Systems, devices, and methods for mounting a lightweight architectural masonry product to a building
The present subject matter relates to systems, devices, and methods for mounting one or more lightweight architectural masonry units to a building support structure. An elongated track includes a web and opposed edge portions that form a pair of slide channels, the elongated track being configured to be mounted to the building support structure. A connecting member includes a base portion configured to retain the connecting member to the channels but is movable within the channels along the track, and a flange portion is configured to connect to a first lightweight architectural masonry unit of the one or more lightweight architectural masonry units. A fixation member includes a first end configured to connect to the elongated track and a second end configured to connect to the lightweight architectural masonry unit, the fixation member being configured to retain the first lightweight architectural masonry unit in place relative to the elongated track.
Cold formed, dual seal anchor and method of making
A cold formed anchor for use in an insulated cavity wall includes a unitary body formed with a driver portion and having large and small diameter portions. The driver portion may be formed with structure for connecting a veneer tie to the anchor. A method of making the cold formed anchor includes cold forming a driver portion and a reduced diameter portion from a blank.
Vertical seals for use with exterior wall panel assemblies
An exterior wall panel assembly includes an exterior wall panel, a vertical seal and a horizontal seal. The exterior wall panel has a top, a bottom and opposed sides. The vertical seal is affixed to one side of the exterior wall panel and extends from the top to the bottom of the exterior wall panel. The horizontal seal is affixed to the top of the exterior wall panel. The horizontal seal extends along the top and is spaced inwardly from each opposed side. An exterior wall panel system includes at least two exterior wall panel assemblies and a horizontal splice. The horizontal splice is positioned between horizontal seals on adjacent exterior wall panels and is sealingly attached thereto.
Wire Mounting Solutions
Wire Mounting Solutions providing low embodied carbon insulation and façade mounting systems having unmatched thermal and acoustic performance, high structural strengths, and better able to withstand seismic and hurricane activity where other mounting systems may fail due to being too rigid.
Attachment clip for building surface panels and building surface panel system
The present disclosure relates generally to building surface panel systems, for example, suitable for covering a building surface. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a building surface panel kit for attachment to a support structure. The building surface panel kit includes a clip configured to secure the building surface panel system to the support structure. The kit also includes a first building surface panel having first and second ends, a front face, and a rear face.
ARCHITECTURAL-PANEL ATTACHMENT-SYSTEM ADJUSTABLE IN THREE DIMENSIONS
An attachment system for attaching architectural facade panels to a wall, the attachment system having an elongated base rail, a Z-adjustment clip, an X-Y adjustment clip, and architectural panel. The base rail is configured to fasten to the wall. The Z-adjustment clip is configured to couple to the base rail. One or both of the fastening holes of the base rail or the fastening hole of the Z-adjustment clip are slots. The X-Y adjustment clip is configured to couple to the Z-adjustment clip. One or both of the fastening hole of the Z-adjustment clip or the fastening holes of the X-Y adjustment clip are slots. The architectural panel is configured to be secured to and supported by the X-Y adjustment clip. The slots allow for adjustment in each of the X, Y, and Z directions.
SUPPORT BRACKET ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A support assembly for mounting masonry veneer to supporting wall structure has a first shelf angle, a second shelf angle, and a first shelf angle mounting bracket. Each shelf angle mounting bracket has an upwardly extending back that mounts to the supporting wall structure, and a web extending forwardly away from the wall structure. The web has at least a first shelf angle mounting seats formed in a lower region thereof that hangs downwardly of a vertical load shear transfer connection. A brace is mounted to the bracket. The brace underhangs the cantilevered supporting structure, and provides a moment reaction. The brace has a non-intrusive interface with the supporting structure. That interface may be in compression and the brace may act as a strut. The brace may be thermally isolated from the bracket. The brace may fit within the space envelope of a stud wall.
SUPPORT STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY
In a first aspect there is disclosed a support structure assembly (10). The support structure assembly includes a first wall panel (12) operatively associated with an opposing, spaced apart second wall panel. The first wall panel (12) including a channel (14) having two spaced apart channel walls (16) connected via a transverse channel base (18). The channel (14) encloses a resilient body (20).
A CLADDING ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a cladding assembly for cladding a structure, including a frame member, a frame formed by frame members and a preformed panel including a panel member. The preformed panel is formed by a frame member fastened at least partially around an outer edge of the panel member or the panel member being operatively associated with the frame. The frame member of the present invention includes at least two ends and at least five walls including a structure facing wall, an opposed panel member abutting wall, an intermediate wall positioned between and extending substantially parallel to the structure facing wall and the panel member abutting wall, a connecting wall and either an outer frame wall or an inner frame wall. In some embodiments, the panel member is a fire retardant panel member.
