Instrument For Fluid Application and Clamping Device
For producing a high pressure impulse, a hose bending valve is provided that comprises a loop (12) provided in a supply hose of an instrument (2) and a hose bending device (8) provided as multiple-use component. Such a valve is very simply constructed and allows the creation of steep pressure increase flanks with very high pressures up to 100 bar, as are needed for a needleless injection. The sterilization effort is minimal. Also, the material effort is minimal, if single-use components are used.
LOCKING SLIDE CLAMP
A clamp is provided. The clamp includes a flexible uniform body. The flexible uniform body includes an aperture configured to allow a tubing to pass through the flexible uniform body. The aperture is configured to allow unrestricted flow of a fluid within the tubing when the tubing is at a first position of the aperture and restrict the flow of the fluid within the tubing when the tubing is at a second position of the aperture. The flexible uniform body includes an engageable coupling mechanism disposed at a first portion of the flexible uniform body. The coupling mechanism is configured to, when engaged, cover at least a portion of the release point of the aperture such that the tubing is locked in place within the pinch point of the aperture.
INFUSION DEVICE
The present invention relates to an infusion device comprising a clamp having a through hole that is configured to allow an infusion tube to pass through therethrough, and further having a baffle wall; a block having a mounting hole and an opening; a pressure member pivoted to the block and configured to press towards the baffle wall and close the infusion tube, wherein a position of the opening corresponds to the pressure member; and a handle pivoted to the block and having a protrusion that is configured to pass through the opening and push up against the pressure member so as to make the pressure member away from the baffle wall when the handle rotates towards the block around an axis, so that the infusion tube is no longer closed by pressing of the pressure member.

ENTERAL FEEDING PUMP SYSTEMS, VALVE ASSEMBLIES THEREFOR AND FLUID FLOW CONTROL METHODS FOR SAME
Enteral feeding pump systems valves assemblies therefor and related fluid flow control methods. The system includes a disposable fluid delivery set with an integral peristaltic tube section and an enteral feeding pump. The system may also include a pinching mechanism for regulating the flow of nutrient formula or water out of the fluid delivery set. Also disclosed is a flow selector valve assembly for an enteral feeding pump system, the valve assembly including a tube adapter having two input flexible tubing channels and one output tubing channel and being configured to position the flexible tubing channels in relation with a receiver. The receiver has an eccentric bearing that is moveable between a first position in which neither of the input flexible tubing channels is compressed, and a second position in which the eccentric bearing compresses one of the input flexible tubing channels therein to prevent flow therethrough.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR DETERMINING FLUID DELIVERY PUMP INFORMATION
Wearable fluid delivery devices and pump systems having a pump status determination assembly to determine a status of at least one component of a fluid pump are described. For example, in one embodiment, a fluid pump system for a wearable fluid delivery device may include a control system, a first pump element associated with a first electrical element, a second pump element associated with a second electrical element, wherein the first pump element is configured to engage the second pump element to form an electrical circuit between the first electrical element and the second electrical element, the control system configured to receive at least one signal from the electrical circuit. Other embodiments are described.
System, method, and apparatus for clamping
A support system is disclosed that includes a holding structure, a clamp assembly, and a device coupled to the frame of the clamp assembly. The holding structure includes a top portion, a base portion and an intermediate rod portion. The clamp assembly clamps to the intermediate rod portion of the holding structure. The clamp assembly includes a frame, a latch, one or more gear plates, one or more handles, and one or more bias members.
