20170321476 · 2017-11-09 ·

A driving assembly for window blinds includes a mounting plate, a winding roller and driving wheels that are engaged with one another, at least one first guiding roller, and at least one second guiding roller. An elastic element is elastically wound around the driving wheels, a pull rope has a starting end fixed to the winding roller and is divided into at least two sections, under a first status, the pull rope partially winds around the winding roller then winds around the second guiding roller and the first guiding roller in turns along outer edges of the second and the first guiding rollers; while under a second status, the pull rope disengages from the winding roller, the second guiding roller and the first guiding roller in turns. The driving assembly has simple structure and convenient assembly, and brings effortless and quick operation to pull or lift the window blind.

Window shade and its control module

A control module of a window shade includes a drive axle affixed with a sleeve, an arrester assembled around the sleeve, a cord drum connected with an operating cord, a clutch operable to couple and decouple the cord drum with respect to the drive axle, and a release unit including a stick that is operatively connected with the arrester. The arrester blocks rotation of the drive axle in a locking state, and has an unlocking state allowing rotation of the drive axle. The operating cord is pulled to drive the cord drum in rotation and turn the clutch to a coupling state, such that the rotation of the cord drum is transmitted through the clutch to drive the drive axle in rotation for raising the shading structure. Moreover, the stick is operable to switch the arrester from to the unlocking state for lowering the shading structure by gravity action.

Cordless shade automatic lift regulator
09765565 · 2017-09-19 · ·

A covering for an architectural opening including a first rail, a second rail moveable relative to the first rail, and a lift regulator coupled to the first rail. The lift regulator includes a drag mechanism, and the lift regulator automatically engages the drag mechanism to resist the second rail moving away from the first rail. In addition, the lift regulator automatically disengages the drag mechanism when the second rail moves toward the first rail.

CLUTCH TYPE CONTROL DEVICE FOR A CORDLESS BLIND
20170260804 · 2017-09-14 ·

Disclosed is a clutch-type control device for a cordless blind, comprising a force-return mechanism and a braking mechanism. The braking mechanism includes an outer housing having an engaging chuck, a shaft connecter having a gearshift lever, and a clutch rotor with a gearshift pattern installed. Disposed on one end of the shaft connecter are a plurality of engaging teeth. The axial distance between the gearshift lever and the engaging chuck is fixed. The gearshift pattern has a blind-lowering disengagement position, a blind-lifting disengagement position, and a blind-stopping engagement position to position the gearshift lever so that the clutch rotor corresponding to the shaft connecter may be operated with axial movement. The engaging teeth of the clutch rotor may be engaged with or disengaged from the engaging chuck of the outer housing. Thereby, the stop height of cordless blind is accurately controlled and operation safety further is enhanced.

An end cap for use on a rail for a covering for an architectural opening. At least one securement leg secures the end cap to the rail.

WINDOW COVERING
20170254143 · 2017-09-07 ·

A window covering is provided according to the present application, to achieve automatic extending or retracting of a window covering curtain. The window covering includes: a rotating shaft for extending and retracting control, a wound sheet spring and a cord winding box. The extending and retracting of the window covering curtain is achieved by winding the curtain pull cord via the cord winding box, and the force transmission between the wound sheet spring and the cord winding box is achieved by gear transmission. A spring wound sheet is provided inside the wound sheet spring. One proper wound sheet spring is chosen according to the weight of the window covering curtain to allow the window covering curtain to maintain a balance state of force without under the effect of an external force, to fix the extending or retracting state of the window covering curtain.

MAGNETIC LOUVER BLIND STRUCTURE IN A DOUBLE-GLAZED WINDOW UNIT
20220228430 · 2022-07-21 ·

A louver-blind double glazed window unit comprises a frame structure defining first and second faces of the unit, and outer side and inner sides. A first window is mounted to the first face of the unit and a second window is mounted to the second face of the unit. An inner chamber is defined between the frame structure and the first and second windows. A plurality of louver members extends within the chamber and are pivotally mounted to the frame. An actuator assembly is positioned within the chamber and is in operative communication with the plurality of louver members for imparting a pivot movement thereto between open and closed positions. An inner magnet is positioned at the inner side of the frame structure. An external manual operator is movably positioned on the outer side of the frame structure and comprises an outer magnet interfacing with the inner magnet via the frame structure for magnetic communication therewith. A movement of the external manual operator along a length of the outer side of the frame causes the inner magnet to move in tandem with the outer magnet actuating the actuator assembly to impart the pivot movement to the plurality of louver members.

Handle structure and assembly for bottom rail of window shading

A pivotable handle for an architectural covering is provided. The handle (400) includes first and second members (408,410) pivotably connected together at a hinge assembly (460). The first member (408) may be operable to connect the handle (400) to a movable rail (512). The second member (410) pivots between stored and use positions. In a stored position, the second member (410) may extend adjacent the first member (408). In a use position, the second member (410) may be pivoted away from the first member (408) to extend the movable rail (512) across an architectural structure. The handle includes a biasing member (470) operable to bias the second member (410) towards the first member (408).

A folding blind mounted on a window frame includes a main body including a first and second wiring holes and a third and fourth wiring holes respectively formed on a top portion and a bottom portion thereof, and a wiring recess formed inside thereof for connecting with the first to fourth wiring holes; and an adjusting member including a first adjusting wire and a second adjusting wire with their corresponding ends respectively fixing with an upper portion of the window frame, and their opposite corresponding ends respectively passing through the first wiring hole, the wiring recess and the fourth wiring hole, and passing through the second wiring hole, the wiring recess and the third wiring hole in turn, and then fixing with a lower portion of the window frame. The main body is moved on the adjusting member to adjust a shielding position of the main body.

Unequal-torque coil spring and spring motor thereof

An unequal-torque coil spring and a spring motor thereof which is adapted for a curtain set that can automatically fold back a curtain; the same provides a feedback torque that responds to different stages of a curtain-folding working process and generates various corresponding torque in response, as each of the different stages requires a different force. Consequently, the curtain can be folded back at a steady speed, and positionally fixed at any height when the curtain is lowered.
