Basalt fiber acoustic panel
A sound absorbing panel assembly comprising the woven basalt material. The sound absorbing panel assembly comprises a height, a width, a length, a cover and an absorbent panel. The cover comprises a woven basalt material. The absorbent panel comprises a sound absorbent acoustic panel. The absorbent panel is covered by the cover.
SOUND INSULATION SHEET, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE
To provide a sound insulation sheet member which is excellent in sound insulation performance in a low frequency band and which has a compact configuration. A sound insulation sheet member 1 including a substrate 2 and a concavo-convex structure 3 placed on at least one surface of the substrate 2, in which the concavo-convex structure 3 is provided by repeatedly arranging a plurality of units each defined as a concavo-convex unit shape 4 including a linear convex portion 5, in one direction at substantially constant intervals on the surface of the substrate 2.
Sound Absorbing Panel
A sound absorbing panel for managing acoustic environments with desired durability, stiffness and advantageous characteristics for self-supporting sound-absorbing panels intended to be attached to indoor walls and ceilings of buildings. The sound absorbing panel comprising a height, a width, a length and a cover. The sound absorbing panel comprising materials characterized by an inner core comprising a core density, a core binder and a thickness. The core density is between two and a half and four and a half pounds per cubic-foot. The core binder is between one and three-fourths and two and three fourths percent. The thickness comprises a thickness between 35-45 mm. The cover comprises a cover weight. The cover weight is between one quarter and one half ounces per foot.
Acoustic material frame and method
A thermoplastic frame for holding acoustical material has extruded square plastic tubing that is inserted or press-fit onto corner connectors and T-connectors to make an open ended enclosure that houses the acoustic material. Once the frame is assembled, the acoustic material is inserted in the open end of the frame.
Acoustic baffle assembly
A circular multi-panel acoustic baffle assembly for suspending above an occupied space, the assembly including a plurality of baffle panel units each radiating away from a common center and generally lying in a vertical plane, upper edges of the baffle panel units lying in a common imaginary surface of revolution about the center, the baffle panel units being joined by common inner and outer arcuate ribs concentric with the center, radially inner ends and radially outer ends of the baffle panel units lying on imaginary circles concentric with the center.
Framed acoustic panel and method of manufacture
The present disclosure relates generally to acoustic panels, for example, suitable for acoustic ceiling surfaces. The present disclosure relates more particularly to acoustic panels that include a panel body (e.g., comprising fiberglass, or having an NRC value in the range of at least 0.5, e.g., 0.5-0.95 or 0.5-0.9) and a perimeter frame extending around a side edge of the panel body. The perimeter frame includes a plurality of frame members including a first frame member and a second frame member. A first adhesive bonds the frame members to the panel body. A second adhesive with a shorter working time may also bond the frame members to the panel body. In addition, or alternatively, a bracket that couples the frame members to one another includes a sharp projection that hinders removal of the bracket from the frame members once assembled. These aspects allow the acoustic panel to be handled before the first adhesive is cured.
Modular wall covering system
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes a frame; and a cover securely retained on the frame by a tensioning system whereby the cover is free of direct attachment to the frame but rather is retained under tension on the frame by the tensioning system. The frame includes a plurality of frame pieces and a plurality of corner brackets. The frame pieces are directly coupled to respective corner brackets but are free of direct coupling to one another.
Overlay cover and tensioning mechanism for a modular wall overlay system
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes a frame; a cover that is securely, yet detachably, retained on and along a front face of the frame by a tensioning mechanism that is configured to tension the cover; and elastic corner inserts that are disposed in corners of the frame and include curved outer surfaces that are configured to permit the cover to be stretched over the elastic corner inserts creating radiused corners and preventing tearing of the cover in corners thereof when the cover is tensioned by the tensioning mechanism.
Customizable inner frame and lighting for a modular wall overlay system
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes an outer frame having a pair of opposing ends and a pair of opposing sides and a customizable inner frame that is coupled to the outer frame. The inner frame includes a plurality of transverse supports that extend between the opposing sides and a plurality of longitudinal supports that extend between the opposing ends. The longitudinal supports and the transverse supports lie in a common plane defined within the outer frame. The system further includes a cover that is securely retained on the outer frame.
