheral surface of a corresponding bucket connecting pin. The bucket attaching structure of a construction machine and the construction machine include semicircular arc-shaped closure portions that each support the bucket connecting pins together with the semicircular arc-shaped engagement portions by, after engaging each semicircular arc-shaped engagement portion with the corresponding connecting pin, closing a partially open side of the corresponding semicircular arc-shaped engagement portion of the fixed jaw portion and that of the movable jaw portion.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ATTACHING AND DETACHING A LOADER ATTACHMENT IMPLEMENT
A manual locking subassembly for a loader system of a utility vehicle includes an actuator manually operable from an operator cab of the vehicle and a mechanical linkage extending from the actuator and affixed to a loader attachment carrier rotatable about an axis. Manipulation of the actuator in a first direction moves a linkage member of the mechanical linkage from a first position in which a loader attachment implement is uniformly movable with the attachment carrier to a second position in which the loader attachment implement is non-uniformly movable with the loader attachment carrier.
Tractor front linkage quick attach coupling system
A tractor front linkage quick attach coupling system for interlocking a tractor to a tool front linkage assembly. The coupling system comprises linkage assembly anchoring arms engaging complementary tractor inclined ramps. The arms have notches engaging upper rim members and lower cam members. The cam members are movable between arms/ramps locking/unlocking conditions. A cam member release preventing safety device is provided, to prevent accidental release of the coupling system. This safety device includes sliding stops, over-center compression spring mounted connector rod members, a transverse link, a push link and a hand lever for deactivating the safety device.
Power unit with salt spreader and salt spreader for use therewith
Skid-steer type power unit engageable with an implement using an attachment assembly including an attachment frame and a hitch. An arcuate frame member is located forwardly of the attachment frame and is engaged therewith in such a way that the frame member pivots about a vertical axis located forwardly of the frame member and generally centrally positioned relative to the attachment frame. The frame member pivots in response to actuation of a hydraulic cylinder. The power unit includes a system for transferring weight of the implement rearwardly onto the power unit. A belt-drive power-take off system on the power unit powers the implement's operation. An underbelly drop spreader is located between the front and rear wheels of the power unit and a brine delivery system distributes brine from nozzles located rearwardly of the rear wheels. A unique control panel permits operation of all systems on the power unit and implement.
