DIPPER DOOR TRIP ASSEMBLY
A dipper door trip assembly includes a dipper, a dipper door pivotally coupled to the dipper, a linkage assembly including a sliding latch bar disposed at least partially in the dipper door, and a latch keeper coupled to the dipper. The latch keeper includes a roller that engages and disengages the latch bar.
Face shovel and method of operation
A digging machine such as a face shovel is controlled in an automated dumping sequence in which the bucket is pivoted to a first angular orientation before opening and, optionally, re-orienting to a second, slightly more forwardly inclined angular orientation. The first orientation may relieve the front part of the bucket from the load while the second orientation is selected to discharge the load at an optimal trajectory. The bucket may move to a third angular orientation before closing the front part against gravity.
Mixer bucket
Mixer bucket (1) provided with a hopper (12) having a concave bottom portion (120) provided with an opening (122) arranged between a first and a second continuous portions (124)(126); a funnel-shaped member (30) being carried by the concave portion (120) so as to face the opening (122) and define a gravity discharge for mixture; the funnel-shaped member (30) being carried by the hopper (12) by means of a guide (128) aligned with the given direction (D); actuating means (40) being carried by the hopper (12) to move the funnel-shaped member (30) along the guide (128) between a first position (P1), where it faces the opening (122), and a second position (P2)(P3), lateral with respect to the opening (122) in correspondence of one of the first and second flanks (14)(16).
Soil collection attachment with automated gate
A soil collection attachment for movable equipment is described. The soil collection attachment includes a bucket including a bottom panel having an aperture, wherein the aperture is adapted to receive an excavation device such as an auger. A gate which is operated by a hydraulic cylinder is attached to the bottom panel. In a closed position, the gate covers the aperture to prevent excavation materials from falling through the aperture.
STRAIGHT TAPER DIPPER
A dipper having an inlet and an outlet. The dipper includes a front wall and an opposite back wall extending between the inlet and the outlet. The front wall has a substantially linear inner surface between the inlet and the outlet. The dipper further includes two side walls connected between the front wall and the back wall and extending between the inlet and the outlet. Further, the dipper has a lip coupled to the front wall and extending outwardly from the inlet in a direction away from the outlet, the lip having a lip inner surface arranged generally parallel with the substantially linear inner surface of the front wall.
MINING SHOVEL WITH COMPOSITIONAL SENSORS
A mining shovel with compositional sensors comprises a bucket having various inward looking sensors positioned throughout the bucket. The bucket can also have disposed thereon a control enclosure that houses processing equipment that receives and analyzes the data collected by the inward looking sensors. The mining shovel with compositional sensors can be used as part of a system to manage a mining field, including generating and transmitting instructions directing where to deposit material located in the bucket based on the data collected from the inward looking sensors positioned in the bucket.
Pivot system with adjustable height to actuate a door latch for an excavator bucket
Earth movement machine components including a pivot system with adjustable height to actuate a door latch for an excavator bucket.
