SURGICAL INSTRUMENT WITH INJECTION NEEDLE AND RETRACTABLE SHEATH
A surgical instrument includes a housing (20), a syringe carriage (40), a movable handle (25), a shaft (30), a needle sheath (50), and a needle (60). The syringe carriage is operably coupled to the housing and configured to couple to a syringe. The movable handle is movable relative to the housing and operably coupled to the syringe carriage to distally advance the syringe carriage. The shaft extends distally from the housing and defines a lumen. The needle sheath extends through the lumen of the shaft, defines a lumen, and is movable relative to the shaft between an extended condition and a retracted condition. The needle extends through the lumen of the needle sheath and is configured to operably couple to a syringe coupled to the syringe carriage.
Set connector systems for venting a fluid reservoir
A fluid infusion device includes a housing having a reservoir chamber that receives a fluid reservoir. The fluid reservoir has a first end and a second end. The fluid infusion device includes a connector system having a first body section coupled to a second body section. The first body section defines a bore in communication with a chamber and a counterbore of the second body section to define a fluid flow path. The chamber of the second body section is in fluid communication with a vent subsystem defined through the second body section. The vent subsystem terminates in an outlet, and the vent subsystem is to direct gas in the fluid flow path through the second body section to the outlet. The fluid infusion device includes at least one ring disposed within the reservoir chamber that cooperates with the connector system to securely couple the connector system to the housing.

INJECTION DEVICE
Apparatuses and methods for delivering a fluid, including a viscous fluid. These apparatuses may include a fluid reservoir, two or more piston chambers, a manifold, a delivery port, and a drive assembly and may be configured to inject either a predetermined amount of fluid or a continuous stream of fluid. These apparatuses may also be configured to switch between filling, injection and aspiration modes. These apparatuses may generally be hand-held and lightweight and may provide a significant mechanical advantage to the user.

BREAST PUMP
A breast pump includes a main body, a breast milk suctioning shield, and one or more air pumps. The breast milk suctioning shield is assembled in an accommodation space of the main body and detachably connected to the main body. A front end of the breast milk suctioning shield has a breast shielding portion, and a nipple passage extends from a rear end of a center portion of the breast shielding portion. One or more deformable members and a non-deformable supporting member are assembled with an annular connection portion located between the breast shielding portion and the nipple passage. The air pump has an intake port and an exhaust port. The intake port is controlled by a first valve controller to suction the nipple passage and generate a negative pressure, and the exhaust port is controlled by a second valve controller to inflate or deflate the deformable member.
