Universal barrier system panels
10465381 · 2019-11-05 ·

A universal barrier system includes universal barrier components that may be assembled together to shield floors and walls from moisture and provide a thermal break in an operational area of the universal barrier component. A lap zone of the universal barrier component may allow universal barrier components to be assembled and installed to protect floors, walls, ceilings, footings and the like from moisture and heat gain or loss by minimizing the need for tapes and other joining methods. The universal barrier system may also act as a sound deadening material. The operational area and lap zone of the universal barrier component may be disposed on a vapor block layer to provide some rigidity. The operational area of the universal barrier component may include a thermal break disposed upon the vapor block layer. The thermal break may include an outer protective layer. In addition, universal barrier tape and universal barrier edging may be provided to couple adjoining universal barrier components.

A vacuum insulated structure includes an exterior wrapper with a plurality of sidewalls and at least one liner having a plurality of sidewalls. The liner is received within the exterior wrapper. A thermal bridge interconnects the exterior wrapper and the liner to define an insulating cavity therebetween. The insulating cavity is operable between at-rest and evacuated states. One or more internal chamber structures are disposed in the insulating cavity. Each internal chamber structure includes an interior cavity with a first interior volume when the insulating cavity is in the at-rest state. Each interior cavity further includes a second interior volume when the insulating cavity is in the evacuated state. The second interior volume is greater than the first interior volume.

Vacuum heat-insulation material

A vacuum heat-insulation material includes: at least one first fiber member; at least one second member that is placed around an outer peripheral part of the at least one first fiber member and that is thinner than an inner part; and at least one shell material that surrounds the at least one first fiber member and the at least one second fiber member.

Display case door assembly with tempered glass vacuum panel

A display case door assembly for a temperature-controlled storage device includes an opening into the temperature-controlled storage device and a vacuum panel mounted within the opening. The vacuum panel includes a first vacuum pane of tempered glass, a second vacuum pane of tempered glass, and an evacuated gap between the first and second vacuum panes. The evacuated gap has a predetermined thickness within which a vacuum is drawn, thereby providing a thermal insulation effect for the vacuum panel. The vacuum panel further includes a plurality of spacers disposed within the evacuated gap and configured to maintain the predetermined thickness of the evacuated gap when the vacuum is drawn therein.

VACUUM INSULATION PANEL

A vacuum insulation panel for a construction, a car or an electric appliance includes a vacuum insulation panel in which a core material made of inorganic fibers is wrapped with an outer packaging material made of a stainless steel plate, and an inner space of the outer packaging material wrapping the core material is in a vacuum state, wherein a water content of the core material is 0.05 wt % or less, the surface roughness Ra of the inner space-side surface of the outer packaging material is 0.2 m or less, and a peripheral part of the outer packaging material is sealed by welding in a state in which the pressure of the inner space of the outer packaging material is 1 Pa or less.

Display case door assembly with vacuum panel

A display case door assembly for a temperature-controlled storage device includes a frame defining an opening into the temperature-controlled storage device and a transparent unit coupled to the frame. The transparent unit includes a first vacuum pane, a second vacuum pane, and an evacuated gap between the first and second vacuum panes. The evacuated gap has a predetermined thickness within which a vacuum is drawn, thereby providing a thermal insulation effect for the transparent unit. The transparent unit further includes a plurality of spacers disposed within the evacuated gap and configured to maintain the predetermined thickness of the evacuated gap when the vacuum is drawn therein.

Vacuum Insulation Panel
