Cooler station for connection of a liquid cooler
A cooler station comprising a liquid cooler, which has a first distributor box consisting of a hollow extruded section made of aluminium having outwardly open guide groove, and comprising a platform which can be pushed onto the liquid cooler and fixedly connected thereto by mechanical connecting elements which can be inserted into the guide grooves of the first distributor box. The cooler station comprises a set of platforms, wherein in each case one platform can be connected to the liquid cooler, and comprises the set of platforms which have the different hydraulic and/or electrical connections. The cooler station can be installed in a liquid cooler system which also comprises a blower, a liquid tank and a liquid filter. The liquid cooler, the blower, the liquid tank, and/or the liquid filter can each be selected from a set, such that a modular system is produced for providing from liquid cooler systems.
Internal combustion engine
An internal combustion engine includes a crankshaft that is rotatably supported on the crankcase, a cylinder block that is joined to the crankcase and defines a plurality of cylinders in a V-type arrangement in which the cylinders are disposed above a virtual horizontal plane including a rotational axis of the crankshaft and intersect each other at a bank angle, a to-be-detected body that rotates integrally with the crankshaft, and a detection sensor that is mounted from an outside at a position, lower than the virtual horizontal plane, of a front face of the crankcase that receives air flow, is made to face a trajectory of the to-be-detected body, and generates a pulse signal in response to movement of the to-be-detected body. Thereby provided is a structure for disposing a detection sensor that can detect the angular velocity of a crankshaft with high precision in a so-called V-type internal combustion engine.
WORK MACHINE
A work machine in which an engine and a reserving unit configured to reserve lubricating oil to be supplied to the engine are connected by a lubricating oil channel, and the lubricating oil is circulated, wherein at least a part of the lubricating oil channel and at least a part of a working fluid channel for a working fluid to be supplied to a work unit of the work machine are arranged such that heat can be exchanged between the lubricating oil and the working fluid.
ENGINE ASSEMBLY FOR AN AIRCRAFT HAVING AN AIR-OIL EXCHANGER SYSTEM SUPPORT WITH OPTIMIZED ATTACHMENT
An engine assembly for an aircraft including a bypass turbomachine as well as a turbomachine attachment pylon including an air-oil exchanger system arranged in an inter-ducts compartment between the flow ducts, the compartment being delimited radially on the outside by an inter-ducts cowling, the exchanger system being supplied with air from a secondary flow duct of the turbomachine delimited radially on the inside by the inter-ducts cowling, and the exchanger system being supported by a support arranged in the inter-ducts compartment, this support being mechanically connected to the attachment pylon by connecting means passing through the inter-ducts cowling.
Cooled lubricant filter housing
A lubricant filter housing comprises a top plate defining a first opening. A base plate is positioned opposite the top plate. The lubricant filter housing further comprises at least one sidewall which cooperatively with the top plate and the base plate defines an internal volume. A plurality of plates are axially positioned in the internal volume between the top plate and the base plate. Each plate defines a plate opening axially aligned with the first opening which cooperatively with the first opening and a portion of the base plate, defines an internal cavity for housing a filter element. The plates define a first set of fluid channels structured to deliver a lubricant to the internal cavity, and a second set of fluid channels structured to provide a coolant around the first set of fluid channels.
Electric oil pump system
An electric oil pump system allows the cooling of an electric oil pump (EOP) and an oil pump controller (OPU) to be performed efficiently in the vehicle equipped with the electric oil pump. An electric oil pump of the system includes a pumping part that is operated by power of a motor to suction and direct pressurized oil. An oil pump controller operates the electric oil pump. A water-cooled cooling apparatus cools the oil pump controller using coolant and an oil-cooled cooling apparatus cools the electric oil pump using oil. The coolant of the water-cooled cooling apparatus and the oil of the oil-cooled cooling apparatus pass through a heat exchanger and as the coolant and oil pass therethrough, heat exchange is achieved.
VEHICLE WITH PARALLEL ENGINE COOLING SYSTEMS
The technology disclosed herein relates to a grounds maintenance vehicle. The grounds maintenance vehicle has an engine and an engine shroud defining a cooling volume around the engine. The shroud defines a shroud intake. An engine oil conduit extends from the engine and a heat exchanger is coupled to the engine oil conduit.
Vehicle and method for controlling the same
A vehicle may include a driving motor supplying driving force to vehicle wheel; a power converter using a coil provided in the driving motor to transform power input from the external power source; a battery charged according to counter electromotive force of the driving motor in a regenerative braking mode, charged according to the power transformed by the power converter in a charging mode, and supplying driving power to the driving motor in a driving mode; an oil pump supplying oil to the driving motor; a detector detecting temperature of the oil; and a controller controlling the oil pump to be operated in a warm-up mode when the oil temperature detected by the detector is less than a first threshold temperature and the battery is in the charging mode, and applying reference power to the oil pump to move the oil to the driving motor in the warm-up mode.
