Resizable Insulated and Watertightness Wall Panel Joint Structure
20210025176 · 2021-01-28 · ·

This invention relates to a prefabricated insulated wall panel system with a resizable structure that can readily meet the on-site substrate dimensional tolerance by enabling the panel connectors to be cut, tailored on-site, and inserted and patched without damaging the watertightness structure as well as the continuous insulation structure of the exterior cladding system. In particular, the invention discloses the structure of the watertightness and insulated connectors at the joint of two adjacent insulated wall panels, wherein the panel positioning plate, functioning as a panel-to-panel watertightness connector and panel locker, is embraced by the two grooves at edges of the two adjacent panels, and installed in the grooves to interlock the two adjacent wall panels to accomplish watertightness structure, while wherein the insulated panel patch, functioning as a panel-to-panel continuous insulation patch, is patched on the back of the panel positioning plate to accomplish continuous insulation structure at joints of the panels. The invention also discloses that both of the said plate and patch can be tailored on-site upon the measurement variance of substrate wall at the panel joint to accomplish the seamless panel installation without damage watertightness and continuous insulation structure.

A cladding clip comprising a lateral base, a head coupled to the lateral base, and a flexible lip upstanding from the lateral base and laterally spaced from the neck along the base is disclosed. The flexible lip is hooked so that a lateral part of the lip extends laterally spaced from the base.

WALL PANEL CLIP
20210010266 · 2021-01-14 ·

A kit for assembling prefabricated wall panels includes prefabricated wall panels and clips. Each side of the prefabricated wall panels is configured to form a side-lap joint and at least a tongue and groove joint upon assembly. Each clip includes a flange having a plurality of holes and a web that is connected to an edge of the flange and is at least 4 inches long. The clips may allow for greater panel spans and/or provide improved wind resistance. For assembling the prefabricated wall panels to a building structure, a clip is placed on a cheek surface of the side-lap joint of one of the prefabricated wall panels. Fasteners are threaded through the prefabricated wall panel to clamp an edge of the prefabricated wall panel between the clip and the building structure.

WALL CLADDING SUPPORT FITTINGS

A masonry veneer wall cladding system may include a first layer of a ceramic based veneer, such as formed steel calcium silicate, and a second layer that is formed of a rigid thermal insulation panel such as an expanded foam. The two layers are bonded together with an air gap between the layers. The panels are mounted to supporting wall structure with wall support mounting fittings, or cleats. The fittings have a first leg and a second leg, and a web connecting the two legs. The first leg has slots for mechanical fasteners. The slots permit the fitting to slide, so a panel can be put in place, and then the fitting, or cleat can slide down to trap the panel in place. The panel has accommodations for the engaging fingers of the cleat. In one embodiment, the air gap can define the accommodation.

An interlocking wall panel arrangement for mounting wall panels to an existing wall, includes a plurality of wall panels, each wall panel including a main wall panel section, a first interlocking section extend rearwardly from the main wall panel section at one end thereof, the first interlocking section includes walls defining a channel, and a second interlocking section extend rearwardly from the main wall panel section at an opposite end thereof for engaging with a first interlocking section of another the wall panel, the second interlocking section includes a projection wall that fits within the channel of another wall panel; and a securing arrangement for securing the first interlocking section to the existing wall.

System For Mechanical Attachment of Stone Veneer to Structures
20200354967 · 2020-11-12 ·

A stone assembly for use on the exterior of building that includes a stone face attached to a mechanical mount that is easily fixed to the face of a wall using standard construction practices. The mount provides a space between the stone and the face of the exterior wall such that moisture is not trapped between the stone and the wall construction. The space allows water vapor to escape and liquid water to run down the face of the wall to escape at the flashing on the lower ledge of the wall. A clip useful for use in mounting stone to a wall of a structure may preferably include a primary surface, first and second legs each having a proximal end connected to the primary surface and distal ends extending from the primary surface, a spacer having a proximal end connected to the primary surface and a distal end extending from the primary surface, and at least two tabs connected at the distal end of the spacer the spacers being substantially perpendicular to the spacer. A wall including such a system is also disclosed.

CLADDING ELEMENT
