Customizable inner frame and lighting for a modular wall overlay system
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes an outer frame having a pair of opposing ends and a pair of opposing sides and a customizable inner frame that is coupled to the outer frame. The inner frame includes a plurality of transverse supports that extend between the opposing sides and a plurality of longitudinal supports that extend between the opposing ends. The longitudinal supports and the transverse supports lie in a common plane defined within the outer frame. The system further includes a cover that is securely retained on the outer frame.
SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING WALL PANELS TO A WALL
In one of the embodiments of the disclosed system, the sliding support member may be comprised of the U-shaped plate that is separate from a forward extending support member, which further contains parallel capture walls. The U-shaped plate and the forward extending support member are then joined together using a dovetail joint, or another type of lock-and-key joint. The groove for such a joint is oriented at an angle, preferably a right angle to the direction of the slide of the sliding support member along the length of the base member. This embodiment of the sliding support member permits a mounting of the adjustable support member at an angle, preferably a right angle to the direction of travel of the sliding support member.
CORNER ASSEMBLY FOR A MODULAR WALL OVERLAY SYSTEM
A corner hardware kit for completing a frame corner that is defined by a first frame element and a second frame element includes a corner bracket having a first portion for attachment to the first frame element and a second portion for attachment to the second frame element. The corner bracket has an upstanding foot that protrudes rearwardly therefrom and carries a coupling member at a distal end thereof. The kit also includes an elastic corner insert that has a curved outer surface and has a pair of first coupling elements for mating to a pair of second coupling elements that are associated with the first and second frame elements to complete the corner of the frame.
MODULAR WALL COVERING SYSTEM
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes a frame; and a cover securely retained on the frame by a tensioning system whereby the cover is free of direct attachment to the frame but rather is retained under tension on the frame by the tensioning system. The frame includes a plurality of frame pieces and a plurality of corner brackets. The frame pieces are directly coupled to respective corner brackets but are free of direct coupling to one another.
OVERLAY COVER AND TENSIONING MECHANISM FOR A MODULAR WALL OVERLAY SYSTEM
A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes a frame; a cover that is securely, yet detachably, retained on and along a front face of the frame by a tensioning mechanism that is configured to tension the cover; and elastic corner inserts that are disposed in corners of the frame and include curved outer surfaces that are configured to permit the cover to be stretched over the elastic corner inserts creating radiused corners and preventing tearing of the cover in corners thereof when the cover is tensioned by the tensioning mechanism.

Wall structure for building, attachment apparatus, and board material construction method
Provided are a wall structure for a building, an attachment apparatus, and a board material construction method, according to which construction is simple and fast, and a board material can be stably supported. A bracket includes: a first portion 110; a second portion 120; a first side wall portion 101 that extends continuously from at least a portion of one side edge 111 of the first portion 110 to at least a portion of one side edge 121 of the second portion 120, and protrudes toward a narrow angle 1 side; a second side wall portion 102 that extends continuously from at least a portion of another side edge 112 of the first portion 110 to at least a portion of another side edge 122 of the second portion 120, and protrudes toward the narrow angle 1; and a mounting portion 125 that is provided on the second portion 120. A first support body 30 includes: a first joining portion 31 that is to be mounted on the mounting surface 126 of the mounting portion 125; and a second joining portion 32. A fastening member includes a first drill screw 91 that penetrates through and fastens the mounting portion 125 and the first joining portion 31 to each other.
SNAP-TOGETHER STANDOFFS FOR RESTORING, REPAIRING, REINFORCING, PROTECTING, INSULATING AND/OR CLADDING STRUCTURES
A method covers at least a portion of a surface of an existing structure with a repair structure. The method comprises: providing a standoff, the standoff elongated in a longitudinal direction and operable from an open configuration to a closed configuration; while the standoff is in the open configuration, mounting the standoff to the existing structure, such that the standoff projects outwardly away from the surface of the existing structure; closing the standoff to the closed configuration, the closing of the standoff forming a standoff connector; and coupling a cladding panel to the standoff by engaging the panel with the standoff connector at a location spaced outwardly apart from the surface of the existing structure by a void.
Building panel leveling system
A building panel offset adjustment and leveling system permits precise mounting of panel extrusion channels, and thereby the panels, onto the surface of a building. In a particular embodiment, a slotted spool race along the under surface of each extrusion channel mates with a threaded spool having a first flange slidably received within the spool race and a second flange coupled to the first flange by a threaded collar. The second flange articulates between a proximate position closest to the race and a distal position, providing a continuous offset adjustment range between said extrusion channel and the building. In one or more alternate embodiments, columns of coaxially mated shims replace the spool and provide incremental, graded offset adjustment. In each embodiment, a hollow bore through the offset adjustment system accepts a fastener which affixes the extrusion channel to the building and clamps the adjustment system into its selected offset position.
