CLOSURE SYSTEM
In one embodiment, a closure system comprises a guide assembly having a channel defined by a first guide wall and a second guide wall. The closure system may include a retention bar extending into the channel from the first guide wall and a plurality of slats. Each slat of the plurality of slats may be configured to interlock with another of the plurality of slats. Each slat may have a retention groove with at least one sidewall configured and dimensioned to engage the retention bar to retain the slat within the channel.
Slatted door with increased impact resistance
A shutter roller door with a shutter roller drivable by a drive mechanism; a flexible door windable on the roller and movable between retracted and extended positions by the drive mechanism, the door having integrally formed interconnected slats, each having upper and lower edges, and arranged perpendicular to a direction of door travel; a guide rail assembly positioned at each side; and end members attachable to an end of a corresponding slat. Each slat has an upper hook portion and an upper curved channel, the upper hook portion configured to engage with a lower curved channel of the lower edge of an upper adjacent slat, and the lower edge having a lower hook portion and a lower curved channel configured to engage with the upper curved channel of the upper edge of a lower adjacent slat.
CONTAINER INSPECTION DEVICE AND CONTAINER INSPECTION METHOD FOR INSPECTING CONTAINERS
A container inspection device and a container inspection method for inspecting containers are provided. The container inspection device comprises at least one light fixture for illuminating containers at a predetermined inspection instant of time for inspecting the containers, and an electrical line for connecting the at least one light fixture to an electrical energy supply and to a bus system, so that the electrical line serves both to supply the at least one light fixture with electrical energy and to connect with a real time data network.
ROLLING SHUTTER SYSTEM AND COMPONENT PARTS
A main slat for a roller shutter system is provided. The slat includes a slat body having a first and second end, a hook end connected to the first end of the slat body, a screw boss connected to the second end of the slat body, and a receiving end connected to the screw boss. The hook end and the receiving end are each shaped such that the hook end is laterally insertable into the receiving end of an adjacent main slat and when so inserted forms a hinge. The slat body has a central cross section including at least first and second portions, the first and second portions each having a different radius of curvature.
PINCH-PROTECTION SLIDING TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE SLIDING DOOR
A vehicle sliding door trim assembly includes a sliding door panel movable between open and closed positions along a travel path. A door actuation assembly is connected with the sliding door panel. A trim panel is attached to the sliding door panel. The trim panel includes at least one slot formed therein. Guide tracks are positioned within the at least one slot. A plurality of rigid trim components are pivotally linked to each other and constrained within the guide tracks. The plurality of trim components pivot and slide within the guide tracks and seamlessly cover the at least one slot when the sliding door panel is moved along the travel path.
Rolling Door With Improved Robustness for Severe Wind Conditions
A door assembly, which includes a wide door panel having increased flexibility and increased channel width with respect to the wind locks, such that the wind locks will only engage a locking bar in the channels once the door panel flexes beyond a threshold amount. The strength of the material, the utilization of a deep double panel curtain slat profile that allows for both a thicker curtain, plus the ability to fill the void between two slat panels with a lightweight polymeric insulation and the ability for the door assembly components to be allowed more room to expand and move allows this assembly to absorb as well as resist greater forces, impacts and loads imposed upon it.
Rollup Bullet Proof/Cut Resistant Panel
A ballistic panel for a rolling shutter assembly covering an opening may include a ballistic panel cover and a plurality of ballistic sheets disposed within the ballistic panel cover. Each ballistic sheet may be fabricated from a high-strength material and have a sheet upper edge, a sheet lower edge and oppositely disposed sheet lateral edges. The plurality of ballistic sheets may be attached to each other proximate the sheet upper edges and not attached to each other along the sheet lower edges and the sheet lateral edges such that the plurality of ballistic sheets slide relative to each other when the plurality of ballistic sheets are rolled up around the sheet upper edges. The ballistic panel may be attached to a shutter curtain of a rolling shutter assembly at the sheet upper edges to roll up around a shutter support member without bunching and rippling.
INTERLOCKING ROLLING SHEET DOOR SYSTEM
In accordance with various embodiments, there is provided an interlocking rolling sheet door and a method for assembling the interlocking rolling sheet door. In accordance with at least one embodiment, the interlocking rolling sheet door includes at least one curtain panel. Each curtain panel includes a first curl on a lateral end and a second curl on an opposing lateral end. One of the first curl and the second curl is an interior curl portion, and the other of the first curl and the second curl is an exterior curl portion. The first curl of one curtain panel is configured to rotationally engage an inner portion of the second curl of an adjacent curtain panel, whereby the first curl rotationally engaging the second curl until a distal end of the first curl fouls out against an inner surface of the second curl. The first curl and the second curl are configured to rotationally engage one another to form an interlocking mechanism between adjacent curtain panels to form the interlocking rolling sheet door.

Rolling shutter slat
A slat for a rolling shutter is provided that is formed as a single walled, continuous bent sheet. The slat includes a body having a hook-shaped engaging track at a first end, and a receiving track at the second end comprising a guard member and a hook-shaped lip member that form a pocket for receiving the engaging track of another slat. The guard member includes a portion of the sheet that is bent over on itself. The lip member extends from the guard member, and is spaced apart from the guard member to define an aperture that is sized and shaped to receive the engaging track of the other slat.
