Construction Machine
This construction machine comprises: includes a work machine; an automatic controller for automatically controlling the work machine according to design information; an operation lever for manually controlling the work machine; and an automatic switch mounted on the operation lever and alternatively switching between activation and deactivation of the automatic control. The manual control of the work machine has higher priority than the automatic control.
EXCAVATOR AND SYSTEM FOR EXCAVATOR
An excavator includes a lower traveling body; an upper turning body turnably mounted to the lower traveling body; an attachment that is attached to the upper turning body; a bucket constituting the attachment; and a control device configured to calculate a weight of an object that is moved from inside the bucket onto a loading platform of a transport vehicle, based on output of a space recognition device, configured to recognize a space surrounding the upper turning body, and the weight of the object in the bucket.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD
An automatic control determination unit determines whether to start automatic dumping control. A dumping control unit generates a first command to rotate a bucket in a dump direction until an inclination of the bucket reaches a predetermined dumping completion angle upon determining to start the automatic dumping control. The dumping control unit generates a second command to rotate a boom in a raising direction during a period until the inclination of the bucket reaches the dumping completion angle from an inclination at the time of start of the automatic dumping control.
CONSTRUCTION ASSIST SYSTEM FOR SHOVEL
A construction assist system that assists construction with a shovel includes a hardware processor configured to simulate the motion of the shovel in a virtual environment that is set based on the work environment of the shovel.
Excavator
An excavator may perform a finishing operation to prepare a slope while maintaining workability. The excavator includes an undercarriage, a slewing upper structure rotatably mounted on the undercarriage, a boom pivotally mounted on the upper structure, an arm rotatably mounted on a tip end of the boom, a bucket mounted on a tip end of the arm, and a controller. The controller restricts a lowering operation of the boom, so that at least one of a pressing force of the bucket against the ground and a speed of lowering the bucket toward the ground does not become relatively large.
Method and system for controlling construction machinery
In a method of controlling construction machinery, a bucket of a working device is moved along a first excavation trajectory to perform an excavation operation on the ground of a work area. A digging force exerted on the bucket during the excavation operation is calculated. A new second excavation trajectory is generated based on the calculated digging force. The bucket is moved along the second excavation trajectory.
CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
A construction equipment includes: a lower traveling body; an upper rotating body rotatably supported on the lower traveling body; a work machine comprising a boom rotatable with respect to the upper rotating body, an arm rotatable with respect to the boom, a bucket rotatable with respect to the arm, a tilt rotator having a tilting actuator for supporting the bucket to tilt with respect to the arm, and a rotating actuator for supporting the bucket to rotate with respect to the arm; an operation lever for outputting an operation signal; a location information providing unit providing location and posture information of the work machine; a work setting unit for setting and providing plane information of a work area; and an electronic control unit controlling the work machine and the posture of the bucket so that the rotating axis of the bucket is vertically aligned with respect to the work area.
CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
A construction equipment includes a work machine including a boom rotatable with respect to an upper rotating body, a rotatable arm, a rotatable bucket, a tilt rotator including of a tilting actuator, and a rotating actuator; an operation lever for outputting an operation signal corresponding to an operation amount of a driver; a location information providing unit for providing location information and posture information of the work machine; a work setting unit for setting a work area of the work machine, and providing plane information of the work area; and an electronic control unit for controlling the work machine according to a signal inputted from at least one of the operation lever, the work setting unit and the location information providing unit, wherein the electronic control unit controls the posture of the bucket so that the tip of the bucket contacts the work area.
CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
A construction equipment includes a work machine which includes a boom, an arm, and a bucket operated by their respective hydraulic cylinder; a control valve for controlling the hydraulic cylinder; an operation lever for outputting an operation signal corresponding to an operation amount of a driver; a work setting unit for setting a work area; a location information providing unit for providing at least one of location information and posture information of the work machine and location information of the work area; and an electronic control unit for outputting a control signal for the control valve according to the signal inputted from at least one of the operation lever, the work setting unit, and the location information providing unit, wherein the electronic control unit calculates an angle between the work area and the work machine, and controls a speed of the work machine based on the calculated angle.
Loading machine control device and control method
A loaded machine information acquisition unit acquires position information and azimuth direction information of a transport vehicle. An earth removal position-specifying unit specifies an earth removal position for loading a load target onto the transport vehicle, based on the position information and the azimuth direction information. A bucket position-specifying unit specifies a position of a bucket. An operation signal generation unit generates an operation signal for moving the bucket from the specified position to the earth removal position.
