METHOD FOR CONTROLLING CURTAIN POSITION
20220325577 · 2022-10-13 · ·

A method for controlling curtain position of a curtain assembly includes a motor and a control unit. The motor includes a detection unit for detecting the working current of the motor. When the curtain moves upward and stops, the detection unit detects the working current increases. The detection unit sends a signal to a processor of the control unit to judge that the curtain reaches the upper-most position. Then the control unit stops the motor and demands the motor to operate reversely a range to lower the curtain slightly. The curtain that is lowered by operating the motor reversely is defined as at a limited position. When the curtain is lowered by the motor, the lower-most position of the curtain is defined by a pre-set number of revolutions of the motor. The pre-set number of revolutions of the motor is set by the control unit.

Window covering and driving device thereof

A window covering includes a housing, a covering material, a spindle, and a driving device. The spindle and the driving device are provided at the housing. The driving device includes a motor having a shaft, and an epicyclic gearing decelerating device having an input end and an output end connected to the shaft and the spindle, respectively. Whereby, the spindle can drive the covering material to expand or to collapse. The epicyclic gearing decelerating device includes a ring portion and at least a planet gear assembly which is coupled between the input end and the output end. The planet gear assembly includes a plurality of planet gears having a Shore A durometer hardness of 45-90, which is rotatable along the fixedly provided ring portion. While being driven to move, a lower end of the covering material moves at a speed higher than 65 mm per second.

ROLLER BLIND DEVICE WITH STEPLESS ADJUSTMENT
20220325579 · 2022-10-13 ·

The invention provides a roller blind device with stepless adjustment comprising a roller blind base, a reel unit pivotally disposed on the roller blind base, and a blind fabric assembled on the reel unit, the reel unit comprises a first positioning unit, a second positioning unit, an outer tube accommodates the first positioning unit and the second positioning unit, a rotating shaft is assembled with the first positioning unit, and a first elastic member is disposed on the rotating shaft. Thereby, after a user combines the reel unit assembled with the blind fabric and the roller blind base, the user can drive the connected first elastic member to contract or loosen by adjusting the first positioning unit, so that a counterweight relationship between the reel unit and the blind fabric can be adjusted to achieve the roller blind device with stepless adjustment capable of adjusting a counterweight relationship.

Lifting push-pull positioning curtain

The object of the present invention is to provide a lifting type push-pull positioning curtain which can realize the self-locked positioning of the curtain body without the exposed drawstring and can adjust the unfolding length of the curtain body infinitely. A lifting type push-pull positioning curtain, comprises a curtain body, a mounting box and a push-pull positioning device. The push-pull positioning device comprises an active reel, a transmission wheel set and a slave reel. The transmission wheel set comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel, the driven wheel receive a scroll spring therein, the head end of the scroll spring is connected to the driving wheel; the active reel and the slave reel are wound with a thread rope therein respectively, and one end of the thread rope is fixed to the reel and the other end thereof is fixed to the bottom of the curtain.

DEVICE FOR ROLLING AND UNROLLING ROLL-UP BLINDS AND SIMILAR

A device for winding and unwinding Alicantina shutters (12) and the like, which are raised by being wound onto themselves by means of at least a first cord (3) connected to a first elastic element (10) which is attached at one end to the head (1) of the shutter and at the other end to the end of the cord (3) which allows the unwound segment of the shutter (12) to be kept in a stretched position. The device includes at least a second cord (3′) related to a second elastic element or spring (10′) located at another point of the width of the shutter such that the elastic elements (10, 10′) are retracted onto themselves during the process of unwinding the shutter due to the instantaneous tension difference supported by each of the elastic elements (10, 10′).
