Integrated fiber cement and foam as insulated cladding with enhancements

An integrated fiber cement and foam cladding system is provided that incorporates foam or similar light weight material to improve the insulation capacity of the cladding system. The system includes at least a fiber cement layer and a foam layer disposed on the backside of the fiber cement layer. The system improves the R-value of the building, a measure of the building's resistance to transferring heat or thermal energy.

Wall panel framing system

Structures used for dividing, supporting, disguising and/or cladding, for example, modular wall panel systems can include frame members that can include or be in the form of a rail having a panel engaging portion with a generally planar mounting surface configured to accept at least one fastener, the panel engaging portion including first and second lateral sides on opposite sides of the generally planar mounting surface. First and second channels can include side walls extending generally parallel to the generally planar mounting surface, the first and second channels facing away from each other.

Polymer-based bracket system for metal panels

A system for supporting exterior panels on a substrate of a building structure. The system has a plurality of polymeric bracket members, and each of the bracket members have at least one anchor section, at least one web section and at least one support section. The polymeric bracket members provide a thermal break from the exterior panel to the substrate of the building structure. A plurality of exterior cladding units are held in place by the bracket members. A plurality of vents are disposed between the panels and the exterior panels, and a plurality of vents are also disposed between the panels and the substrate, thereby forming a ventilation system.

Insulation system for buildings

An insulation system for coupling to a building substrate comprising a plurality of insulation panels, bracket members and splice members. Each insulation panel includes a longitudinal slot. Each bracket member is formed from a polymer and includes an elongated body having a body wall, a first end wall and a second end wall. Upper and lower ribs extend from the body wall and are structurally configured to extend into the longitudinal slot of each of the plurality of insulation panels, and to elastically deform the longitudinal slot so as to effectively seal along a length thereof, defining a vapor barrier. A similar structure is on each splice member. The bracket members are positioned in a spaced apart relationship with insulation panels therebetween. The upper and lower ribs extend into corresponding ones of the longitudinal slots of the insulation panels, with splice members extending between adjacent adjacently abutting insulation panels.

Diverse decoration panel system

A diverse decoration panel system includes at least one decoration panel; at least one panel connector configured to couple one of the decoration panels with the other one of decoration panels; wherein each of the decoration panels comprises at least one connection through hole configured to engage with the panel connector to securely connect the one of decoration panel with the other one of decoration panels.

PANEL ASSEMBLY, PANEL SYSTEM AND PANELLING METHOD

A panel assembly includes a panel with rear and front surfaces, a first rail connected to the rear surface of the panel, and one or more brackets connected to the first rail and configured to travel along the first rail. The one or more brackets are configured to be fixed to a substrate while connected to the panel via the first rail.

Integrated joint sealing system
12345041 · 2025-07-01 · ·

An integrated joint sealing system that is incorporated into the edges of a sheathing panel, which also may have a factory bonded weather resistive barrier. The edges of each panel are configured as a shiplap joint, or similarly functioning joint, that is present as either an overlap or underlap on each of the four panel edges. The arrangement of the joints are such that one edge will have an overlap and the opposite edge will have an underlap. A flexible gasket material (or materials) is factory applied to one or both sides (underlap and/or overlap) of the shiplap joint. This flexible gasket material, when overlapped with adjacent shiplap panels, provides a weather resistive seal to limit both water and air penetration.

Moisture porous building furring strip
12448780 · 2025-10-21 ·

A rigid moisture and air porous building furring strip for building walls and certain roof structures has an elongate outer facer sheet and an elongate inner facer sheet with an outer face. An open cellular core is sealed to and between the facer sheets that is porous to both air and moisture. A soft self-sealing butyl-like adhesive layer is optionally on the outer face of the inner face sheet for attachment of the furring strip to the outside of the build and underneath exterior cladding.

Siding with integrated rainscreen for concrete wall or block construction
12480313 · 2025-11-25 · ·

A wood or manufactured wood-composite based siding used on concrete wall or concrete masonry unit (CMU, or block) construction (including, but not limited to, insulated concrete form construction) with an integrated rainscreen feature. The rainscreen feature or component is applied to, or integrated into or with, the back of the siding (i.e., the inner surface) during the manufacturing process, or in a secondary process thereafter. The features may include raised elements, strips, ridges, or wedges, with one or more channels or spaces. No job-site assembly is required, thereby reducing time and cost.
