SYSTEM, METHOD, AND MACHINE FOR POSITION DETERMINATION OF THUMB BUCKET
A work machine comprises a bucket attached to an end of a stick of the work machine as a work tool, a thumb pivotally coupled to the end of the stick, and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to determine a current task of the work machine among scooping an object by the bucket or grabbing the object by the bucket and the thumb, based on an angle of the bucket, and calculate payload with a parameter of a center of gravity position of the payload based on the determined current task.
CLAMP IMPLEMENT FOR EXCAVATOR
A clamp implement and a control system for controlling the clamp implement such that the clamp implement can be caused to follow motion of a bucket or other primary implement in a selected mode of operation. In another mode of operation, the claim implement can be caused to move independently of the primary implement.
EXCAVATOR ATTACHMENT APPARATUS WITH INTEGRATED POWER SAW
An excavator attachment apparatus includes a first fork configured to be removably attached to the distal end of a dipper arm of an excavator, wherein the first fork has an inner side and an outer side. The excavator attachment apparatus further includes a power saw, wherein the proximal end of the power saw is rotatably coupled to the outer side of the first fork. The excavator attachment apparatus further includes a hydraulic cylinder configured to rotate the power saw when the hydraulic cylinder is actuated. The excavator attachment apparatus further includes a second fork configured to be removably attached to the bucket link and distal end of the dipper arm of the excavator and actuated by the hydraulic bucket cylinder of an excavator to alternate between an open position and a closed position relative to the first fork.
Rotation control system for material handling machines
A rotation control system may be provided for a material handling machine. The rotation control system may include a boom and a work tool attached to the boom. A swing motor may be capable of swinging the boom and the work tool. A work tool motor may be capable of rotating the work tool relative to the boom. An input device may generate a first signal indicative of a desired swinging of the boom and a second signal indicative of a desired rotation of the work tool. A controller may be in communication with the input device, the swing motor, and the work tool motor. The controller may be capable of actuating the work tool motor based only on the second signal during a first mode of operation and may be capable of actuating the work tool motor based on swinging of the boom during a second mode of operation.
SKID LOADER ATTACHMENT INCLUDING A ROTATABLE AND EXTENDABLE CLAW
An attachment for a skid loader includes a base configured to attached to a loader arm of the skid loader, a rotatable coupling attached to the base on a side opposite the loader arm, and a claw portion attached to the rotatable coupling. The claw portion includes a stationary jaw and a pivoting jaw. The pivoting jaw pivotable with respect to the stationary jaw about a pivot rod. The pivoting jaw is coupled to the rotatable coupling via a hydraulic cylinder such that movement of the pivoting jaw about the pivoting rod is effected by actuation of the hydraulic cylinder.
ROBUST MULTI-TOOL ASSEMBLY FOR HYDRAULIC EXCAVATORS
A hydraulic excavator tool adapted to be secured to the distal working end of an excavator boom including a main tool assembly with a tool framework, a spaced apart pair of connection flanges fast with the tool framework, and, a structural tubular casing integral with the tool framework extending across and through the tool framework and through the flanges, plus a rotary hydraulic actuator within the tubular casing extending between the connection flanges and providing a rotational drive motion to a drive axle extending between the connection flanges adapted to provide a controlled rotary drive motion of the axle adjacent the connection flanges, and a working tool framework fast to the axle adjacent each of the connection flanges for relative controlled rotation of the working tool framework about the drive axle between the tool framework and a working position.
Demolition system
A demolition system includes a frame, a plurality of outriggers, a demolition apparatus, and a water reservoir. The frame includes a frame base, a plurality of support members coupled to the frame base, a platform coupled to the plurality of support members, and one or more lifting ears extending from the platform. The plurality of outriggers are coupled to the frame base. The demolition apparatus is coupled to and supported by the frame base. The demolition apparatus includes a main body rotatably coupled to the frame base, an arm extending from the main body between two of the plurality of support members, one or more gripping members coupled to the arm, and a motor configured to selectively rotate the main body relative to the frame base. The water reservoir is coupled to and supported by the platform of the frame. Additionally, the water reservoir provides water to the demolition apparatus.
Front attachment in traveling machine body for operation
To set time difference to the starting time of excavation and scooping by setting the starting of the scooping with a bucket behind the starting of the excavation with a ripper in an excavation machine where the bucket and the ripper are equipped to an arm, and are manipulated to open and close with each other by expansion and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder. During the first half of the contracting process at a hydraulic cylinder, a pin mounted on a connecting link where a bucket and a ripper are connected moves through a slot formed on the bucket to make bucket delay in closing, and the bucket and the ripper close at the same time during the latter half of the contracting process.
DEBRIS GRIPPER AND EXTRACTOR FOR HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT
Attachments for excavators and the like for improved gripping, handling, and processing of materials and debris are provided having one or more work surfaces to provide enhanced material handling characteristics.
