Heat exchanger for thermal management systems for the feeding of fuel in internal combustion engines
The internal combustion engines (M) of the invention are provided with a cooling water circuit, associated with a water radiator and with a lubricant oil circuit. The heat exchanger (HE) comprises an inlet and an outlet of water connected, in series, to an outlet of the water radiator, by means of a cooled water conduit and of the cooling water circuit, and to an inlet of the water radiator, by means of a return conduit and a hot water conduit; a fuel inlet nozzle and a fuel outlet nozzle, selectively connected to the fuel supply to the engine (M); and an inlet and an outlet of lubricant oil, connected to the lubricant oil circuit by means of respective oil conduits.
Internal bypass to improve decongealing of surface type air to oil coolers
A surface type air to oil cooler enables oil to flow from an inlet and down a first pass of an oil passageway. A first bypass, before the end of the first pass, allows oil to flow from the first pass to a second pass of the oil passageway. A second bypass may exist toward the end of the second pass to allow the oil to flow from the second pass to an outlet before the end of the second pass.
FRACTURING DEVICE
A fracturing device includes a power unit, and the power unit includes a muffling compartment, a turbine engine, and an air intake unit. The air intake unit is communicated with the turbine engine through an intake pipe and configured to provide a combustion-supporting gas to the turbine engine; the air intake unit is at a top of the muffling compartment and the muffling compartment has an accommodation space, the turbine engine is within the accommodation space.
FRACTURING DEVICE, FIREFIGHTING METHOD THEREOF AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A fracturing device, a firefighting method thereof, and a computer readable storage medium are disclosed. The fracturing device includes a power unit, the power unit includes a muffling compartment, a turbine engine, and a firefighting system; the firefighting system includes a firefighting material generator, at least one firefighting sprayer and at least one firefighting detector, the at least one firefighting sprayer and the at least one firefighting detector are located in the muffling compartment, each of the at least one firefighting sprayer is connected with the firefighting material generator and configured to spray out firefighting material generated by the firefighting material generator.
Connection Device, Control Box Component and Fracturing Apparatus
A connection device, a control box component, and a fracturing apparatus are provided. The connection device includes: a fixation rack, configured to be fixedly connected with a mounting base; a box connection mechanism, configured to be connected with the control box, and drive the control box to move at least from a first position to a second position relative to the fixation rack. In a case that the control box is located at the first position, the control box is located at a side of the transmission component and a distance between the control box and the transmission component is less than a predetermined distance, and during the control box being moved from the first position to the second position, the control box is away from the transmission component to form an operation space for the transmission component at the first position.
