Methods and formulations for reducing bovine emissions
The present disclosure provides methods and formulations for reducing ammonia and carbon dioxide emissions from a bovine using lubabegron, or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof. The present disclosure also provides bovine feed additives and bovine feed compositions.
METHODS OF FEEDING HIGH FAT POURED FEED BLOCKS
Methods of feeding ruminants involve positioning the feed blocks in a pasture accessible to the ruminants. The feed block may have a total fat content of about 7 wt % to 33 wt % and an intake modifier to control intake of the feed blocks. High fat pellets having a high total fat content provide at least a portion of the fat in the high fat feed blocks. The methods control a rate of ingestion of high fat feed blocks by ruminants while not negatively affecting performance, and in some instances, ingestion of the blocks results in improved performance.

PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING COVID-19 COMPRISING NANO-SIZED GRAPHENE OXIDE COMPOSITE AND METHOD USING SAME
Provided are a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a coronavirus infection or infectious disease, a composition for disinfection, and a health functional food or feed composition, all including nano-sized graphene oxide, and a method of using the same. Since the nano-sized graphene oxide or a complex thereof has anti-coronavirus activity, the graphene oxide may be used for prevention or treatment of a coronavirus infection, or disinfection of coronaviruses.
SUSPENDABLE FEED BLOCK SYSTEM FOR ANIMALS AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAME
A suspendable feed block system for animals has a feed block formed of a hardened mass of feed supplement material in block form, wherein the feed supplement material provides a source of magnesium. The feed block is molded around and encases a feed block support. The support has an elongated flexible element including, a plurality of protuberances located intermittently along a length of the element. At least one end of the elongated flexible element protrudes from the feed block and is fastenable to a separate suspending component. A method of manufacturing the suspendable feed block system for animals is also provided. A mold can be used for forming the feed block with the support suspended or encased therein, and the mold can be biodegradable, edible, or both.
