A connector is provided for jointing two boards to have the boards mounted to and lapping over a beam. The connector has one side that is formed with an engagement slot for jointing one board and an opposite side formed with a mortise trough for jointing another board. The connector also includes a path-following hole penetrating therethrough in an up-down direction and a track channel formed in a bottom of the connector and having an opening facing downward. The engagement slot and the mortise trough have axial directions that are perpendicular to an axial direction of the track channel. The path-following hole has a bottom opening located in the center of the track channel. The connector is adjustable of the position thereof through sliding along the beam by means of the track channel for limited axial movement.

Cladding clip

A cladding clip comprising a lateral base, a head coupled to the lateral base, and a flexible lip upstanding from the lateral base and laterally spaced from the neck along the base is disclosed. The flexible lip is hooked so that a lateral part of the lip extends laterally spaced from the base.

Polymer-based bracket system for exterior cladding

A system for supporting exterior panels or cladding units on a building substrate. The system includes a plurality of polymeric bracket members, wherein each of the polymeric bracket members further includes an anchor section, adapted to be coupled to the building substrate, and a support section adapted to couple to the exterior cladding unit. In assembly, as disposed between the building substrate and the exterior cladding units, the polymeric bracket members provide a thermal break from the exterior cladding units to the building substrate.

COUPLING SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING TILES TO A BUILDING
20240151043 · 2024-05-09 · ·

A coupling system for mounting a tile to an outer surface of a building is disclosed. In one embodiment, the coupling system includes support tracks arranged and configured to couple the tile to the building. The support tracks may include integrally formed clips for coupling with the tiles. The clips may be arranged and configured to couple to a top portion of a lower tile and a bottom portion of an upper tile. Additionally, and/or alternatively, the coupling system may include a gasket coupled to the support tracks. The gasket may include first and second arms. The support tracks may include integrally formed, first and second inwardly extending legs for receiving the first and second arms, respectively, of the gasket. In use, the coupling system facilitates faster and easier manufacturability and assembly as compared to other known systems thus providing a more cost-effective solution, particularly when used with smaller tiles.

Insulation system for buildings

An insulation system for coupling to a building substrate comprising a plurality of insulation panels, bracket members and splice members. Each insulation panel includes a longitudinal slot. Each bracket member is formed from a polymer and includes an elongated body having a body wall, a first end wall and a second end wall. Upper and lower ribs extend from the body wall and are structurally configured to extend into the longitudinal slot of each of the plurality of insulation panels, and to elastically deform the longitudinal slot so as to effectively seal along a length thereof, defining a vapor barrier. A similar structure is on each splice member. The bracket members are positioned in a spaced apart relationship with insulation panels therebetween. The upper and lower ribs extend into corresponding ones of the longitudinal slots of the insulation panels, with splice members extending between adjacent adjacently abutting insulation panels.
