Clamp
The invention relates to a clamp (1), which is such that the clamp (1) can accommodate a fluid-carrying duct (L), that the clamp (1) in a resting state can compress the accommodated fluid-carrying channel (L), and that in a working state the clamp (1) can accommodate the fluid-carrying channel (L) so that the fluid-carrying channel (L) is not compressed, wherein the clamp (1) has a first permanent magnet (M1) and a second permanent magnet (M2), the permanent magnets (M1, M2) being arranged at a distance from one another, such that the permanent magnets (M1, M2) can be rotated at least about an angle relative to one another, the relative rotation of the permanent magnets (M1, M2) to one another resulting in a reduction in the distance (d), the resting state being made available at a first angle and the working state being made available at a second angle.
Smart safety regulation system of ringer solution
Provided is a smart safety regulation system of Ringer solution, which includes: a regulator body having a body frame; a lower roller rotatably disposed inside the body frame; a flow regulating roller rotatably disposed inside the body frame and apart from an upper surface of the lower roller wherein a portion of an outer periphery of the flow regulating roller protrudes through an open upper side of the body frame; and a safety cover which accommodates the regulator body detachably. The system has an effect that a flow of the Ringer solution will not change even if a patient misoperates or does not operate skillfully in order to prevent medical accidents.

Pinch clamp
Pinch clamps are provided which generate positive displacement while also preventing rebound. To prevent rebound while providing positive displacement, the upper and lower clamping surfaces may be configured to form a pinch profile along which the tubing is compressed with the pinch point being formed at the distal end of the pinch profile. To further prevent rebound, the lower arm of the pinch clamp can include blocking ribs that interface with the upper clamping surface to prevent distal travelling of the pinch point even if the upper arm is forced into an over-engaged position.
INTRAVENOUS PRIMING CAP
A device for coupling to a fluid connector of an IV administration set to resist contamination of the fluid connector and IV administration set and permit priming of the IV administration set. The device including a cover body having a cavity for receiving the fluid connector, a priming passage for priming fluid from the IV administration set through the fluid connector, and a coupling tab extending from the cover body, the coupling tab permitting the cover body to be coupled to a length of an IV line or other portion of the IV administration set to resist contamination and permit priming of the IV administration set.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING A LEAKING OCCLUDER VALVE
An apparatus, method, and system for detecting a leaking occluder valve is disclosed. Upper and lower occluder elements of an infusion pump are activated to compress a fluid tubing filled with a fluid to isolate the fluid in an upstream portion of the tubing from a downstream portion of the tubing. While the fluid tubing is compressed by the occluder elements, a pumping element of the infusion pump is activated to compress an intermediate portion of the tubing, between the downstream portion and the upstream portion, to cause a pressure increase within the fluid tubing. Using at least one pressure sensor, a determination is made as to whether the pressure increase is present in a portion of the fluid tubing on a side, of an activated occluder element, opposite the intermediate portion of the tubing.
FLUID CONDUIT SYSTEM
In some examples, a conduit system includes a conduit defining a conduit lumen configured to provide a flow path for a fluid between a container and a medical machine. A flexible member secured to the conduit is configured to substantially occlude (e.g., close) the conduit lumen when deformed by a force acting on the flexible member toward the lumen. The conduit system includes a clamp head configured to pass through an opening defined by the conduit and exert the force on the flexible member, such that the flexible member occludes the conduit lumen. In examples, the conduit is substantially rigid conduit configured to provide a relatively constant geometry and/or flow path for the discharge of a nozzle.
Dual pump arthroscopic irrigation/aspiration system with outflow control
A fluid pump system having a first fluid pump for pumping fluid from a source to a surgical site and a second fluid pump for removing fluid from the surgical site at a first predetermined rate, wherein said fluid pump system intermittently operates in conjunction with a surgical tool which, when operational, removes fluid from the surgical site at a second predetermined rate greater than said first predetermined rate, the improvement including a sensor for sensing a predetermined parameter of the surgical tool and providing an output signal indicating that the surgical tool is operating; and an actuating means responsive to said output signal to actuate said second fluid pump to remove fluid from the surgical site at second predetermined rate.
