A wall system comprising a frame and one or more panels removably attached to the frame, wherein the one or more panels are positioned over one or more cutouts of the frame to form a substantially coplanar surface.

SYSTEM AND METHOD OF INSTALLING FACADE PANELS

A wall cladding system includes a slab bracket, a connector tube, first and second façade panels, and first and second attachment rails. The slab bracket includes a base wall and first and second forward extending flanges defining a gap in which the connector tube is secured. The first attachment rail is secured along an upper edge the first façade panel and includes a mounting wall fastened to the connector tube and a support wall extending upward from the mounting wall, spaced from the connector tube to define a first slot. The second attachment rail is secured along a lower edge of the second façade panel and includes a downward extending hanger wall spaced apart from a rear surface of the second façade panel to define a second slot, with the hanger wall received in the first slot and the support wall received in the second slot.

Rear-ventilated building facade as well as process for manufacturing same

The present invention pertains to a rear-ventilated building facade with a load-bearing external wall, with an insulation layer formed from insulation panels and with a facade cladding, wherein the facade cladding is installed by means of a load-bearing structure, forming a rear ventilation gap, at a spaced location from the insulation layer, and wherein the rear ventilation gap is interrupted in the vertical direction by at least one fire barrier, which is configured as a mineral wool panel. It is characterized in that the at least one fire barrier extends over the entire width of the rear ventilation gap, and that the at least one fire barrier has at least one opening extending in the vertical direction in the area of the rear ventilation gap. The present invention further provides a process for manufacturing a rear-ventilated building facade. It is thus possible to perfect a rear-ventilated building facade of this class such that a lastingly reliable fire protection can be achieved with a cost-effective configuration.

Building Surface Product Including Attachment Clip, Building Surface System, and Method of Manufacture

The present disclosure relates generally to building surface products, for example, suitable for forming a building surface. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a building surface product including a panel having a front surface, a rear surface, and a gypsum body between the front surface and rear surface. A first attachment clip is secured to the rear surface of the panel and includes a first leg extending outward from the rear surface of the panel. A retaining flange is coupled to the first leg and extends over the rear surface in a first direction. The retaining flange includes a slot that is configured to receive a post so as to secure the building surface product to a support structure. A first fastener that penetrates the rear surface of the panel is attached to the first leg so as to secure the attachment clip to the panel.

System for Dry Execution of Finishing Material

A system for dry execution of a finishing material according to one aspect of the present invention can comprise an angled rod fixed to the outer wall of the building, a fixing bracket in which both ends are fixed and installed to the angled rod, an insulation material provided on one side of the fixing bracket to exert insulation and water blocking performance, and a brick which is provided on the other side of the fixing bracket, and in which an insertion groove is formed on one side that faces with the fixing bracket to be combined in a way to insert to the fixing bracket, wherein the fixing bracket comprises an insertion clip which is inserted to the insertion groove to allow the brick to combine with the fixing bracket, and an elastic clip which is provided on the left and right sides of the insertion clip respectively to provide elastic force that pushes in a direction of the other side of the brick with the insertion clip inserted to the insertion groove.

Apparatuses for mounting and supporting insulation

A hanger apparatus is provided for attaching and securing building materials to a structure, such as attaching fibrous insulation to a wall or a cladding system on a building. The hanger includes a selectively deployable securing element such as a bendable barb to impale the building material and to secure the impaled building material to the hanger. The hanger may include a sealing fastener to secure the apparatus to the structure and to form a air, vapor, or weather seal between the fastener, hanger apparatus, and structure. The hanger is configurable for use with a single securing element or may be interlocked with additional hangers to create a chain of securing elements to secure a large portion of building material to a large section of a building. The hanger may include relief notches or apertures to reduce the force required to bend portions of the apparatus.

Construction member
