UNITARY EXTRUDED SHELL FOR ASSEMBLING NON-INSULATED AND INSULATED SLATS FOR ROLLING DOORS AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
An elongate shell for forming a slat for a rolling door includes a planar portion having parallel first and second longitudinal edges and formed along the first longitudinal edge with a first arcuate segment and formed along an opposing second longitudinal edge with second arcuate segment, the first and second arcuate segments being positioned on the same side of said planar portion and configured and dimensioned to enable the second arcuate segment of a first shell to be received with clearance within a first arcuate segment of second shell identical to the first shell to form an articulated joint hingedly connecting the elongate shells so they can be pivoted relative to each other. Two identical shells can be oriented to be assembled to form a double-walled slat with longitudinal hooks or claws for assembling a plurality of slats, with or without insulation, into a curtain assembly for a rolling door.
ROLLING SHUTTER SLAT
A slat for a rolling shutter is provided that is formed as a single walled, continuous bent sheet. The slat includes a body having a hook-shaped engaging track at a first end, and a receiving track at the second end comprising a guard member and a hook-shaped lip member that form a pocket for receiving the engaging track of another slat. The guard member includes a portion of the sheet that is bent over on itself. The lip member extends from the guard member, and is spaced apart from the guard member to define an aperture that is sized and shaped to receive the engaging track of the other slat.

ROLLING SHUTTER SYSTEM AND COMPONENT PARTS
A main slat for a roller shutter system is provided. The slat includes a slat body having a first and second end, a hook end connected to the first end of the slat body, a screw boss connected to the second end of the slat body, and a receiving end connected to the screw boss. The hook end and the receiving end are each shaped such that the hook end is laterally insertable into the receiving end of an adjacent main slat and when so inserted forms a hinge. The slat body has a central cross section including at least first and second portions, the first and second portions each having a different radius of curvature.
Covering device
A covering device comprises a 1st cover which has a plurality of 1st slats interconnected in an articulated manner and a 2nd cover which has a plurality of 2nd slats interconnected in an articulated manner. The covers can each be adjusted between a rest position and a covering position, said covers facing each other with slat end faces when in the covering position. At least one of the 1st slats comprises a 1st engagement part on its end face facing the 2nd slats and at least one of the 2nd slats comprises a 2nd engagement part on its end face facing the 1st slats, said 1st engagement part being able to be brought to engage with the 2nd engagement part such that the first cover is connected to the 2nd cover.
ROLLER SHUTTER ROD AND ROLLER SHUTTER
Roller shutter rod, comprising a body with a head end and a foot end, wherein a hook is arranged at one of the two ends and a chamber for receiving the hook is formed at the other of the two ends a chamber is formed for receiving the hook, wherein the chamber is formed in two parts in such a way that it enables a hook to be received in two directions opposite to a centre plane of the roller shutter rod.

Structure
A structure usable as a luggage board or similar in a luggage compartment of a vehicle, including a resin-molded body and a torsion spring. The resin-molded body includes a front wall spaced apart from a rear wall and a peripheral wall connecting peripheries of the front and rear wall, as well as first and second plate-shaped portions which are rotatably coupled to each other with a hinge portion. The hinge portion is formed by concaving the rear wall toward the front wall, forming a hinge concave portion and welding the rear wall to the front wall. The torsion spring includes first and second arms and a coil therebetween. The first arm is slidably supported by the first plate-shaped portion. The second arm is supported by the second plate-shaped portion. The number of a fixation tool inserted into the first plate-shaped portion to support the first arm is one or less.
