Grapple tip
10370818 · 2019-08-06 ·

A grapple tip includes an outer volume having a working end with a rounded surface. The grapple tip may further include a mounting end, a right side, a left side, a bottom surface, and a top surface. The top surface features a grooved recess that may help the device pick up, hold on to, and transport heavy items such as lumber or construction implements across significant distances. In addition, the grapple tip may also have a raised projection extending from the mounting end to ensure a secure and correct mounting on a damaged grapple assembly claw. The grapple tip is useful for upgrading or replacing existing tips that may have become damaged or worn.

COLLECTOR ASSEMBLY

A collector assembly for collecting debris from opposite sides of a member such as an elevated beam. The collector assembly includes a platform extending laterally between a first side edge and a second side edge. A first trough is provided for disposition along one side of the beam for receiving debris. A second trough is provided for disposition along the opposite side of the beam and is adjacent to and parallel with the first trough.

SYSTEM, METHOD, AND MACHINE FOR POSITION DETERMINATION OF THUMB BUCKET
20240183129 · 2024-06-06 · ·

A work machine comprises a bucket attached to an end of a stick of the work machine as a work tool, a thumb pivotally coupled to the end of the stick, and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to determine a current task of the work machine among scooping an object by the bucket or grabbing the object by the bucket and the thumb, based on an angle of the bucket, and calculate payload with a parameter of a center of gravity position of the payload based on the determined current task.

Simplified bucket articulated rake attachment
10294631 · 2019-05-21 ·

An articulated rake assembly attachable to an excavating vehicle having a bucket. The rake assembly has a rake mechanism adapted and constructed to retain material having a certain size. A reciprocating mechanism operationally connects the rake mechanism to the bucket of the vehicle, and is adapted and constructed to selectively reciprocate the rake mechanism with respect to the bucket, thereby selectively retaining material. The rake mechanism configurable to have either or both a push orientation and a gather orientation.

Construction equipment accessory and methods of moving elongate objects

A construction equipment accessory can include a construction equipment attachment portion, which can include a mechanical interface, a hydraulic interface, and a center section coupled to the mechanical interface, first and second support arms pivotably coupled to the construction equipment attachment portion's center section, and first and second finger grapples. The first and second finger grapples can each include two or more opposing fingers and can be hydraulically movable between open and closed positions. By attaching the construction equipment accessory to construction equipment with the construction equipment attachment portion, an operator can move elongate objects such as pipes, poles, and erosion control products.

CLAMP IMPLEMENT FOR EXCAVATOR
20190127947 · 2019-05-02 ·

A clamp implement and a control system for controlling the clamp implement such that the clamp implement can be caused to follow motion of a bucket or other primary implement in a selected mode of operation. In another mode of operation, the claim implement can be caused to move independently of the primary implement.

ROBUST MULTI-TOOL ASSEMBLY FOR HYDRAULIC EXCAVATORS
20190100896 · 2019-04-04 ·

A hydraulic excavator tool adapted to be secured to the distal working end of an excavator boom including a main tool assembly with a tool framework, a spaced apart pair of connection flanges fast with the tool framework, and, a structural tubular casing integral with the tool framework extending across and through the tool framework and through the flanges, plus a rotary hydraulic actuator within the tubular casing extending between the connection flanges and providing a rotational drive motion to a drive axle extending between the connection flanges adapted to provide a controlled rotary drive motion of the axle adjacent the connection flanges, and a working tool framework fast to the axle adjacent each of the connection flanges for relative controlled rotation of the working tool framework about the drive axle between the tool framework and a working position.

Method for utilizing single input device and button to control multiple auxiliary functions

An operator control system for a work vehicle having at least one work vehicle actuator and at least one removable attachment with at least one attachment actuator. The operator control system comprises an operator control interface. At least one control device is coupled to the operator control interface. The control device is configured to control at least one of the work vehicle actuator and the attachment actuator. A shift device is configured to shift the control device from controlling at least one of the work vehicle actuator and the attachment actuator to the other of the at least one of the work vehicle actuator and the attachment actuator.

Front attachment in traveling machine body for operation

To set time difference to the starting time of excavation and scooping by setting the starting of the scooping with a bucket behind the starting of the excavation with a ripper in an excavation machine where the bucket and the ripper are equipped to an arm, and are manipulated to open and close with each other by expansion and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder. During the first half of the contracting process at a hydraulic cylinder, a pin mounted on a connecting link where a bucket and a ripper are connected moves through a slot formed on the bucket to make bucket delay in closing, and the bucket and the ripper close at the same time during the latter half of the contracting process.
