Soundproof structure
Provided is a soundproof structure with a small size and high soundproofing performance of a low frequency band. The soundproof structure includes at least one soundproof cell which includes a frame having a hole portion, an elastic layer laminated on a frame of one opening surface of the frame, and a film laminated on the elastic layer so as to cover the hole portion. An effective displacement amount at a position at which an amplitude is maximized in a region bonded to the elastic layer in a case where a film vibration of the film occurs is 0.4% to 10% of an effective displacement amount at a position at which an amplitude of the film is maximized.
Building Board with Acoustical Foam
Disclosed is a building board construction that provides enhanced acoustical properties. In one possible embodiment, the board is a gypsum board with opposing facing sheets and an intermediate set gypsum core. An opened celled polymeric sheet is formed within the gypsum core and gives the resulting board enhanced sound absorption. In an alternative embodiment, individual pieces of polymeric foam are used in stead of the polymeric sheet. Also disclosed are various manufacturing methods whereby boards with enhanced acoustical properties can be formed in an continuous process. The various components of the present disclosure, and the manner in which they interrelate, are described in greater detail hereinafter.
Sound reducing panel
An improved sound reducing panel is disclosed comprising a front porous sheet for enabling sound to enter into the sound reducing panel and a rear non-porous sheet. A sound absorbing member dissipates sound entering into the front porous sheet. A sound blocking member blocks sound from exiting from the sound absorbing member. A decoupling member reduces sonic vibration from being transferred from the sound blocking member to the rear non-porous sheet.
Panel coating system
A panel coating system for simple and efficient installation of a removably attachable layer to a panel.
MULTI-LAYER ACOUSTICAL BUILDING PANELS
The present invention is directed to an acoustic ceiling panel having a first major exposed surface opposite a second major exposed surface, the acoustic ceiling panel comprising: a first layer having an upper surface opposite a lower surface, the first layer comprising: a first body comprising a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending between the first and second major surfaces, the first body being air-permeable; and a first attenuation coating applied to the first body; a second layer having an upper surface opposite a lower surface, the second layer comprising: a second body comprising a first major surface opposite a second major surface and a side surface extending between the first and second major surfaces, the second body being air-permeable; and a second attenuation coating applied to the second body; and an adhesive present between the first and second layers.
ACOUSTIC PANEL
An acoustic panel is disclosed. In various embodiments, the acoustic panel includes a first layer; a cell having a first cell end connected to the first layer and a second cell end spaced a cell length from the first cell end, the cell having a first wall extending between the first cell end and the second cell end; and a septum having a central portion positioned within the cell and a first tab extending from the central portion, the first tab defining a first surface positioned against the first wall and a first distal end positioned adjacent the first layer.
DIMENSIONALLY STABLE BUILDING PANEL
Described herein is a building panel and related building systems, the building panel having a first major surface opposite a second major surface, the building panel comprising a core comprising a first body comprising a first fibrous material; and a second body comprising a second fibrous material, a veneer facing layer coupled to the core, the veneer facing layer comprising a plurality of perforations.
Basalt Fiber Acoustic Panel
A sound absorbing panel assembly comprising the woven basalt material. The sound absorbing panel assembly comprises a height, a width, a length, a cover and an absorbent panel. The cover comprises a woven basalt material. The absorbent panel comprises a sound absorbent acoustic panel. The absorbent panel is covered by the cover.
Reduced-noise hydraulic fracturing system
Provided herein is a system for reducing the overall noise output of equipment used in the hydraulic fracturing of oil and gas wells, by providing a noise-reducing enclosure and/or radiator which substantially reduce the level of noise that reaches the environment during normal operation.
